Alice Mae Averbeck, 58, Prescott, posted a $10,000 signature bond Oct. 16 on a felony battery to public officers charge. A status conference is scheduled for 2 p.m. Nov. 4.

Sarah Rose Beil, 37, Hastings, Minn., pleaded not guilty and was ordered to pay $1,000 cash bond Oct. 17 on resisting or obstructing an officer and four neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur, as party to a crime) charges. A status conference is set for 9:30 a.m. Nov. 25.

Jacob Tyr Corbin, 23, New Richmond, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,000 signature bond Oct. 20 on possession of THC, possession of THC (as party to a crime), possess drug paraphernalia, possess drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime), felony bail jumping and contribute/delinquency child charges. A status conference is slated for 11:30 a.m. Nov. 17.

Annita Elaine Cripe, 35, Maiden Rock, posted a $10,000 signature bond Oct. 20 on a felony child abuse – intentionally cause harm charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. Oct. 30.

Gabrielle Rose Deroy, 34, Bay City, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Oct. 15 on a disorderly conduct charge. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Nov. 5.

Katelyn Elizabeth Ditzler, 27, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond Oct. 20 on a fraud against financial institution (value does not exceed $500) charge. A status conference is set for 10:45 a.m. Dec. 2

Brett Allan Livingston, 50, Hastings, Minn., pleaded not guilty and was ordered to pay $500 cash bond Oct. 17 on four neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur, as party to a crime) charges. A status conference is slated for 3:45 p.m. Nov. 25.

Jack Daniel Marcy, 24, Prescott, posted a $10,000 signature bond Oct. 17 on a felony bail jumping charge. A status conference is set for 2:30 p.m. Nov. 17.

Evan Leander Alan Rank, 25, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond Oct. 20 on OWI-second and operating with PAC-second charges. A status conference is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Dec. 2.

Jade Elizabeth Rhodes, 34, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond on operating while revoked (alcohol related) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charges. A status conference is set for 11:45 a.m. Dec. 2.

Keith William Shonkwiler, 64, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond Oct. 22 on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge. A status conference is slated for 2:15 p.m. Dec. 16.

Benjamin Charles Souster, 53, Ellsworth, was ordered to pay $500 cash bond Oct. 17 on felony bail jumping (repeater), felony possession of methamphetamine (repeater), felony possession of THC – second+ offense (repeater), misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater) and possess drug paraphernalia (repeater) charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Nov. 20.

Winona Rae Wells, 37, Welch, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Oct. 16 on a misdemeanor bail jumping charge. She was convicted of the charge Oct. 23, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $4,973.

Cody Thomas Williams, 30, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Oct. 20 on a misdemeanor bail jumping charge. A status conference is set for 1:45 p.m. Nov. 18.

Closed cases

Salvador Melendez Alvarado, 58, River Falls, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 Oct. 15. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 11, 2024 incident.

A felony child abuse – recklessly cause harm charge against Gabrielle Rose Deroy, 34, Bay City, was dismissed Oct. 15. The charge resulted from a Jan. 12 incident.

Abbie Jo Flynn, 41, Maiden Rock, was convicted of OWI-third Oct. 20, fined $3,044, sentenced to 60 days in jail, and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device after a 24-month driver’s license revocation. An operating with PAC-third charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Feb. 5 incident.

Bruce Joel Joelson, 60, Prescott, was found not guilty at a jury trial Oct. 17 of felony aggravated battery – intend bodily harm. The charge resulted from a July 16, 2024 incident.

Jayden Jacob Leverty, 22, Hudson, was convicted of possess marijuana and fined $277.80 Oct. 20. Possess/illegally obtained prescription and possess drug paraphernalia charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a May 31, 2024 incident.

Jorge Andres Lozano Saca, 35, Spring Valley, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 Oct. 15. The charge resulted from a July 22, 2024 incident.

Manuel Segundo Majiguacho, 45, Ellsworth, was convicted of operate without valid license (second within three years) Oct. 15 and fined $443. Two operate without valid license (second within three years) charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents March 15, 2024; April 22, 2024 and June 3, 2024.

Jhunior Ramiro Medina Ambuludi, 28, Hudson, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 Oct. 15. The charge resulted from an Aug. 23 incident.

A disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge against Jedidiah Michael Reichert, 31, River Falls, was dismissed Oct. 15 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from a June 18, 2024 incident.
