The following incidents were reported to Ellsworth Police Department April 25 through May 1.

Monday, April 25

At 2:08 p.m., Do P man, 75, Plum City, reported that while she was parked and sitting in her vehicle at 157 E. Main St., the vehicle next to her began backing up and struck her vehicle. The striking vehicle left without stopping and had a broken tail light. Pittman reported no damage to her vehicle and provided police with a possible license plate number.

Nicole Whipple, 34, Prescott, was arrested for a probation violation at 2:17 p.m. at 310 W. Main St. and transported to Pierce County Jail.

Tuesday, April 26

A student pulled the fire alarm at 9:10 a.m. at Ellsworth Middle School. The school stau will handle the situation.

Ovcers reported at 10:07 a.m. to Ellsworth High School (323 W. Hillcrest St.) for a disorderly juvenile in possession of a vape. The student denied having a vape, but it was discovered they had thrown it in a bathroom garbage can when dis- obeying school stau orders. The student will be cited.

At 11:05 p.m., Ellsworth police stationed themselves at Pierce Pepin at the request of Pierce County Sheriu's Ovce, who was in pursuit of a vehicle near County Road K and 285th near Hager City, in the case the suspect headed north. PCSO stopped the vehicle elsewhere using spike strips.

Wednesday, April 27

Police responded at 7:16 a.m. to 145 W. Summit Ave. for an upset person who had thrown a pop against the wall. They were upset about the living conditions. Stau agreed to work on options.

Andrew Schlosser, 18, Elmwood, was arrested for possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia af- ter a travc stop for failing to stop at a stop sign at 8:14 p.m. at Maple Street and Overlook Drive.

An ovcer removed a de ceased cat from the road at 10:49 p.m. at Maple Street and Crosstown Road. The cat had no collar.

Nowa Hartman-Booth,

21, Ellsworth, was arrested for possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia after a travc stop for a defec – tive driver's side headlight at 11:30 p.m. at Church and Maple streets.

Thursday, April 28

A caller in the 200 block of South Plum Street reported being scammed out of $1,000 at 6:03 a.m. He had provided someone two $500 Visa gift cards in attempting to purchase a truck. The caller provided police the sus- pect's phone number. Two Ellsworth Middle School students were cited for vaping at 2:36 p.m. after being caught vaping the bathroom. The parents were notified.

Friday, April 29

A caller reported an intoxicated man stumbling and falling out the EMS Hall (151 S. Plum St.) at 7:40 p.m. Police made contact with the man, who made it home safely.

Police responded at 9:56 p.m. to 141 Evergreen Estates St. for an out-of-control man. Tejay Skordahl, 38, Ellsworth, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct.

Saturday, April 30

At 11:35 p.m., police received a driving complaint about a vehicle coming into Ellsworth that had been swerving and gone into the ditch. Ovcers located the ve hicle at Main and Dar streets.

Jesus Acahra Sanchez, 31, Alma, was arrested for OWI.

Sunday, May 1

At 12:07 a.m., police responded to business alarm at 610 E. Main St. and found an open door. The building was cleared and all appeared okay.

At 9:20 a.m., a caller in the 400 block of East Main Street reported possible tension over division of property and him moving out. Both parties were advised to avoid each other while he is moving out.
