Dorian Marcus Cross, 52, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 signature bond Nov. 24 on misdemeanor bail jumping and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges. A status conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. Jan. 6.

Clint Rusty Dahl, 35, Ellsworth, waived extradition on two felony cases Nov. 19.

Bjorn Joseph Freeberg, 21, New Auburn, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Nov. 24 on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge. A status conference is slated for 10 a.m. Jan. 13.

Kevin Michael Halvorson, 22, River Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond Nov. 24 on a felony second degree sexual assault of child charge. A preliminary hearing is slated for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 22.

William John Irvin, 57, Ellsworth, posted a $5,000 signature bond Nov. 21 on felony bail jumping, operating while revoked (alcohol related) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charges. A status conference is set for 10 a.m. Dec. 18.

Brandon Robert Kaase, 33, Prescott, posted a $5,000 signature bond Nov. 19 on operating while revoked (alcohol related), ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, three misdemeanor bail jumping and two felony bail jumping charges. A status conference is set for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 29.

Raheemah Sakinah Knox, 44, St. Paul, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Nov. 24 on a neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur) charge. A status conference is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Dec. 29.

Miranda Elizabeth McCoy, 26, Milltown, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Nov. 24 on criminal damage to property (domestic abuse) and two misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A status conference is set for 3:30 p.m. Dec. 8.

Michael Radle Myers, 37, River Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond Nov. 24 on a felony second degree sexual assault/use of force charge. A status conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 23.

Cobain Sage Nelson, 21, Menomonie, posted a $10,000 signature bond Nov. 24 on felony second degree sexual assault of child (repeater), felony child enticement – sexual contact (repeater) and felony possession of child pornography (repeater) charges. A status conference is slated for 2:15 p.m. Dec. 22.

A bench warrant was issued for Emily Kathleen Olson, 27, Prescott, who missed a Nov. 24 initial appearance on resisting or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping charges.

Erick Leandro Pullaguari Lozano, 24, Hudson, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge. A status conference is slated for 8:30 a.m. Feb. 26.

Closed cases

Cody Neil Clemmens, 47, Elmwood, was convicted of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia and fined $555.60 Nov. 19. The charges resulted from a Nov. 1 incident.

Laban Sembrera Darwing, 24, River Falls, was convicted of operate without carrying license and fined $277.80 Nov. 24. The charge stemmed from a March 14 incident.

Antonio Demontae Fuller, 41, Rochester, Minn., was convicted of resisting or obstructing an officer and fined $443 Nov. 19. Possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a July 3 incident.

Amanda R. Hildebrandt, 42, River Falls, was convicted of operate without valid license (third within three years) Nov. 24 and fined $267. The charge stemmed from a March 9 incident.

Theft – movable property and criminal damage to property charges against Troy Daniel Allen Shepard, 32, Aberdeen, SD, were dismissed Nov. 19 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charges resulted from an Oct. 12, 2023 incident.

Matthew Jon Stockinger, 47, Hudson, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $443 Nov. 19. The charge stemmed from a May 13 incident.

An ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order (second+) charge against Troy Alan Stumpf, 49, Hager City, was dismissed Nov. 19. The charge resulted from a July 7 incident.

David Wayne Tanner, 39, New Lisbon Correctional, New Lisbon, was convicted of felony battery by prisoners Nov. 20, sentenced to 1.5 years in prison and two years of extended supervision and fined $518. The charge stemmed from a Jan. 28 incident.

Felony possession of methamphetamine (repeater, as party to a crime), battery (repeater), disorderly conduct (repeater) and three misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater) charges against William Michael Temme, 58, River Falls, were dismissed Nov. 21. The charges resulted from incidents March 21, 2023 and Jan. 21.
