The following incidents were reported to Pierce County Sheriff’s Office Jan. 26-Feb. 2, 2026.
Monday, Jan. 26
Deputies were dispatched to a domestic between father and son at 6:51 a.m. at W7194 450th, Ellsworth.
Deputies served civil papers at 11:03 a.m. at 523 S. Wasson Lane, River Falls.
Officers assisted with a stand by for family members at 11:50 a.m. at W7453 Highway 10, Ellsworth.
Police checked on a suspicious vehicle at 11:55 a.m. at 598 W. Lucas Lane, Ellsworth. The occupants said they were smoking cigarettes due to property agreement at their residence.
Missing dogs were reported at 1:37 p.m. at W6911 210th, Bay City.
Deputies assisted Ellsworth police at 2:08 p.m. at Ellsworth Elementary (445 S. Piety St.)
At 2:20 p.m., police were notified of a single vehicle in the ditch on private property at N7211 Highway 65, River Falls. The vehicle was towed.
Deputies assisted Prescott police at 5:27 p.m. at 470 Monroe St.
Deputies removed a downed tree from the road at 11:26 p.m. at County Road O and 570th Avenue, Ellsworth.
At 11:34 p.m., a caller reported an unknown suspicious vehicle in the driveway at W6911 210th, Bay City. Nothing was located.
Tuesday, Jan. 27
Deputies responded to a domestic at 12:32 a.m. at 191 Evergreen Estates St., Ellsworth.
Police were asked to provide extra patrol while belongings were removed from a home at 7:23 a.m. at W1153 Whitetail Run, Spring Valley.
At 9:24 a.m., a caller reported a neighbor’s dog trespassing at N7420 County Road O, River Falls. The complainant had photos of the dog on his property; the owner was warned.
At 2:02 p.m., deputies were en route to help Prescott police with a combative subject at 654 Washington St. when they were canceled prior to arrival.
A caller reported a scam at 2:06 p.m. at W7614 163rd, Hager City. The caller was not out any money or information.
A caller reported their dog had run off at 4:37 p.m. at W6479 430th, Ellsworth. The dog returned home.
Deputies assisted Prescott police at 5:09 p.m. at 116 Broad St.
At 10:44 p.m., police found a suspicious vehicle running in the Plum City Middle/High School parking lot (907 Main St.) It belonged to a staff member who had returned from a school function.
Wednesday, Jan. 28
Police arrested someone on a warrant at 3:39 a.m. at N108 N. Sabin Ave., Spring Valley.
Deputies were dispatched for a disorderly person at 5:31 a.m. at W1581 210th, Plum City. One man was arrested.
Red Wing police responded to a business alarm at 5:40 a.m. at N1620 County Road VV, Hager City. All doors were secure.
At 6:50 a.m., a man called in about an ongoing issue at N7420 County Road O, River Falls.
At 8:24 a.m., a man at W10640 566th, Prescott, asked about removing a woman from his residence. He was advised of the eviction process.
At 11:04 a.m., police stood by while FSA conducted a visit with a cattle owner at N5427 County Road S, Elmwood.
At 1:09 p.m., deputies were asked to conduct a welfare check on a male and his cattle after a visit from the FSA at N5427 County Road S, Elmwood. The man was fine and the cattle had food and water.
At 5:23 p.m., police spoke to a complainant about a civil issue at W1153 Whitetail Run, Spring Valley. Police informed a male not to return to the address.
Deputies served civil papers at 6:40 p.m. at N3754 County Road DD, Bay City.
At 8:09 p.m., deputies assisted Prescott police with investigating a retail theft at Kwik Trip (1200 Henry St.)
Thursday, Jan. 29
At 12:27 a.m., police checked W5900 Highway 35, Bay City, for suspicious tracks.
At 12:46 a.m., officers checked W3601 Lakeview Ave., Maiden Rock, for suspicious tracks. Nothing was found.
Deputies conducted a security check of storage units at 2:31 a.m. at W7858 170th, Hager City.
Officers performed a security check at 3:51 a.m. at N7480 County Road BB, Spring Valley.
A business alarm sounded at 7:21 a.m. at W7725 Highway 10, Ellsworth. It was a false alarm.
Police checked on an abandoned vehicle at 7:55 a.m. near W6002 490th, Ellsworth. They were unable to reach the owner via phone.
At 10:42 a.m., a caller reported possible fraud on her bank account at N7848 535th, Spring Valley. She was going to collect evidence.
At 10:59 a.m., police were informed of a potential mental health crisis that could occur at a County Road S, Elmwood address.
Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at 12:03 p.m. at 650th Street and County Road N, Beldenville.
At 2:42 p.m., police attempted to reach a man about a civil matter after receiving a call from a resident at W2710 230th, Maiden Rock.
At 3:11 p.m., police located two dogs in the center of the highway near W11260 Highway 10, Prescott. A woman at the residence said she was dog sitting and they’d run off.
At 3:24 p.m., police responded to a home on 265th Avenue, Plum City, for an out-of-control juvenile on suicide watch. A parent transported the juvenile for treatment.
Two dogs were found at 4:57 p.m. at 1309 First St., Plum City.
A suspicious vehicle was reported at 5:47 p.m. at 677th Street and 410th Avenue, Ellsworth. The driver was fixing a flat tire.
Deputies assisted Ellsworth EMS at 8:06 p.m. at W6874 County Road V, Ellsworth.
