January 18 1:25 a.m.

A subject was located walking on the wrong side of the roadway in Hager City near the intersection of Hwy. 63 and 825th St. S. The subject was identified and given a ride. 6:16 a.m. A vehicle was reported in the ditch 8:07 a.m.

Two dogs were reported missing in Beldenville in the area of Cty. Tk. J.

5:30 p.m.

Deputies responded to River Falls near the intersection of Hwy. 65 and Cty. Tk. W for a driving complaint. The complainant stated the suspect was swerving all over the road and side-swiped a guardrail. Contact was made with the suspect driver, who was determined not to be intoxicated. He was issued multiple citations before being given a courtesy ride home by another party.

7:22 p.m.

A driver was stopped in Bay City on Cty. Tk. D near Hwy. 35 for operating left of center. The driver was found to be licensed out of country and was not used to our roads. The passenger drove the vehicle from the stop location.

January 19 1:27 a.m.

A vehicle was stopped in Ellsworth near the intersection of Crosscut Ave. and Wall St. for no front plate and a defective brake lamp. The driver was run through a field sobriety test and a sober party came to pick up both subjects.

4:37 a.m.

A Deputy was called to the intersection of Broad St. and Orange St. in Prescott to assist Prescott PD with an OWI as needed. 10:08 a.m.

A complainant on Hwy. 10 in Ellsworth reported that somebody took out a small business loan in their name. They had already contacted their bank about the issue and was talking with the authorities where the loan was taken out as well.

5:32 p.m.

A report of snowmobiles operating on closed trails was received near the intersection of 1170th St. and Hwy. 10 in Prescott. Both sleds were gone prior to arrival.

10:32 p.m.

Suspicious activity was observed in Hager City near the intersection of Hwy. 63 and 810th St. S. After contact was made with the driver, she stated that she pulled off the roadway to text. Everything appeared fine.

10:32 p.m.

A driver was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated – 1st Offense after being stopped for speed on 145th Ave. in Hager City. The driver admitted to consuming alcohol before a field sobriety test was conducted.

January 20 1:28 p.m.

Spring Valley PD was assisted with the execution of a search warrant on N. 2nd St. in Spring Valley.

5:50 p.m.

A one-vehicle accident with no damage was reported in Hager City near the intersection of 170th Ave. and Hwy. 35.

January 21 12:50 a.m.

While patrolling the area of 800th St. in Ellsworth, a vehicle was observed on township property after hours. Contact was made with a female subject taking sand. The township was contacted and stated the sand could be taken if the subject was a resident. The female was not a resident and the sand was returned.

5:16 a.m.

A deer vs. car accident was reported on Cty. Tk. O in Ellsworth.

6:37 a.m.

A one-vehicle rollover accident without injury was reported in Ellsworth near the intersection of 800th St. and Hwy. 10. The driver was cited for operating with no insurance.

11:44 a.m.

A vehicle was towed from Beldenville near the intersection of Cty. Tk. J and Hwy. 65 after a tire fell off.

1:25 p.m.

River Falls PD was assisted in the 1500 block of S. Wasson Ln. in River Falls with a K9 search.

3:42 p.m.

A vehicle was removed in Spring Valley near the intersection of Cty. Tk. T and Hwy. 63 after an accident with no damage was reported.

5:25 p.m.

Deputies were dispatched to Hwy. 65 in Beldenville after a report of a two-vehicle accident was received. 6:32 p.m.

A car vs. deer accident was located in Prescott on 1180th St. near Hwy. 35.

January 22 12:01 a.m.

Suspicious activity was reported on 290th Ave. in Hager City. The complainant stated her children saw someone outside their house during the early morning. The area was checked, and everything appeared fine. Several wild game paths were located through the yard.

4:40 a.m.

While patrolling Cty. Tk. J in Beldenville, a one-vehicle crash was located after a vehicle struck a mailbox. Contact was made with two subjects from the vehicle and neither would admit to driving. The vehicle was towed.

7:25 a.m.

A report of a hit and run accident was reported in Maiden Rock near the intersection of 385th St. and Hwy. 35. 10:20 a.m.

Information was received about a possible planned robbery in Hager City.
