plainant she wanted him “hurt bad, but not killed,” because he had caused her financial issues and broken her heart. She said she wanted him to feel pain like he has caused her. She claimed he’d been sending messages to her friends and family via social media with false information about her; she wanted him tortured for two weeks to a month.
She approached the complainant, she said, because her gut told her she could trust him. She could ask her family for help, since they’re affiliated with Hell’s Angels, she said, but she didn’t want to involve them. She gave the complainant information about the man, including where he was staying and how to get there.
When asked what kind of torture she envisioned, she said breaking his arms and legs was okay, and to tell him that he messed up. She told the complainant not to mention her, because she didn’t want to go back to prison. As for payment, she said she wouldn’t mind dating him, but if that wasn’t an option, she could have the money by the end of May.
The complainant ended the meeting and said he’d be in touch.
Kohl is scheduled to appear at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 28 in Pierce County Circuit Court for a preliminary hearing.
