The following incidents were reported to Pierce County Sheriff's Office May 19-25.
Monday, May 19
At 8:06 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle pulling into his driveway twice within a short time frame on May 18 at N1959 830th, Hager City. They took photos of the vehicle and wanted the incident documented.
At 10:08 a.m., a caller reported a suspicious person seen on his property on multiple occasions at N527 County Road S, Maiden Rock. He wanted the incidents documented.
The township removed a tree from over the roadway at 11:05 a.m. at 452nd Street and 120th Avenue, Maiden Rock.
Officers assisted Prescott police with a disorderly subject at 12:54 p.m. at 907 Pearl St. The parties were separated.
A caller reported vandalism near his property at 4:37 p.m. at N314 McKay Ave., Spring Valley. Information was passed onto SVPD.
Police responded to a civil dispute between landlord and tenant at 6:08 p.m. at N6117 745th, Beldenville. Both parties agreed to leave each other alone.
Deputies were dispatched to a welfare check at 6:39 p.m. at W340 N. Second St., Spring Valley.
Deputies assisted Ellsworth Fire at a structure fire at 10:34 p.m. at N5510 County Road O, Ellsworth.
Tuesday, May 20
Officers assisted EMS at 12:05 a.m. at 510 First St., Plum City.
At 8:55 a.m., a complaint called dispatch asking if they could shoot at an airplane spraying crops because they felt it was poisoning them. Dispatch told them no and the person refused to give them any identifying information.
Police responded to a tree covering the roadway at 10:01 a.m. at N6716 720th, Beldenville. The township removed it.
The highway department removed a tree from the road at 11:35 a.m. at County Road BB and Highway 72, Ellsworth.
Officers assisted with traffic control at a tree removal at 12:27 p.m. at 620th Avenue and 1090th Street, Prescott.
Officers arrested a man with a warrant at 1:41 p.m. at N1773 County Road D, Bay City.
Officers assisted with traffic control for a fallen tree removal at 3:35 p.m. at W6963 870th, River Falls.
At 3:49 p.m., a man flagged down officers requesting help at Kwik Trip (1536 Cemetery Road, River Falls). EMS transported him to River Falls Area Hospital.
Deputies checked on a man walking in the rain at 6:20 p.m. on Highway 65 at 690th Avenue, Beldenville. He refused any assistance.
A loose cow was reported at 7:10 p.m. at W10769 County Road FF, River Falls .The farmer got the cow back in its pen.
Deputies assisted Prescott police in investigating a suspicious vehicle at 11:29 p.m. at 667 Dexter St. S.
Wednesday, May 21
Deputies assisted River Falls police at 1:42 a.m. at 427 Kennedy St.
At 9:56 a.m., a citizen pulled up alongside officers at highways 29 and 63, Spring Valley, to ask questions about a pigeon that fell from a light.
Deputies assisted Prescott police with a car vs. semi crash at 10:51 a.m. at 328 Lake St.
Officers responded to a two-vehicle head-on crash at 11:20 a.m. at W12490 Highway 35, Prescott. A mail carrier turned directly in front of a truck traveling the opposite direction and caused the crash.
Deputies assisted the State Patrol with a one-vehicle crash at 4:23 p.m. at W6054 County Road J, Beldenville.
Officers were dispatched to a theft at 4:38 p.m. at N1823 785th, Hager City. A woman was arrested for theft and possess drug paraphernalia.
At 7:43 p.m., the owner of Mystical Rose Garden (W5415 890th, Baldwin) advised police of goats wandering their property. He didn’t know who they belonged to.
Deputies assisted RF police at 10:12 p.m. at 805 S. Wasson Lane.
Thursday, May 22
A caller had questions about tracks through his yard at 10:12 a.m. at N2498 650th, Bay City.
Deputies performed a welfare check on a woman at 11:18 a.m. at W9398 710th, River Falls. She was fine.
Officers checked the area for a suspicious vehicle at 11:20 a.m. at W9616 290th, Hager City. Nothing was located.
At 1:18 p.m., a man reported that someone had pulled into his driveway at N1325 747th, Hager City the previous weekend, walked around his house and left. He wanted the incident documented.
A suspicious male was reported at 2:04 p.m. at1126th Street and 840th Avenue, River Falls. He was not located.
Deputies were dispatched to a fire alarm at 3:05 p.m. at N1464 770th, Hager City. It was a false alarm.
Officers were informed of a civil dispute at 3:08 p.m. at N7866 330th, Spring Valley.
Police were asked to dispatch a sick raccoon at 3:38 p.m. at N5417 170th, Elmwood.
At 4:25 p.m., a resident expressed concern for speeders near County Road F and 770th Avenue, River Falls. He was advised to attend a Traffic Safety Commission meeting.
Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash without injury at 6:02 p.m. at W6396 Highway 35, Bay City.
At 6:25 p.m., an officer gave a male a courtesy ride from W6631 County Road N, Beldenville, to Red Wing.
