The following incidents were reported to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office June 1-6.
June 1
•At 2:30 p.m., deputies responded to the jail to assisted River Falls police with a disorderly subject.
•At 3:11 p.m., a complainant reported damage to his mailbox at W6124 County Road N, Beldenville.
•At 6:13 p.m., police responded to N1494 810th St., Hager City, for an unwanted person, who was ultimately arrested for a St. Croix County warrant. Custody of the person was transferred to St. Croix County. Another person at the home had a Dunn County warrant. Dunn County provided that person a new court date.
•Police took an anonymous complaint of a possible intoxicated driver at 7:22 p.m. at County Road O and Highway 35, Hager City. The suspect was located and arrested for OWIsecond.
•At 10:53 p.m., a person reported a deer in his yard that was in labor at W2016 190th Ave., Maiden Rock. The person was advised to leave the deer alone.
June 2
•At 4:12 a.m., police responded to County Road K and Highway 35, Hager City, for a car vs. deer crash. Deputies assisted in getting the vehicle off the highway. The deer was removed from the road.
•At 5:51 a.m., police were notified that a bull was loose at N8173 330th St. The owner said he would get him contained.
•At 7:28 a.m., police were called to 770th Avenue and County Road F where a vehicle went into the ditch and had damage. Information and photos were collected.
•At 8:38 a.m., deputies were notified that St. Croix County deputies were in the area of 690th Street, River Falls, looking for a stolen vehicle. They did not locate it.
•Police helped a person pick up bales of hat that fell off his truck at 11:23 a.m. at 610th Avenue and Highway 65, Ellsworth.
•Theft of keys from a vehicle was reported at 11:56 a.m. at N8806 County Road Y, River Falls. The complainant thinks he left the vehicle unlocked overnight. No forced entry was noted.
•At 12:37 p.m., a complainant reported the theft of a small, black safe containing $300 cash from 430 W. Shaw Ave., Elmwood. Police contacted several suspects who allowed police into their residence to conduct a search. No safe or cash was found.
•At 12:45 p.m., police checked the area north of Grange Hall to Nugget Lake County Park, where a missing person’s phone was PINGing. The missing person is from Buffalo County, and was not located.
•Deputies responded at 2:10 p.m. to N931 545th St., Bay City, for a trespassing complaint. Police spoke with many people; a woman agreed to leave.
•Deputies assisted Prescott Fire with a grass fire at 5:55 p.m. at N6043 County Road QQ, Prescott.
•At 9:35 p.m., police received a squatting complaint at a storage unit at N7804 902nd St., River Falls. Police made contact with a man who said he was moving items into his storage unit. The man agreed to pack the rest of his belongings into the unit and walk to his daughter’s house.
•Police responded at 9:43 p.m. to W7908 250th Ave., Hager City, for a possible unwanted subject and suspicious activity. The complainant heard her door open when no one should be there. The property and residence were checked but no one was found.
•At 10:03 p.m., police received a tip that a man had stopped at a wayside on County Road O, got out and 15 minutes later came back with a duffel bag and left. Police could not locate the vehicle.
June 3
•At 12:07 a.m., police were called to N6686 610th St., Beldenville, for a group of teenagers allegedly trying to egg a house. The teens left before police arrived. The vehicle was not located.
•At 2:51 a.m., police attempted to stop a driver at Highway 63 and 825th Street South, Hager City, whose registration was showing no valid driver’s license. The driver fled to Red Wing, where he was arrested by Red Wing police for fleeing.
•At 9:52 a.m., a complainant reported finding a firearm in the ditch near N893 825th St., Hager City. The firearm was taken into police custody.
•Police were called at 3 p.m. to N8057 920th St., River Falls, for a disorderly person. Two people were separated and one was told not to have contact with another.
•Police responded to W4731 County Road G, Ellsworth, at 3:22 p.m. for a suicide threat complaint. A man was found deceased.
•PCSO assisted Ellsworth police at 5:01 p.m. in towing a vehicle from 166 E. Main St. for evidence.
•At 10:24 p.m., police checked the area near 1170th Street and Highway 10, Prescott, for a man walking along the highway after dark. Police found the man and gave him a courtesy ride to town.
•At 10:39 p.m., police responded to a car vs deer crash at County Road OO and Highway 10, Hager City. The car was drivable.
June 4
•Police responded to a domestic incident at 12:08 a.m. at 520 Maple Ave. W., Plum City. Both parties denied anything was going on. They were separated for the evening.
•At 6:53 a.m., a complainant reported it looked like someone had tried to siphon gas from their tractor the previous night, at N3320 County Road CC, Maiden Rock. It appeared the person walked through the neighbor’s vacant lot.
•A herd of cows was reported on the highway at 10:24 a.m. at County Road ZZ and Highway 10, Plum City. The owner and a deputy got the cows back where they belonged.
•At 1:16 p.m., a complainant reported semis honking their horns early in the morning near N1530 County Road D, Bay City. The possible semi’s owner said he did not have trucks going that morning, but he would make sure his driver(s) never honed in that area. The caller said they would document honking time and trucks doing it.
•Deputies responded at 9:03 p.m. to 1150th Street and Highway 35, Prescott, for a single motorcycle crash with injury. The driver was arrested for OWI-second and taken to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.
June 5
•At 5:59 a.m., police found 13 horses in the roadway at 1090th Street and 840th Avenue, River Falls. The owners were located and able to get the horses into a neighbor’s pasture.
•Police responded to N768 300th St., Maiden Rock, for a structure fire at 8:39 a.m. They conducted interviews regarding possible arson.
•A trailer was reported stolen sometime in the night at 9:12 a.m. at N6342 County Road O, Ellsworth. It was found abandoned on 620th Avenue and 1090th Street.
•Deputies provided traffic control at 4:27 p.m. at County Road D and Highway 35, Bay City, where a Coach bus with passengers had broken down. The passengers were picked up and the bus pulled into a parking lot to wait for a tow.
•An abandoned/disabled motorcycle was found at 5:11 p.m. at County Road O and Highway 65, River Falls. The vehicle was removed.
•Police were advised at 9:57 p.m. of several juveniles who were lost on the Kinnickinnic River. The juveniles walked to the road at N10488 County Road FF< River Falls, and located by deputies. A parent picked them up.
June 6
•At 12:01 a.m., a complainant reported someone in a Dodge Caravan followed her and her children into town at Park and Chester streets in Maiden Rock. Police could not locate the van.
•At 12:03 a.m., police responded to N1681 830th St., Hager City, where a complainant said she thought she heard someone in her house. No one was located.
•Ellsworth police reported a grass fire at 11:02 a.m. near 570th Avenue and 730th Street, Ellsworth. They did not need an assist.
•Deputies were called to a one-vehicle crash at 11:08 a.m. on Highway 35 just north of County Road E. The driver complained of pain on the back of her head. She was taken to Regina Hospital in St. Paul. Wisconsin State Patrol assisted.
•Deputies assisted jail staff at 11:41 a.m. with moving an unruly inmate.
•Police responded to a propane tank leak at 2:30 p.m. at W1268 490th Ave., Elmwood.
•A single motorcycle crash was reported at 3:07 p.m. at W9194 Highway 29, River Falls. The driver had minor scrapes.
•Deputies assisted with a disorderly person in the jail at 5:10 p.m.
•Police responded to a motorcycle crash with injury at 6:34 p.m. at W2596 20th Ave., Stockholm. The person was transported by EMS.
•Deputies assisted Prescott police with an active domestic incident at 7:27 p.m. at 801 River Terrace St.
