PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Nov. 1-7.

Monday, Nov. 1

Officers responded to a domestic incident at 12:06 a.m. at 933 Campbell St.

At 3:12 p.m., police were called to the area of Kinnickinnic and Gibbs streets for an unwanted person. A complainant reported at 4:29 p.m. that someone had thrown eggs at the house (970 Flora Square).

Kaleb Thomas Dube, 19, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:08 p.m. at Dexter and Jefferson streets.

Bruce Jeffery Bakken, 44, White Bear Lake, Minn., was cited for operating without a license after a traffic stop at 10:51 p.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.

Tuesday, Nov. 2

EMS transported someone from 145 Broad St. at 1:54 a.m. after a welfare check.

Police received a fraud complaint at 9:28 a.m. at 722 Shane Park Circle.

Leslie Ann Conteras Ortiz,

32, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:26 p.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.

A 17-year-old Woodbury, Minn., driver was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:01 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Aikan Robert Major, 26, St. Paul, was arrested for manufacture/ deliver THC at 11:32 p.m. near Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Wednesday, Nov. 3

Police warned an owner for an animal complaint at 7:10 a.m. at 720 Borner St.

Officers received a noise complaint at 11:31 a.m. at 968 Flora Square.

A 17-year-old Prescott driver was cited for fail/stop for unloading school bus at 1:09 p.m. at 1250 Walnut St.

A burglary was reported at 4:41 p.m. at 139 Broad St.

Suspicious activity was reported at 6:07 p.m. at 1161

Filkins St.

Thursday, Nov. 4

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 2:15 a.m. at 1445 N. Acres Road.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 7:01 a.m. at 1215 Canton St.

Michael Charles Dickoff,

65, Minnetonka, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:41 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Jesus Jaime Pena Garza,

43, New Brighton, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license, speeding on city highway, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and display false vehicle registration plate after a traffic stop at 9:20 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Friday, Nov. 5

An officer checked on a suspicious male entering the residence at 9:34 a.m. at 803 Kinnickinnic St.

Debra Ann Hall, 53, Montgomery, Texas, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:06 a.m. at Jefferson and Wacota streets.

Luis Enrique Flor Castellanos, 26, Crystal, Minn., was cited for possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 9:07 p.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street. William Ademir Lari Hernandez, 25, Bloomington, Minn., was also cited for possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia.

Saturday, Nov. 6 Mario Patricio Hamilton Flores, 32, River Falls, was arrested for disorderly conduct after police received a noise complaint at 2:46 a.m. about “drunks yelling downtown” near Cherry and Dakota streets.

Fletcher Christian Rheault, 26, Hager City, was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 7:33 a.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.

Rolan Chris Rohde, 71, Chippewa Falls, was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 10:24 a.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.

Hussein Joe Khalili, 62, Byron, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:32 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Nanci Gabriela Martinez,

29, Hudson, was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 1:08 p.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.

Sunday, Nov. 7 Jillian Smith Boehm, 33, Prescott, was arrested for OWI and operating with PAC after a traffic stop at 12:03 a.m. at 241 Broad St.

Police received a report of a door broken into at 3 a.m. at 237 Broad St.

Justin Frank Beissel, 40, North St. Paul, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:45 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Gary Marshall Rohrer, 79, Edina, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:11 a.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Danielle Nicole Bucchino,

37, Prescott, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:28 a.m. at Lake and Dakota streets.

Dominic Earl Misplon, 41, River Falls, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:46 a.m. at highways 10 and 29.

At 2:04 p.m., police received a property damage report at 475 Walter St.

Police responded to a hitand- run crash at 4:23 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.

Suspicious activity was reported at 5:26 p.m. at Northern Lights and Pleasant drives.

Matthew Cage Shewbart,

21, Lake City, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:52 a.m. at Jefferson and Wacota streets.
