Dorian Lamont Bivens, 52, Ellsworth, was convicted of disorderly conduct Nov. 17 and fined $277.80. The charge stemmed from a Sept. 8 incident.
Colin Mackenzie Duerkop, 22, Hastings, Minn., was convicted of disorderly conduct Nov. 17 and fined $277.80. The charge resulted from an April 5 incident.
Brian Roy King, 63, Beldenville, was convicted of disorderly conduct Nov. 18 and fined $277.80. A hit and run charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a July 6, 2024 incident.
Travis Donald Kurtz, 38, St. Paul, was convicted of OWI-second Nov. 17, sentenced to one year’s probation and five days in jail, fined $1,680 and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device after a 16-month driver’s license revocation. An operating with PAC-second charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Feb. 27 incident.
A disorderly conduct charge against Elizabeth Ann Lencowski, 23, Stillwater, Minn., was dismissed Nov. 17 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 6, 2024 incident.
Charles Darwin Lundeen, 55, Prescott, was convicted of resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater), felony bail jumping, two resisting or obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and OWI-third charges Nov. 17, sentenced to two years of probation and 14 days in jail, fined $3,974 and ordered to install an ignition interlock device after a 33-month driver’s license revocation. Eight felony bail jumping, two misdemeanor bail jumping, two possession of THC, two possess drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct (repeater – domestic abuse) charges were read in but dismissed. Six felony bail jumping, three misdemeanor bail jumping charges, possession of THC, possess drug paraphernalia and operating with PAC-fourth charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Oct. 4, 2022; Feb. 18, 2023; June 14, 2023; Dec. 5, 2023; June 14, 2024; Dec. 1 and 4, 2024.
Judy A. Rodewald, 64, Ellsworth, was convicted of operating while revoked (alcohol related) Nov. 17 and fined $267. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 5, 2024 incident.
