The following incidents were reported to Pierce County Sheriff’s Office June 9-16, 2025.
Monday, June 9
Cows were reported out in the road at 10:03 a.m. near 450th Street and 890th Avenue, Baldwin. The owners resolved the issue.
Police assisted Pierce County Health Department at 2:37 p.m. as they delivered paperwork to N1787 150th, Plum City.
Police were dispatched at 4:14 p.m. to N2368 Highway 63, Hager City, for someone with no pulse not breathing.
An unwanted subject was reported at 10:53 p.m. at S219 Golfview Drive, Spring Valley. They were not found.
Tuesday, June 10
Officers assisted EMS at 4:04 a.m. at W5606 410th, Ellsworth.
Deputies assisted Elmwood police with a traffic complaint at 8:42 a.m. at 890th Avenue and Highway 128, Spring Valley.
Officers conducted a welfare check at 10:59 a.m. at N6700 720th, Beldenville. They were later cleared by behavioral health staff.
At 2:52 p.m., a caller reported their neighbor’s dog on their property at N6521 1323rd, Prescott. The neighbor told police the complainant allows their cats on their property, which causes the dog to act out. Both parties were told to keep their animals on their own property.
At 3:35 p.m., a juvenile was reported as a runaway after an intervention at a 610th Avenue, Ellsworth, home.
Deputies assisted Ellsworth police at 4:59 p.m. at 271 E. Summit Ave.
Deputies assisted UW-River Falls police at 6:26 p.m. at 948 Orange St.
Officers were dispatched to a single-vehicle rollover without injury at 7:08 p.m. at County Road CC and 730th Avenue, Spring Valley.
Police received a fireworks complaint at 8 p.m. at N5192 635th, Prescott.
Deputies assisted River Falls police at 8:18 p.m. at 517 Pine Ridge Terrace.
Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at 8:21 p.m. at County Road O and 690th Avenue, River Falls.
Deputies assisted RF police at 11:36 p.m. at 2469 Dawes Place.
A missing juvenile was reported at 11:53 p.m. at N6133 825th, Hager City. The parents located them in St. Croix County.
Wednesday, June 11
A caller reported possible child abuse at 12:39 a.m. at a home on 1165th Street, Prescott.
Police were notified of a single-vehicle crash at 6:56 a.m. that had occurred near N4954 Highway 63, Ellsworth.
Officers received an animal complaint at 8:10 a.m. at N943 County Road U, Plum City. They were provided the number to Companion Animal Care.
At 10:58 a.m., police spoke with a complainant about ongoing issues with a dog coming onto the property at N5186 170th, Elmwood.
Officers assisted Ellsworth police at 12:15 p.m. at Ellsworth High School (323 W. Hillcrest St.)
Police were called about a disabled semi at 12:26 p.m. near N1563 Highway 63, Hager City. They provided lights while a tow removed the vehicle.
A complainant reported their mailbox had been struck by a vehicle at 1:32 p.m. at N5641 County Road J, Beldenville. The striking party was going to pay for the damage.
At 1:46 p.m., a caller reported dogs on the road at Highway 10 and County Road J, Ellsworth. Police spoke to their owner.
Deputies assisted Ellsworth police with a retail theft matter at 2:45 p.m. at 181 E. Main St.
A gas drive0ff was reported at 2:46 p.m. at 600 Main St., Plum City.
A caller reported their dog lost at 5:37 p.m. at W8108 370th, Ellsworth.
Police assisted EMS with a medical emergency at 8:53 p.m. at W6620 610th, Ellsworth.
Thursday, June 12
Deputies and unwanted police responded at 2:29 a.m. to N1620 County Road VV, Hager City, for an unwanted person. They left before police arrived.
A man was arrested for an active warrant after police spotted him at 7:33 a.m. at 1450 S. Wasson Lane. He was transported to Pierce County Jail.
Officers executed a search warrant at 12:05 p.m. at 1450 S. Wasson Lane, River Falls.
A suspicious man was reported at 2:24 p.m. at 622 Wildcat Drive, Plum City. He was warned for his behavior.
