The following incidents were reported to Pierce County Sheriff’s Office Feb. 13-20.

Monday, Feb. 13

Deputies assisted River Falls police at 5:06 a.m. at 100 Spring St. They were looking for a vehicle.

A caller reported an intentional gas drive-off at 5:55 a.m. at N1817 785th St., Hager City.

Police responded to a vehicle in the ditch at 1:23 p.m. at County Road F and 820th Avenue, River Falls. The driver said she slid on a patch of ice from melting snow. The vehicle had minor damage and was tugged out by a tow.

Officers were called to a two-vehicle crash without injury at 3:01 p.m. at highways 10 and 63 (west intersection). One vehicle had to be towed.

A caller reported a vehicle vs. turkey crash at 3:27 p.m. at County Road EE and 210th Avenue, Bay City.

A theft was reported at 5:15 p.m. at W12720 705th Ave., River Falls.

Officers were called for a woman having a panic attack at 5:20 p.m. at 307 W. Winter Ave., Elmwood. Police helped her until EMS arrived.

Police responded to a man having a hard time breathing at 6:09 p.m. at W8073 150th Ave., Hager City. They assisted until EMS arrived.

Police assisted EMS as needed at 8:56 p.m. at N1537 715th St., Hager City.

At 10:51 p.m., a complainant reported a person who fainted and regained consciousness at W9490 300th Ave., Hager City. EMS was paged.

A missing Blue Heeler was reported at 11:50 p.m. at N8436 Highway 128, Spring Valley.

Tuesday, Feb. 14

Officers were called at 4:40 a.m. to 422 Cherry Ave., Plum City, for an unwanted subject. The complainant was informed about the restraining order process.

Police assisted EMS with a medical call at 6:31 a.mm. at N5094 530th St., Ellsworth.

A caller reported a burglary not in progress at 7:19 a.m. at W1476 County Road S, Plum City.

Police responded to a juvenile complaint at 8:06 a.m. at a home on 490th Street in Bay City. A juvenile had stolen their stepmother’s credit card and purchased $500 in items online. A theft and fraud report was completed.

A gas drive-off was reported at 12:03 p.m. at W6396 Highway 35, Bay City. The vehicle was not located.

Officers helped escort cows back into their pent at 3:31 p.m. near 610th Street and Highway 63, Ellsworth.

At 4:01 p.m., police responded to N2464 Highway 63, Hager City, for unwanted people in the driveway and a man who fled the area. Police interviewed a woman and determined a rolling domestic took place. The man was not located.

A UPS truck got stuck at 6:50 p.m. near 890th Avenue and 540th Street, Baldwin. A tow truck removed the vehicle.

Deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash at 11:15 p.m. at Maple Street and Overlook Drive in Ellsworth. The investigation was turned over to River Falls police and one man was arrested for OWI-first. Wisconsin State Patrol completed the accident report.

Wednesday, Feb. 15

A possible sexual assault was reported at 1:06 a.m. at Shady Grove (N6240 Highway 65, Beldenville).

Police found a power pole smoldering at 5:41 a.m. near county roads G and BB, Beldenville. They stood by until Pierce Pepin arrived.

Officers assisted a woman at 1:25 p.m. at W13035 635th Ave., Prescott, when she got stuck on the ice (on foot) by her mailbox.

A caller reported a van parked near the end of his driveway at 4:18 p.m. at N7661 950th St., River Falls. Workers next door said they would move it.

Police were called at 7:23 p.m. to N7811 690th St., River Falls, for a welfare check. A woman was arrested for a bond violation.

Officers responded to a familial domestic at 8:55 p.m. at N4279 710th St., Ellsworth. A person was taken to another family member’s residence for the evening after an altercation.

At 9:14 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious vehicle driving slowly up the road multiple times near N3987 150th St., Plum City. No vehicle was found.

Thursday, Feb. 16

Deputies assisted EMS as needed at 3:06 a.m. at W3018 850th Ave., Spring Valley.

