PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department March 28 through April 3.

Monday, March 28

Officers performed a welfare check on a suspicious person at 2:24 a.m. at 1607 Pine St.

Police responded at 1:40 p.m. to a verbal argument at 121 Orange St. The complainant didn’t want to file a report.

James Rockne Jensen,

59, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for parking against the flow of traffic at 8:41 p.m. at 575 Monroe St.

Michael Jon Schouten,

35, River Falls, and Shannon Maxine Bengtson, 39, River Falls, were cited for being in Freedom Park (200 Monroe St.) after hours at 10:40 a.m. Possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges will be referred to the district attorney’s office for Schouten.

Tuesday, March 29

A gas drive-off was reported at 6:03 p.m. at Ptacek’s IGA (1005 Eagle Ridge Drive).

Javier Rodriguez Gonzalez, 32, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without a valid license after a traffic stop at 9:01 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Wednesday, March 30 Scott Nathan Gosse, 34, Kellogg, Minn., was cited for operating while suspended after a traffic stop at 4:37 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

A gas drive-off was reported at 5:59 p.m. at Ptacek’s IGA (1005 Eagle Ridge Drive).

Kristine Gail Novek, 41, Bay City, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:05 p.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.

Tyler John Rohn, 29, Rollingstone, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:18 p.m. at Monroe and Jefferson streets.

Thursday, March 31

A 17-year-old Hager City driver was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:57 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Friday, April 1 Christian Reece Repinski, 22, Cochrane, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:37 a.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.

Police received a harassment complaint at 10:31 a.m. at 1765 Pleasant Court.

Erik Jacob Christensen,

26, Prescott, was arrested for a warrant at 2:35 p.m. at 878 Washington St.

Saturday, April 2 Tyshawn Lamar Archer, 31, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license and speeding after a traffic stop at 12:46 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

Yasmin Yahye Abdirahman, 30, St. Paul, was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 8:44 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 8:19 p.m. at 935 Canton St.

Andrew John Longabaugh, 31, Robbinsdale, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:34 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Edison E. Medina Medina, 20, Hudson, was cited for operating without valid license after a traffic stop at 11:10 p.m. at Highway 29 and Eagle Ridge Drive.

Sunday, April 3

Suspicious activity was reported at 1:21 a.m. at 1215 Canton St.

Alexis Marie Gilles, 28, Prescott, was arrested for OWI and cited for possess drug paraphernalia and operating with PAC after a traffic stop for driving behavior at 2:27 a.m. at Sycamore and Locust streets.

David Alvin Thomas, 35, Hastings, Minn., was arrested for a failure to appear warrant at 7:35 a.m. at 113 N. Flora St.

Police responded to a trespassing complaint at the old nursing home at 7:51 p.m. at 445 N. Court St. The people left without incident.

Police attempted to stop a motorcycle without license plates at 8:45 p.m. at Broad Street and Highway 10. The motorcycle fled.