Police responded to a two-vehicle crash with damage at 4:19 p.m. at 610th Street and 490th Avenue, Ellsworth. Both occupants transported themselves to the hospital for medical treatment.
Officers were dispatched to a burglar alarm at 4:50 p.m. at W3930 Highway 72, Ellsworth. While enroute police were advised to cancel.
At 7:49 p.m., police were informed of a vehicle partially parked in the roadway at County Road O and 560th Avenue, Ellsworth. The owner was advised to move the vehicle.
Deputies assisted RF police with a 911 call at 10:57 p.m. at 306 W. Johnson St.
Friday, June 13
Deputies assisted Prescott police as needed at 1:24 a.m. at 635 Pine St.
Police provided lights while the highway department removed a downed tree at 3:58 a.m. at Highway 65 and County Road O, River Falls.
Officers assisted the highway department in removing a tree from the road at 8:50 a.m. at County Road A and Highway 35, Maiden Rock.
Deputies assisted Ellsworth police at 10:39 a.m. at 640 W. Crest Lane.
Suspicious activity was reported at 10:54 a.m. at Highway 63 and 180th Avenue, Hager City. Two people were hanging out near disabled vehicles, washing rocks in a kid’s sled.
Deputies assisted Ellsworth officers at 11:11 a.m. at Maple Street and Crosstown Road.
Police received an animal complaint at 2:01 p.m. at 110th Street and Highway 72, Elmwood.
At 2:05 p.m., deputies received complaints of multiple people trespassing at N4348 County Road O, Ellsworth. They were located and cited for operate without valid license, operating motor vehicle without insurance and warned for trespassing.
Officers assisted the DNR with a vehicle contact at 2:23 p.m. at W8586 Highway 35, Hager City.
At 3:26 p.m., a caller reported finding a screen and window out at N4596 350th, Ellsworth. It appeared to have been caused by an animal.
Suspicious activity was reported at 5:05 p.m. at W11893 County Road FF, River Falls.
Police received a noise complaint at 6:22 p.m. at Pine and Maple streets, Bay City. They were advised to speak to the township.
A stolen U-Haul trailer was reported at 9:47 p.m. at N8630 450th, Baldwin.
Police responded to a dog bite at 9:57 p.m. at W7964 350th, Hager City. Dog quarantine paperwork was completed with the dog owner.
Saturday, June 14
Officers assisted EMS with a mental health call at 12:44 a.m. at W11985 565th, Prescott. The patient was transported to Regina Hospital in Hastings.
An unresponsive man was found at 4:16 a.m. at W5791 165th, Bay City.
Deputies assisted Prescott police and EMS with a medical call at 10:08 a.m. at 1804 Canton Road.
At 10:40 a.m., a concerned citizen reported an overhanging tree near a powerline at Curtis Avenue and Bahr Street. Xcel Energy said it would respond if the branch caused issues.
At 6:17 p.m., an officer assisted the DNR warden in checking fishing licenses at N2854 County Road O, Hager City.
Police received an anonymous complaint of loud music at 9:31 p.m. at W7681 170th, Hager City.
Officers checked on three women walking along the road at 11:43 p.m. near Highway 63 and 490th Avenue, Ellsworth. They declined assistance and said they were just out for a walk.
Sunday, June 15
Police assisted EMS at 11:44 a.m. at W6920 Golf Course Lane, Ellsworth.
At 1:44 p.m., officers assisted a man who fell from a bike at 117 Broad St., Prescott.
Officers conducted a welfare check at 2:51 p.m. at N5981 745th, Ellsworth.
Police found a downed stop sign at 5:02 p.m. at Highway 29 and 790th Street, River Falls. They were able to prop it up.
Deputies were dispatched at 6:37 p.m. for an unwanted person at 172 Broadway St., River Falls. The parties were separated for the night.
Monday, June 16
Suspicious activity was reported at 1:07 a.m. at W3525 Park St., Maiden Rock.
A missing Border Collie/Pyrenees mix was reported at 5:37 a.m. at N7035 County Road J, Beldenville.
A home alarm sounded at 8:23 a.m. at N6254 1340th, Prescott. It was a false alarm.
