Saturday, April 5

• Braden Reed Hill, 22, Stillwater, Minn., was cited for public urination/defecation at 12:46 a.m. at 117 Broad St.
• At 1:21 a.m., police saw people repeatedly ringing the bell at the Prescott History Center (241 N. Broad St.) They were advised to stop.
• Dominick Gustavo Shelstad, 20, Prescott, was arrested for underage alcohol consumption after an unwanted person call at 2:35 a.m. at 1010 Hampshire St.
• Officers were dispatched to a noise complaint at 3:09 a.m. at 907 Pearl St. They went to bed.
• Macy Brighton Hanes, 27, Hastings, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding and fail/display vehicle license plates after a traffic stop at 7:21 a.m. at Canton and Pine streets.
• Police were advised of a theft at 8:01 a.m. at 1505 Orrin Road. The item in question was found.
• Brady Charles Randolph, 48, Prescott, was issued a written warning for inattentive driving after a traffic stop at 11:13 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
• Akshay Harrison Bach Schneider, 25, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:24 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
• At 11:31 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle damaged overnight at 2065 Pleasant Drive.
• Julie Ann Sanders, 59, Red Wing, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:13 p.m. at Orrin Road and Canton Street.
• Officers were dispatched to a suspicious activity call at 10:22 p.m. at 2093 Pleasant Drive. People were on a walk and using flashlights because it was dark.

Sunday, April 6

• Carlos Alexander Mejia Portillo, 49, South St. Paul, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:37 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Damage to property was reported at 8:39 a.m. at 260 S. Flora St. Officers documented the damage with photos.
• Matthew David Rayome, 42, Holmen, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:56 a.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.
• Larry Earl Logsdon, 57, Prescott, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates and non-registration of vehicle/auto after a traffic stop at 11:37 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Flora streets.
• Terence Patrick Hughes, 85, Robbinsdale, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:40 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Chloe Rose Gray, 41, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:23 p.m. at 180 Broad St.
• Cory Michael Anderson, 35, Prescott, was arrested for disorderly conduct and a probation violation after police responded to an assault complaint at 5:19 p.m. at 2065 Pleasant Drive.

Monday, April 7

• Raymond Darrle King, 29, Brooklyn Park, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and equip nonpolice vehicle with blue lights after a traffic stop at 5:56 a.m. at 302 Lake St.
• Daniel Mark Bonk, 36, Cologne, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:48 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Justin Daniel Bostrom, 39, Shoreview, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:58 am. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Deputies assisted Wisconsin State Patrol with a traffic stop at 9:25 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Jeffrey William McKusick, 51, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:58 a.m. at 1120 Highway 10.
• The coroner was called at 10:05 a.m. to 954 Monroe St.
• Isaac Jerome Leier, 21, River Falls, was issued a written warning for vent/side window excessive tinting, rear side window excessive tinting and rear window excessive tinting after a traffic stop at 12:20 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Catherine Seifert, 61, Prescott, was issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 2:26 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• A theft was reported at 6:09 p.m. at Dollar General (1041 Orrin Road).
• Miguel Angel Perez Beltran, 26, St. Paul, was cited by mail for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:58 p.m. at 236 Broad St.

Tuesday, April 8

• Trevor Michael Duffing, 27, Lake City, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding and operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 6:08 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Tristan Thomas Canterbury, 27, Prescott, was issued a written warning for fail/display vehicle license plates after a traffic stop at 6:54 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Emma Jane Ziegler, 25, Prescott, was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 9:52 a.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
• Wayne Robert Benson, 85, Edina, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 1:16 p.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Daniel George Parshall, 32, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for non-registration of vehicle and operating while suspended after a traffic stop at 3:11 p.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Officers responded to a harassment complaint at 7:32 p.m. at 1205 Filkins St.
• At 10:08 p.m., police checked on an unoccupied vehicle barked at the beach (715 Lake St.)
• Elizabeth Rivera, 22, Prescott, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop for lane deviation at 10:50 p.m. at Dexter Street and Highway 10.

Wednesday, April 9

• Jessica Lynn Uehling, 29, Prescott, was cited for operate without carrying license, cracked/damaged vehicle windshield and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 8:02 a.m. at St. Croix and Filkins streets.
• Christopher Warren Wheatley, 42, Arvada, Colo., was issued a written warning for speeding and operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 10:23 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Caden Forrest Langer, 22, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:17 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Fraud was reported at 1:58 p.m. at 1151 Canton St.

Thursday, April 10

• A suspicious person was reported walking at 9:59 a.m. in the 1800 block of Canton Road. They went inside a residence.
• Police performed a standby and keep the peace at 11:50 a.m. at 334 N. Court St.

Friday, April 11

• Police responded to a home alarm at 12:34 a.m. at 1165 Filkins St. There was no emergency.
• Joel Francis Kidrowski, 61, Cologne, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:05 a.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
• Austin Sutton Autio, 32, Minnetonka, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:16 a.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
