Kimberly Joy Anderson, 47, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond Oct. 27 on operating while revoked (alcohol related) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charges. A status conference is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Dec. 8.
Kyle William Cook, 36, River Falls, was ordered to pay $2,000 cash bond Oct. 23 on two felony burglary – building or dwelling, four theft – movable property and felony theft – movable property (special facts) charges. An arraignment is set for 11:30 a.m. Dec. 1.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of David M. Digiovanni, 46, Machesney Park, Ill., who missed an Oct. 27 initial appearance on a theft – false representation charge.
Austin Tyler Drewes Ibarra, 27, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond Oct. 27 on battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges. A status conference is set for 9:30 a.m. Dec. 8.
Noah Alexander Hines, 21, Beldenville, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond on possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges Oct. 27. A status conference is slated for 2:30 p.m. Nov. 18.
Alextron Arnes McAfee, 39, Warm Springs, Ga., was ordered to pay $500 cash bond Oct. 22 on felony possess firearm on grounds of school, possession of THC (possession of a controlled substance on or near certain places) and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. Nov. 18.
Rodney David Olson, 59, Prescott, posted a $5,000 signature bond Oct. 27 on felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 8.
April Mae Walker, 20, Dresser, pleaded no contest and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement Oct. 27 on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge. The charge stemmed from a March 22 incident.
Sean P. Wimber, 38, Hastings, Minn., pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement Oct. 22 on a disorderly conduct charge. A resisting or obstructing an officer charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a May 1, 2024 incident.
Darwin Rene Ambuludi Gualan, 29, Minneapolis, was convicted of obstructing an officer and fined $277.80 Oct. 23. The charge stemmed from an April 19 incident.
A battery charge was dismissed against Charles Thomas Griffin, 25, River Falls, upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement Oct. 23. The charge resulted from a Sept. 7, 2024 incident.
Cristal Joy Knuth, 42, Bay City, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 Oct. 23. The charge stemmed from a May 27 incident.
Brian Keith Lambert, 53, River Falls, was convicted of two felony possession of child pornography (lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders) charges Oct. 23, sentenced to four years in prison and 10 years of probation and fined $2,036. Three felony possession of child pornography charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a Nov. 14, 2024 incident.
A retail theft – intentionally take charge against Larry C. Longseth, 71, St. Paul, was dismissed Oct. 22 due to the defendant’s death. The charge stemmed from an Oct. 17, 2010 incident.
Christopher Lee Offenhauser, 41, Woodbury, Minn., was convicted of contact after domestic abuse arrest, two battery (domestic abuse) and neglecting a child (consequence is bodily harm) charges Oct. 22, sentenced to 60 days in jail and three years or probation and fined $2,047. Intimidate victim/domestic abuse crime, misdemeanor bail jumping, two disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and resisting or obstructing an officer charges were read in but dismissed. A felony bail jumping charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Dec. 3, 2022; Feb. 4, 2023; Feb. 6, 2023 and Sept. 9, 2023.
Crystal Carol Swenson, 31, Red Wing, Minn., was convicted of operating while revoked (alcohol related) Oct. 24 and fined $443. The charge stemmed from a Dec. 27, 2020 incident.
Winona Rae Wells, 37, Welch, Minn., was convicted of misdemeanor bail jumping and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) Oct. 23, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $986. The charges resulted from incidents Aug. 12 and Oct. 15.
A contempt of court/disobey order charge against Sean P. Wimber, 38, Hastings, Minn., was dismissed Oct. 22. The charge stemmed from an April 7, 2024 incident.
