Guadalupe Mosay-Sanchez, 20, Luck, was convicted of resisting or obstructing an officer Oct. 30, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $443. He pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a felony possession of narcotic drugs charge. A criminal damage to property charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a May 28, 2024 incident.
Monique D. Allington, 34, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 Nov. 4 upon completion of a two-year deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from a June 4, 2023 incident.

An operating with PAC-third charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Jan. 3 incident.
Brian James Doughty, 56, Prescott, was convicted of OWI-second and OWI-third Nov. 4, sentenced to 110 days in jail, fined $4,246, and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device for one year after a 27-month driver’s license revocation. Operating with PAC-second and operating with PAC-third charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents Sept. 28, 2024 and Oct. 11, 2024.

Erick Brett Hoff, 53, Ellsworth, was convicted of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) Oct. 30, sentenced to one year’s probation, fined $543 and ordered to undergo a domestic violence assessment. Contact after domestic abuse arrest (domestic abuse repeater – during 73-hour no contact period) and misdemeanor bail jumping charges were read in but dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents June 18 and June 25.
Kristopher Michael Lindgren, 31, Hammond, was convicted of disorderly conduct Oct. 29 and fined $443. A felony child abuse – recklessly cause harm charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a July 20 incident.
Kayla Marie-Ann Linhart, 35, Menomonie, was convicted of felony possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of narcotic drugs Oct. 30, sentenced to three years or probation and fined $684. Possess drug paraphernalia and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a March 25, 2024 incident.
Battery and felony strangulation and suffocation charges against William Peter McDonough, 34, Miami, Fla., were dismissed Nov. 4. The charges resulted from an Oct. 1, 2023 incident.

Felony possession of THC (second+ offense, repeater), resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater) and possess drug paraphernalia (repeater) charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Sept. 6, 2024 incident.

Felony bail jumping, two felony possession of methamphetamine, felony maintain drug trafficking place, possession of THC and two possess drug paraphernalia charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Oct. 10, 2024 and March 28 in Prescott.