At 9:23 a.m., a caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked near the neighbor’s house at W207 N. Fourth St., Spring Valley. The vehicle as gone when police arrived.

Police arrested a driver for operating after revocation, failure to install an ignition interlock device, felony bail jumping and a probation hold after a traffic stop for no front license plate and expired registration at 1:39 p.m. near Highway 29 and 590th Street, River Falls. The passenger was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor bail jumping and three felony bail jumping counts.

At 5:05 p.m., a caller at N7595 280th Ave., Hager City, reported that someone had been cashing checks from his account fraudulently.

Police were called at 5:53 p.m. to N4230 County Road O, Ellsworth, for a gas leak, along with Ellsworth Fire.

Officers checked on a vehicle parked at a closed establishment at 9:36 p.m. at N1620 County Road VV, Hager City. The vehicle was unoccupied.

Deputies responded to a potential carbon monoxide leak at 10:05 p.m. at W6673 Maple St., Bay City. EMS also responded.

Police assisted the fire department with a carbon monoxide alarm at 10:27 p.m. at N4312 270th St., Maiden Rock.

Friday, Feb. 17

At 4:20 a.m., a caller at N6424 County Road E, River Falls, reported someone banging on the windows. No one was found.

At 5:48 a.m., a complainant reported a vehicle left in his driveway at W3034 270th Ave., Maiden Rock. Police saw open intoxicants in the vehicle, which was towed. Police advised the owner’s employer to let them know the vehicle had been towed.

Officers responded to a vehicle slide-in on a steep and icy driveway at 6:15 a.m. at W7194 450th Ave., Ellsworth. The township arrived and put down sand so the vehicle could get out.

At 8:52 a.m., a caller reported computer fraud at W7985 180th Ave., Hager City. Someone had attempted to access a computer and banking information online. No money transactions occurred.

Police responded to a check forgery complaint at 4:40 p.m. at S649 Van Buren Road, Spring Valley. Checks had been manufactured and cashed electronically using a small business account without permission.

A driver was arrested for OWI after a traffic stop for speeding at 8:32 p.m. at Highway 35 and Airport Road, Bay City.

Police responded at 11:46 p.m. to S320 Sabin Ave., Spring Valley, for an unresponsive man with possible alcohol poisoning. Police were able to wake the subject and EMS responded.

Saturday, Feb. 18

Police responded to a home alarm at 12:39 a.m. at W12145 770th Ave., River Falls. All doors were secure.

Officers were called at 5:40 a.m. to N2594 770th St., Hager City, for a vehicle trespassing on private property. When police arrived, they determined it was an attempted burglary. The male suspect fled on foot. Hudson K9 responded for a track; the man’s vehicle was taken into evidence custody. The case is linked with a stolen vehicle complaint.

Police were informed of a domestic that had taken place overnight at 9:57 a.m. at 102 Nelson Drive, Elmwood. Police interviewed a woman while a man declined to speak. He was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct, battery, intimidation of victim and a probation hold.

Deputies responded to a gas drive-off at 2:26 p.m. at W6396 Highway 35, Bay City. The suspect said it was an accident.

Police assisted EMS with a medical at 3:02 p.m. at 124 Pine Ave., Plum City.

Police collected information on a stolen vehicle, related to an earlier attempted burglary, at 4:31 p.m. at N2001 690th St., Bay City.

Deputies assisted EMS with a medical at 4:41 p.m. at N1024 385th St., Maiden Rock.

A caller reported a missing white Golden Doodle and an Australian Shepherd/ Aussie Doodle at 5:01 p.m. at W4395 Highway 29, Spring Valley.

Officers assisted a landlord with a property walkthrough after an eviction at 8:03 p.m. at W5677 230th Ave., Bay City.

Police observed a suspicious truck that was unoccupied at 9:12 p.m. near N1299 825th St., Hager City.

Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint at 9:14 p.m. at N3020 County Road C, Ellsworth. It was determined to be coyote hunters.

Deputies saw a suspicious truck at 11:30 p.m. at Highway 65 and 820th Street, River Falls. The truck’s owner was coyote hunting and had talked to law enforcement earlier in the evening.

A caller reported a man sitting at a picnic table at 11:37 p.m. at W8050 150th Ave., Hager City. It turned out to be a garbage can with its lid up.

Sunday, Feb. 19

Police saw a suspicious vehicle parked behind a closed business at 12:16 a.m. at 159 W. Main St., Ellsworth. Nothing appeared amiss.

A driver was arrested for OWI after a traffic stop for operating left of center at 12:17 a.m. at County Road E and 521st Avenue, Prescott.

Police responded for suspicious vehicles reported at 1:26 a.m. at 570th Street and Highway 35, Bay City. One person was arrested and one cited.

Officers were informed of one vehicle damaged in the roadway at 8:28 a.m. at N8385 County Road F, River Falls. No one was at the scene. They found a second involved vehicle later at the driver’s residence. The driver was cited for operate without valid license, failure to notify law enforcement of an accident and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash at 10:03 a.m. at Highway 10 and First Street, Plum City. A vehicle had crossed the highway in front of an oncoming car. Damage was minor.

A caller reported a sick raccoon at 1:55 p.m. at N2440 County Road C, Bay City. The raccoon was walking slowly, but went into a woodline.

At 3:44 p.m., a caller reported a maroon Crown Victoria that had pulled up behind him at W7605 Highway 35, Hager City, while he was sitting in his vehicle waiting for it to warm up. He found the actions to be suspicious.

Deputies assisted EMS with a medical at 4:19 p.m. at N6701 570th St., Beldenville.

Police responded to a possible domestic at 8:33 p.m. at N8034 920th St., River Falls. A woman said she was banging on the floor because of the smell coming from the apartment building. She was told to stop.

Police located a suspicious vehicle parked at a closed business at 9:21 p.m. at N2322 Highway 63, Hager City. Nothing was found.

Monday, Feb. 20

Police responded to a possible domestic at 1:28 a.m. at 221 N. Public St., Elmwood. Both parties agreed to separate for the night.

At 5:20 a.m., a caller reported an overdue motorist at W7354 165th Ave., Hager City. Police learned the man had gone into the ditch near County Road C and 290th Avenue, Ellsworth. EMS transported him to the hospital.

Deputies responded to a car vs. semi crash at 9:54 a.m. at highways 29 and 63 (south intersection) near Martell. A car had run a stop sign and struck the semi.

Officers responded to a vehicle slide-in and semis stuck in the road at 10:56 a.m. at County Road F and 820th Avenue, River Falls. The car was removed by a tow.

Police were called to a one-vehicle rollover with injury at 11:18 a.m. at Highway 29 and 710th Street, River Falls.

Deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash without injuries at 11:32 a.m. at County Road QQ and Highway 10, Prescott.

At 12:20 p.m., a caller at W5756 610th Ave., Beldenville, reported a missing license plate, which was entered as stolen.

Police found a cow hanging out on the side of the road at 12:48 p.m. near N4273 Highway 35, Prescott. Police escorted the bovine to its pasture.

Officers were called to a vehicle in the ditch at 12:58 p.m. near 570th Avenue and County Road CC, Elmwood. The vehicle was removed.

At 1:02 p.m., a caller at W5856 760th Ave., Beldenville, called about a neighbor’s aggressive dog. The town chair will address the issue.

Police assisted EMS at 2:54 p.m. at W6302 County Road N, Beldenville.

Officers responded to a business alarm at 5:48 p.m. at N1620 County Road VV, Hager City. An open door was found. Police found no one inside the building.

At 6 p.m., a caller reported a man for fishing on private property at N650 825th St., Hager City. The man said he didn’t know it was private property and immediately left. He aws warned for trespassing.