Police were dispatched to a one-vehicle crash at 10:18 p.m. at County Road C and 490th Avenue, Ellsworth. EMS transported the driver to River Falls Area Hospital with injuries. They were also arrested for OWI-second, failure to install an ignition interlock device and possession of cocaine.
Friday, May 23
Deputies assisted RF police at 1:55 a.m. at Family Fresh (303 S. Main St.)
A doctor requested a welfare check on a patient at 11:35 a.m. at N1355 County Road D, Bay City. He was fine.
Officers responded to an assault at 12:12 p.m. at 121 S. Main St., Elmwood. The complainant said her foot had been run over with a lawnmower. Police spoke to both parties involved.
Loose goats were reported at 1:29 p.m. at W5433 890th, Baldwin. The owner sent someone to get them.
Police were dispatched to a property damage incident at 1:52 p.m. at N6243 Highway 63, Beldenville. The suspect vehicle was not located.
A gravel theft was reported at 2:17 p.m. at N4381 County Road O, Ellsworth.
Suspicious activity was reported at 4:31 p.m. at W7605 Highway 35, Hager City. Police spoke to people about the incident.
Police responded to a civil matter at 4:45 p.m. at N1817 785th, Hager City. The owner told police the man in question is never allowed at the store again. Police could not reach him.
Deputies assisted Ellsworth police at 5:26 p.m. at 509 Mitchell St.
At 6:24 p.m., a caller reported a man banging on the windows of a residence at 526 W. May Ave., Elmwood. No one was located.
An animal complaint was reported at 9:21 p.m. at W6780 580th, Ellsworth.
Friday, May 24
A business alarm sounded at 3:13 a.m. at W8357 190th, Hager City. There were no signs of forced entry.
A stolen camper was reported at 7:03 a.m. at W7605 Highway 35, Hager City.
At 8:33 a.m., a caller spoke to police about a civil issue with a farmer at N5438 1200th, Prescott.
Deputies checked the area for a suspicious vehicle at 9:27 a.m. at Hill Street and Lakeview Avenue, Maiden Rock. It was not found.
Cows were on the loose in the road at 10:16 a.m. at W6027 County Road V, Bay City.
Police received a stolen property complaint at 10:22 a.m. at W3004 270th, Maiden Rock. Information and photos were collected.
At 10:28 a.m., a caller at N1585 721st, Bay City, reported not getting along with her roommate. She was advised of her options.
At 10:40 a.m., police were notified of a parking issue during a village car show at S119 McKay Ave., Spring Valley. The issue worked itself out.
Property damage was reported at 12:31 p.m. at N1817 785th, Hager City. The suspect called the owner and they worked out a solution to pay for the damage.
At 12:54 p.m., a caller reported a large amount of manure in the road at County Road CC and Highway 10, Maiden Rock. The property owner said he’d clean it up.
A damaged storage unit door was reported at 2:51 p.m. at W7605 Highway 35, Hager City.
Police warned four juveniles for walking along the railroad tracks at 7:50 p.m. at Highway 35 and 830th Street, Hager City.
Deputies assisted Ellsworth Fire with a vehicle fire at 10:09 p.m. at W5462 County Road N, Beldenville.
Deputies assisted RF police with a domestic call at 11:47 p.m. at 1204 Bartosh Lane.
Police responded to a report of disorderly people at 11:55 p.m. at N1128 460th, Maiden Rock. Police interviewed those involved and witnesses. They agreed to separate themselves.
Sunday, May 25
Deputies were dispatched to a one-vehicle crash at 12:06 a.m. at W4890 Highway 29, Spring Valley. The driver was arrested for OWI-first.
Officers responded to a possible fight in a bar parking lot at 2:45 a.m. at S225 McKay Ave., Spring Valley. Everyone left before police arrived.
Police were called to a one-vehicle crash in which the driver left the area at 8:34 a.m. at Highway 72 and County Road G, Elmwood. The driver was cited for failure to notify law enforcement of an accident, hit and run, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to keep vehicle under control.
Cattle were loose in the road at 9:16 a.m. at W5048 Highway 72, Ellsworth. The owner was able to secure them.
Officers were dispatched to a shooting complaint at 10:09 a.m. at W5306 770th, Spring Valley. People said they fired shots in the air to scare a bear away. They were given other ideas on how to scare a bear.
At 10:50 a.m., a caller reported a small airplane acting oddly at W10317 879th, River Falls. Police were able to locate activities for a few small planes in the area.
Police conducted a welfare check at 12:20 p.m. at 515 First St., Plum City. A safety plan was put into place.
Deputies assisted EMS with a medical at 12:45 p.m. at N7122 County Road J, Beldenville.
A possible restraining order violation was reported at 3:50 p.m. at N673 825th, Hager City. Police attempted contact with the other party.
Police received a report of gunshots in the area at 6:17 p.m. at W12996 648th, Prescott. Nothing was located.
Deputies assisted with a suicidal inmate at the jail at 8:10 p.m. They were taken to Western Wisconsin Health.
Deputies assisted the DNR at 8:11 p.m. at N6802 Highway 65, Beldenville.
