The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department April 25 through May 1.

Friday, April 25

• Margaret Ann Santos, 46, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:27 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Belema Atelisika Senibo, 66, Columbia Heights, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding and operation without required lamps lighted after a traffic stop at 8:37 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
• Jeffrey Ross Parmeter, 69, Siren, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:48 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Trenton Nicklis Faber, 28, Menomonie, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Jeanette Marie Kunz, 57, Hudson, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:10 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at 4:37 p.m. at 1000 Canton St. between Alexis Lily Beil, Prescott, and Travis James Fox, There were no injuries.
• At 4:43 p.m., a complainant reported a vehicle backed into them while they were walking out of 236 Broad St. The caller denied needing medical attention or police assistance.
• At 7:49 p.m., police pulled over a suspect vehicle at Cherry and Locust streets from a hit and run that occurred two days prior. Frank Earl Whitcomb, 49, Prescott, was arrested for OWI and operate without valid license. The hit and run is under investigation.
• Caleb Randall Bowman, 18, Maplewood, Minn., was cited for reckless driving – endanger safety after a traffic complaint called in at 7:53 p.m. at 1220 St. Croix St.
• Cristian Javier Diaz Casa, 32, Minneapolis, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and verbally warned for defective license plate lamps after a traffic stop at 11:38 p.m. at 241 Broad St.

Saturday, April 26

• Sydney Jo Pinska, 32, Cottage Grove, Minn., was arrested for OWI and operating with PAC and cited for deviation from designated lane after a traffic stop at 1:23 a.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 29.
• Cha Lee Xiong, 31, Brooklyn Center, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:43 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Hunter Leslie Vanella, 23, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:40 a.m. at Pearl Street and Highway 10.
• Justin Lee Dubois, 39, River Falls, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:40 a.m. at 302 Lake St.
• Kendra Ann Sommerfeld, 32, South St. Paul, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:29 a.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
• Dana Marie Jensen, 21, River Falls, was cited for vent/side window excessive tinting and windshields – tinting critical area after a traffic stop at 9:53 a.m. at Highway 10 and Canton Street.
• Jesse Thomas Merila, 42, St. Paul, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 10:49 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Virgil Jerome Vickerman, 71, Prescott, was issued a written warning for “parked vehicle for sale prohibited” ordinance violation at 12:13 p.m. at 260 Elm St.
• Tamryn Lynn Feist, 50, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for vent/side window excessive tinting, rear side window excessive tinting, rear window excessive tinting, fail/notify DMV of address/name change and windshields – tinting critical area after a traffic stop at 1:24 p.m. at highways 10 and 29.
• Caleb Randall, Bowman, 18, Maplewood, Minn., was issued a written warning for fail/display vehicle license plates and operate vehicle with improper colored headlights after a traffic stop at 2:26 p.m. at Campbell and St. Croix streets.
• Stephen Matthew Junker, 83, Hastings, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:42 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Dakota streets.
• At 8:41 p.m., police responded to a complaint of someone burning leaves at 171 S. Borner St. They were warned to only burn clean, dry wood.

Sunday, April 27

• Randall Fredric Most, 31, River Falls, was issued a written warning for speeding and operate without carrying a license after a traffic stop at 7:48 a.m. at Cherry and Dakota streets.
• Doua Thao, 41, Trempealeau, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:06 a.m. at 180 Broad St.
• Brandon Allen Anderson, 31, Farmington, Minn., was issued a written warning for operator violate yellow traffic signal after a traffic stop at 8:48 a.m. at 241 Broad St. N.
• Costa Larson Hasapopoulos, 62, Woodbury, Minn. was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:04 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• James Bradley Rein, 54, Prescott, was issued a written warning for an open burning violation at 12:18 p.m. at 266 Linden Road.
• Cynthia Lynn Runyan, 64, Prescott, was issued a written warning for an open burning violation at 1:06 p.m. at 806 Lake St.
• Dylan Dario Aldana, 32, Wisconsin Rapids, was issued a written warning for display unauthorized vehicle registration plate, operate without valid license, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 2:49 p.m. at Orrin Road and Campbell Street.
• Gregoy M. Schommer, 54, Prescott, was arrested for OWI-fifth and cited for unsafe backing of vehicle and operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 3:32 p.m. at Ash and Second streets.

Monday, April 28

• Juliette Nicole Deziel, 31, Lillingon, NC, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:38 p.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Police conducted a welfare check for a probation violation at 2:08 p.m. at 1205 Filkins St.
• Shavell Le Ann Pansch, 60, Prescott, was arrested for disorderly conduct after police responded at 5:39 p.m. to 1154 Filkins St. for a disorderly conduct/trespassing complaint.
• Kiara Elizabeth Yenew, 26, Prescott, was issued a warning for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 10:45 p.m. at Elm and Ash streets.

Tuesday, April 29

• A hit and run was reported at 2:17 a.m. at 236 Broad St.
• Jeannie Marie Cherrier, 75, Brooklyn Center, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:34 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Nicholas Richard Jankowski, 45, La Crosse, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:35 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Shante Sojourn Zenith, 32, Hastings, Minn., was cited for animal at large after police received an animal complaint at 5:01 p.m. at the Public Beach (715 Lake St.)
• Jeffrey John Wright, 40, Prescott, was arrested for disorderly conduct, battery and resisting or obstructing an officer after a domestic abuse incident at 7:46 p.m. 460 Hillside Drive.
• At 8:51 p.m., police checked on a man in the grass near 515 Jefferson St. He was gathering wood. Officers told him he needed to move his vehicle.

Wednesday, April 30

• Eli Joel Hulsing, 36, Winona, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:32 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• William Christopher Knoble, 53, Prescott, was issued a written warning for inattentive driving after a traffic stop at 2:20 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Thursday, May 1

• Chelsea Ann Snyder, 33, Prescott, was issued a written warning for operation without required lamps lighted after a traffic stop at 6:02 a.m. at Orrin Road and Canton Street.
• Winfred Howard Lavirgne II, 45, River Falls, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 6:24 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Gregory Dennis Mausolf, 49, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:34 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Jessie Marie Landry, 46, Ellsworth, was issued a written warning for fail/display vehicle license plates after a traffic stop at 7:15 a.m. at Canton Street and Highway 10.
• Devan Alexis Madrigal, 25, Prescott, was cited for parking in a no parking area at 7:25 a.m. at 775 Dexter St.
• David Lynn Olson, 55, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:33 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.
• Sarah Rebecca Leu Anderson, 51, River Falls, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:40 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Kyle David Langer, 48, Ellsworth, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates and expired registration after a traffic stop at 11:17 a.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 10.
• Shane Jordan Hoff, 33, Hudson, was issued a written warning for fail/stop at stop sign after a traffic stop at 12:13 p.m. at College and St. Croix streets.
• William Allen Packard, 18, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:24 p.m. at Pearl Street and Highway 10.
• Haidn Robert Juhnke, 18, Ellsworth, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 12:38 p.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• James Louis Villigan, 70, Prescott, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 12:51 p.m. at 236 Broad St.
• Michael Lawrence Auckland, 29, Ellsworth, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop for tinted license plate covers at 1:27 p.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 10.
• Rogelio Valdez Facundo, 30, Minneapolis, was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 2:54 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Campbell streets.
