The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Aug. 15-21, 2025.

Friday, Aug. 15

  • Officers conducted a welfare check at 8:01 a.m. at 102 Kinnickinnic St.
  • Katherine Ellen Schelble, 32, Alameda, Calif., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:32 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
  • Alexia Sebesta, 36, Prescott, was issued a written warning for fail/stop at stop sign after a traffic stop at 10:48 a.m. at highways 10 and 29.
  • Jackson Lucas Fleming, 20, Red Wing, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:20 a.m. at W12650 Highway 10, Prescott.
  • Brett R. Navarro, 53, Woodbury, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:26 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
  • At 11:06 p.m., police saw three people fishing at the Prescott beach (715 Lake St.) after hours. They were warned.

 

Saturday, Aug. 16

  • Leila Rose Ikanovic, 21, Rochester, Minn., was cited for possession of THC and warned for operating without a headlamp after a traffic stop at 1:55 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
  • Officers were waved down after an altercation at 2:19 a.m. at Scab’s (145 Broad St.) Everyone was separated and cleared from the scene.
  • Police responded to an animal complaint at 12:30 p.m. at 821 Kinnickinnic St.
  • Amy Huxtable Levin, 53, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 1:31 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
  • Tracy Lei Kennedy, 60, Wabasha, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:50 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
  • Angela Marie Seekins, 44, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 8:32 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
  • Officers were called at 8:34 p.m. to 800 Canton St. #7 for a female entering a trailer she wasn’t supposed to be at. She was gone when police arrived.

 

Sunday, Aug. 17

  • Jose Angel Gutierrez Chacon, 48, Oakdale, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding and operation without required lamps lighted after a traffic stop at 7:44 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
  • Danielle Mary Elworthy, 30, Stockholm, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:21 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
  • Salvador R. Hernandez Jr., 38, Geneva, Ill., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:09 a.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
  • Police took a property damage complaint at 10 a.m. at 257 Linden Road.
  • Kayden Rose Neuharth, 20, River Falls, was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 12:38 p.m. at Highway 29 and 635th
  • Thomas Wendell Haines, 77, Eden Prairie, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:26 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
  • Sarah Ann Ridgway, 48, St. Louis Park, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:37 p.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
  • Alex Benjamin Wilbanks, 35, Seal Beach, Calif., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:46 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
  • Police investigated an animal complaint at 3:20 p.m. at 800 Canton St.
  • At 6:26 p.m., police took a call about dumpster diving at 735 Helen St.

 

Monday, Aug. 18

  • At 4:03 a.m., a resident at 1240 Pearl St. reported sirens going off in the area. Officers heard no sirens.
  • Officers conducted a welfare check at 9:19 a.m. on a woman who refused medical attention or help at 1445 N. Acres Road.

 

Tuesday, Aug. 19

  • At 9:53 a.m., police spoke to a complainant about vehicles parking on the grass at 854 Jefferson St. and people taking and throwing his temporary poles. The subject was advised of the right of way.
  • At 12:43 p.m., police responded to Dairy Queen (328 Lake St.) for an unwanted subject. A woman was told she was no longer welcome.

 

Wednesday, Aug. 20

  • Jeffrey Mark Robers, 62, Hudson, was cited for speeding, operate without carrying a license and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 8:03 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
  • Rebecca Mae Jarvi Seidel, 37, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding and fail/properly maintain stop lamps after a traffic stop at 8:19 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
  • Officers were advised of a welfare check at 9:49 a.m. at 1445 N. Acres Road.
  • Alexandra Rae Troendle, 32, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:35 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
  • Justin Charles Lunde, 31, Red Wing, Minn., was issued a written warning for loud and unnecessary noise after a traffic stop at 1:59 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
  • Kelli Rae Genz, 37, Maplewood, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:38 p.m. at 200 Monroe St.
  • At 4:22 p.m., a resident at 137 Monroe St. reported finding a note on her property that said $6 had been taken from her. A theft investigation is open.
  • Officers responded to a 911 hang up call at 8:45 p.m. at 907 Pearl St. where Mario Joseph Ebert, 24, Prescott, was arrested for battery and a probation violation.

 

Thursday, Aug. 21

  • Steven Charles Jensen, 73, New Hope, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:19 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
  • Gavin Joseph Meyer, 22, Minneapolis, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:32 a.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
  • Charles Chisom Ekennia, 34, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:49 p.m. at 252 Broad St.
  • Jaidyn Malachi Belton, 20, St. Paul, was cited for possession of THC, possess drug paraphernalia, speeding, fail/display vehicle license plates, non-registration of vehicle, vent/side window excessive tinting, rear side window excessive tinting and rear window excessive tinting after a traffic stop at 1:43 p.m. at highways 10 and 29.
  • At 7:42 p.m., police responded to 236 Broad St. where a suspicious person was making people uncomfortable. He agreed to leave.
