Samuel Howard Wannebo, 27, St. Paul, pleaded not guilty and was ordered to pay $2,000 cash bond Nov. 10 on violate foreign protection order (repeater), domestic disorderly conduct (repeater) and disorderly conduct (repeater) charges. A status conference is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. Dec. 2.
Olivia Suzanne Meerkins, 35, Wausau, pleaded no contest to and entered into a three-year deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a felony misappropriate ID info – obtain money charge Nov. 10. Felony forgery – uttering and receiving or concealing stolen property (as party to a crime) charges were read in for sentencing purposes in another case but dismissed. The charges resulted from a Jan. 2 incident.
Disorderly conduct and computer message – threaten/disclose ID charges against Robert S. Dreher, 58, Hastings, Minn., were dismissed before a Nov. 6 initial appearance due to Dreher being deceased. The charges stemmed from incidents Dec. 13, 2022 and May 25, 2023.
A disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge against Susan Sumiko England, 69, River Falls, was dismissed Nov. 7 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge resulted from a Nov. 9, 2024 incident in River Falls.
Arentino Ja’Faar Ferguson, 27, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct Nov. 6 and fined $443. The charge stemmed from a July 3 incident.
Orrin James Horning, 41, River Falls, was convicted of felony possession of methamphetamine (repeater) Nov. 10, sentenced to two years or probation and fined $518. The charge resulted from an Aug. 23, 2023 incident.
Christopher G. Langula, 48, Eau Claire, was sentenced to 12 months in jail and fined $518 Nov. 6 on a felony possession of burglarious tools charge he had been convicted of Nov. 25, 2024. He had initially entered a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on the charge Jan. 23, 2023, but that was revoked and he was sentenced to probation, which was revoked July 1, 2025. The charge stemmed from a July 21, 2021 incident.
Felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and disorderly conduct charges against Devon Matthew Rehbein, 31, Bloomington, Minn., were dismissed Nov. 10. The charges resulted from a Nov. 11, 2024 incident.