Deputies conducted a security check at 9:27 p.m. at N3941 Highway 35, Prescott. All seemed to be in order.
Friday, Jan. 30
Deputies assisted Ellsworth police with a disturbance at 1:04 a.m. at 463 E. Wall St.
At 1:19 a.m., police saw a man walking on the road near N673 825th, Hager City. He didn’t need any help.
A suspicious vehicle was reported in a driveway at 7:04 a.m. at 419 Pine Ave. E., Plum City. The vehicle left before police arrived.
Police responded to a one-vehicle crash without injury at 7:07 a.m. at W7315 Highway 10, Ellsworth.
A missing dog was reported at 7:58 a.m. at W723 310th Ave, Plum City.
Deputies assisted Ellsworth police with a slough of 911 calls at 8:37 a.m. at Ellsworth Elementary (445 S. Piety St.) No threat was found.
At 1:55 p.m., a complainant at W11568 570th, Prescott, reported concerns of family stealing money from her house and account. Her concerns were forwarded to the ADRC.
Police received an animal complaint at 4:19 p.m. at W5704 170th, Bay City. The horses and cats looked to be in good condition with plenty of food and water.
Saturday, Jan. 31
Deputies were dispatched to a welfare check at 12:15 a.m. at W3527 Highway 35, Maiden Rock. An intoxicated man fell and hit his head. EMS transported him to Red Wing Mayo Hospital.
Officers were asked to conduct a welfare check at 1:49 a.m. at W2330 County Road G, Elmwood. The call was unfounded.
A lost dog was reported at 8:43 a.m. at W6911 210th, Bay City.
Officers assisted Red Wing EMS at 11:52 p.m. at W7037 135th, Bay City.
A lost dog was reported at 12:52 p.m. at W7983 140th, Hager City.
Deputies stood by for Prescott police at 1:34 p.m. at 865 Helen St.
At 3:14 p.m., police responded for an unwanted person complaint at W7605 Highway 35, Hager City. The suspect was gone upon arrival; police documented trespassing and damage to property complaints.
Police conducted a welfare check at 3:46 p.m. at W7420 County Road O, River Falls, due to a noise. Everything was fine.
Police were dispatched at 4:19 p.m. to W7562 Highway 10, Ellsworth, for a man who was passed out and sweating.
Suspicious activity was reported at 4:35 p.m. at W2487 370th, Maiden Rock.
Deputies assisted Spring Valley police with an alarm at 5:22 p.m. at N217 Newman Ave.
Police were dispatched to a possible domestic after a loud bang and arguing was heard at 9:57 p.m. at W6305 Main St., Bay City. The parties said they were having a verbal argument and no help was necessary.
Sunday, Feb. 1
A caller reported an intoxicated, disorderly person at 1:57 a.m. at W7709 170th, Hager City. It was a verbal disagreement.
At 2:35 a.m., deputies used the county’s airboat to pick up two people from the Kinnickinnic Delta that had gone into the river on a UTV. They were transported to a residence on the Minnesota side, where an ambulance transported them to a hospital for cold exposure.
Deputies were dispatched to a one-vehicle slide-in at 7:31 a.m. at Highway 35 and 370th Avenue, Prescott. There were no injuries or damage.
At 9:07 a.m., a caller reported a neighbor’s dog running loose on his property at N7420 County Road O, River Falls. The dog’s owner admitted the dog had gone onto the property. Police spoke with him about alternatives to the dog running freely.
Police responded to an active domestic at 11:14 a.m. at 171 W. Main St., Ellsworth.
Officers were dispatched to a one-vehicle crash at 11:21 a.m. at Highway 35 and 1005th Street (south), Hager City.
At 11:55 a.m., a complainant found a blue bike with orange pedals, a sleeping bag, a small duffle bag, a water bottle, a baseball cap and food utensils at W4741 Highway 35, Maiden Rock.
Officers responded to a one-vehicle crash at 12:36 p.m. at County Road BB and Highway 72, Ellsworth.
At 2:16 p.m., a tow truck removed a vehicle from the ditch at 850th Street and Highway 29, River Falls.
Deputies were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash with injury at 4:26 p.m. at Highway 35 ad 468th Avenue, Prescott.
Officers responded to a one-vehicle crash at 5:20 p.m. at N1415 830th, Hager City.
Police were called to a crash without damage at 5:41 p.m. at Highway 63 and 810th Street, Hager City.
An accident without damage was reported at 7:02 p.m. at Highway 63 and 210th Avenue, Hager City. A tow removed the vehicle.
Deputies were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash with injury at 7:40 p.m. at Highway 35 and 125th Avenue, Bay City.
Officers were called to a vehicle fire at 9:30 p.m. at Highway 65 and 690th Avenue, Beldenville. The driver was arrested for OWI and being armed with a firearm while intoxicated.
Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at 10:33 p.m. at Highway 65 ad 820th Street, Beldenville.
Monday, Feb. 2
Police responded to a single-vehicle rollover without injury at 2:43 a.m. at Highway 35 and 125th Avenue, Bay City. Police helped the driver out of the vehicle, which was towed.
Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle at 6:49 a.m. at NN1299 825th, Hager City. A man inside sleeping said he was just about to move along. He said he was homeless and trying to figure things out.
Police located a vehicle in the ditch at 7:39 a.m. at 400th Street and Highway 10, Ellsworth. The driver was able to drive it out.
