PRESCOTT Police Department Reports
The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Jan. 10-16.
Monday, Jan. 10
Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at 12:50 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.
Tuesday, Jan. 11
Police helped free a goose frozen to the ice at 12:36 p.m. at Ash and Front streets. They chipped the goose out and released it to swim with the other geese.
Teghan Lee Larsen, 32, Prescott, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:50 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
Ryan Layman Moore,
20, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:35 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
Jacob Alaba Olowe, 38, Lake Elmo, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:09 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.
Wednesday, Jan. 12
Police received a complaint at 1:08 p.m. about a dog getting loose in the neighbor’s back yard at 960 Jefferson St. The owner said she would keep the dog under control.
Scott Alan Abramson,
67, Winona, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 4:48 p.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street. Officers received an animal complaint at 8:34 p.m. at 654 Laura St.
Thursday, Jan. 13 Christopher Charles Reyolds, 51, Prescott, was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 7:57 a.m. at Gibbs and Helen streets.
Roger Dale Dreyer, 50, Spring Lake Park, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 8:10 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
Shane Ray Waldon-Flowers, 39, Wayzata, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 2:53 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Saturday, Jan. 15 Michelle Noel Buchli, 30, Spooner, was cited for operating while suspended and deviation from designated lane after a traffic stop at 1:40 a.m. on Highway 35 near Hager City.
Sunday, Jan. 16
Officers responded at 2:11 a.m. to 117 Broad St. for a disorderly conduct complaint and again at 2:21 a.m. for a citizen assist.
A report was filed at 4:24 a.m. for a fight in progress at 117 Broad St.
