A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Oscar Alberto Andrade Castillo, 27, Ellsworth, who missed a May 5 initial appearance on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge.
Jim Arthur Duden, 55, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond May 5 on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge. A status conference is set for 2:15 p.m. June 16.
Abbie Jo Flynn, 41, Maiden Rock, pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond May 5 on OWI-third and operating with PAC-third charges. A status conference is slated for 8:30 a.m. June 18.
Fernando Gomez Hernandez, 34, Hudson, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond May 1 on ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges. A status conference is set for 11:30 a.m. June 18.
Donald Paul Kowalsky, 60, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond May 1 on two misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A status conference is scheduled for 1:45 p.m. June 11.
A May 5 initial appearance for Morgan Ann Rohde, 22, St. Paul, was rescheduled to 9:30 a.m. May 19. Rohde is charged with operate without valid license (second within three years) and possess drug paraphernalia.
Adam Michael Rood, 35, Green Isle, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond May 5 on OWI-second, operating with PAC-second and hit and run charges. A status conference is scheduled for 3:15 p.m. June 9.
Levi M. Stelzer, 34, Spring Valley, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond May 5 on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge. A status conference is set for 2 p.m. June 5.

Jeffrey John Wright, 40, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond April 30 on disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer charges. A status conference is set for 11:30 a.m. June 10.
Chloe Emma Butler, 22, Red Wing, Minn., pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement April 30 on a possession of cocaine/coca charge. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 24 incident.

A felony battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer charge against Aden Joseph Fisher, 30, Bay City, was dismissed April 30 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge resulted from a Sept. 4, 2023 incident.
