Dorian Lamont Bivens, 51, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty to and posted a $1,000 signature bond Sept. 9 on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse, use of a dangerous weapon) charge. A status conference is slated for 1:45 p.m. Nov. 17.
Brandy Nicole Coomer, 27, Spring Valley, pleaded not guilty to and posted a $1,000 signature bond on disorderly conduct and possession of THC charges. A status conference is set for 2:45 p.m. Nov. 17.
Colin Mackenzie Duerkop, 21, Hastings, Minn., was ordered to pay $650 cash bond Sept. 15 on a disorderly conduct charge. A status conference is slated for 11:15 a.m. Oct. 21.
Bridget Nicole Eisele, 43, River Falls, posted a $2,000 signature bond Sept. 15 on felony possession of methamphetamine (second/subsequent offense, as party to a crime), felony possession of THC (second+ offense, as party to a crime) and possess drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime) charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 3 p.m. Nov. 17.
Donald James Fawcett, 59, Hastings, Minn., posted a $5,000 signature bond Sept. 12 on a felony drive or operate vehicle without consent charge. A status conference is slated for 8:45 a.m. Oct. 9.
Sonia Mejia Hernandez, 54, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond Sept. 15 on OWI-third and operating with PAC-third charges. A status conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. Oct. 21.
Frankie Gus Paschke, 50, New Richmond, was ordered to pay $2,000 cash bond Sept. 12 on felony OWI-fifth/sixth and felony bail jumping charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 9 a.m. Sept. 18.
Alyssa Rose Puhalla, 18, Hudson, was ordered to pay $1,000 cash bond Sept. 15 on a felony second-degree recklessly endangering safety charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Sept. 23.
Melissa Ann Reinhardt, 40, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond Sept. 15 on two battery charges. A status conference is slated for 9 a.m. Oct. 9.
Nakeyia Lynn Ruoho, 23, Emerald, pleaded not guilty and was ordered to pay $150 cash bond Sept. 15 on a disorderly conduct charge. A status conference is set for 11:45 a.m. Oct. 21.

Chelsey Marie Struemke, 37, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond Sept. 15 on operating while revoked (alcohol related) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charges. A status conference is set for 2 p.m. Dec. 15.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Kathleen Marie Voss, 22, Prescott, who missed a Sept. 15 initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge.
Christine Angelica Ziolkowski, 39, Red Wing, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge. A status conference is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Nov. 17.
Mallorie Cassandra Herrera, 41, Woodville, was convicted of resisting or obstructing an officer upon revocation of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement Sept. 10 and fined $443. The charge resulted from a Nov. 4, 2023 incident.
A disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge against Johnathon Erich Kinney, 28, Hastings, Minn., was dismissed Sept. 11 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from a Dec. 2, 2023 incident.
Frederick J. Litschke, 57, Prescott, was convicted of felony OWI-fourth Sept. 9, sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $2,322, and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device after a 30-month driver’s license revocation. A felony operating with PAC-fourth charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Jun 17, 2024 traffic stop.
Troy Dale Marx, 57, New Richmond, was convicted of battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) Sept. 9, sentenced to two years of probation, ordered to pay restitution (to be determined) and fined $1,086. An intimidate victim/use or attempt force charge was read in but dismissed. Felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents Dec. 24, 2023 and Feb. 18, 2024.
Raymond Ramis Lamar Mason Jr., 23, Minneapolis, was convicted of battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) Aug. 11 upon revocation of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement, and sentenced to one year’s probation, ordered to undergo a domestic violence assessment and fined $734 Sept. 10. The charges resulted from a Nov. 27, 2023 incident.
Sara Elisa Milhaupt, 45, Hastings, Minn., was convicted of disorderly conduct Sept. 10 and fined $443. A criminal damage to property charge was read in but dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Jan. 15 incident.
Anthony C. Olson, 38, Hudson, was convicted of possess amphetamine/LSD/psilocin Sept. 11, sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $443. The charge resulted from a July 25, 2024 incident.
Lisa Ann Rydland, 59, River Falls, was convicted of OWI-third Sept. 9, sentenced to 75 days in jail, fined $3,644, and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device after a 24-month driver’s license revocation. Operating with PAC-third, operating while revoked (alcohol related) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a July 23, 2024 incident.
