Friday, Aug. 22

• Officers responded to a three-vehicle crash at 3:12 p.m. at Lake Street and Highway 10. Emily Elizabeth Magee, 23, Prescott, was cited for inattentive driving.
• Thomas Eric Maki, 61, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:32 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• The student resource officer spent time at the home football game at 6:25 p.m. at Laney Field (1220 St. Croix St.)
• Skyler Chueyeng Chang, 22, East Bethel, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:22 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets. She was warned for operating without proof of insurance.
• Raymundo Gonzalez Lopez, 36, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 10:27 p.m. at Dexter Street and Ryden Road.

Saturday, Aug. 23

• At 3:22 a.m., police were dispatched to an intoxicated subject at 753 Helen St. She was having trouble getting into her apartment but didn’t want any help.
• Santa Inez Oloroso Perez, 24, St. Paul, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 6:49 a.m. at Dexter Street and Ryden Road.
• Trey T. Meyers, 17, Prescott, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 9:11 a.m. at 360 S. Elm St.
• Spencer Norman Oftedahl, 28, Westby, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:01 p.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
• Police received a trespassing complaint at 7:26 p.m. at 451 Second St. No one was located.
• A lost catcher’s glove was reported at 10:23 p.m. at 265 S. Flora St. It was not located.

Sunday, Aug. 24

Officers assisted with traffic control during the Ride to End Alzheimer’s bike ride at 8:08 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

Monday, Aug. 25

• Adam Ray Rothstein, 49, Farmington, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:40 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Amy Johnson Minge, 53, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:52 a.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
• Robert Spencer Kleis, 74, Ft. Myers Beach, Fla., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:06 a.m. at Orrin Road and Campbell Street.
• Shana Lee Allyn Whiting, 42, Prescott, was cited for fail/display vehicle license plates and vent/side window excessive tinting after a traffic stop at 1:24 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Emily Elizabeth Anne Valentine, 30, Hastings, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:31 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Carter Kent Smith, 22, Ellsworth, was issued a written warning for fail/display vehicle license plates and cracked/damaged vehicle windshield after a traffic stop at 2:48 p.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
• Phillip Michael Wolfe, 36, Burnsville, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:03 p.m. at 236 Broad St.
• Robert L.J. Falk, 35, Sheboygan, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:44 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• At 9:11 p.m., officers responded to a report of someone doing burnouts at 1120 Pearl St. There was no evidence of burnouts.

Tuesday, Aug. 26

• Deborah Jean Lentz, 54, Hudson, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates and operate without carrying license after a traffic stop at 9:44 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Carol A. Pechacek, 77, Prescott, was issued a written warning for parking opposite the flow of traffic after a traffic stop at 10:01 a.m. at Campbell and Henry streets.
• Timothy Jon Remer, 63, River Falls, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:23 a.m. at highways 10 and 29.
• William McClendon Morgan, 75, Prescott, was issued a written warning for fail/properly maintain stop lamps after a traffic stop at 11:33 a.m. at Orrin Road and Campbell Street.
• Jaidyn Malichi Belton, 20, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 1:40 p.m. at 1000 Eagle Ridge Drive.
• At 7:36 p.m., someone reported smelling marijuana near Walnut Street and Tower Heights Court. Nothing was located.

Wednesday, Aug. 27

• Police received a drugs complaint at 10:52 a.m. at 1505 Orrin Road. Marijuana was found.
• At 4:05 p.m., a resident at a home in the 400 block of Delta Queen Avenue called to complaint that the school bus dropping her grandchildren of was late. She was given the phone number to the bus garage.
• Lykaios Josef Bisek, 18, Blaine, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:17 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Thursday, Aug. 28

• Taywan Efrain Guaillas-Medina, 18, River Falls, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 6:49 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• A burglary was reported at 11:09 a.m. at 800 Canton St.
• Joseph Jacob Amyotte, 34, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for possession of THC, possess drug paraphernalia and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 12:58 p.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
• Jesus Sorchaga Espitia, 27, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:50 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Yonaiker Manuel Martinez-Nunez, 26, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 11:52 p.m. at Dexter Street and Ryden Road.

Friday, Aug. 29

• At 12:16 a.m., officers found a vehicle in the middle of the road near 866 Washington St. The owner had forgotten to engage the e-brake and it rolled down the driveway into the road.
• Police conducted a welfare check at 8:01 a.m. at 302 Lake St.
• Shania Lynn Dunn, 25, Prescott, was cited for failure to obtain compost site permit as a non-resident at 9:20 a.m. at W12000 620^th
• Joseph Harold Eggers, 49, Prescott, was cited for failure to obtain compost site permit as a non-resident at 9:21 a.m. at W12000 620^th
• Roger Leo Thompson, 70, New Richmond, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:42 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Ashley Jade Vandusartz, 36, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:53 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
• Kathleen Jeanne Charlsen, 73, Stillwater, Minn., was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 2:59 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Police conducted a welfare check at 5:39 p.m. at 328 Lake St. A person’s car had broken down and they had a tow on the way.
• Jolene Jennifer Robinson, 49, Prescott, was cited for operating while suspended after a traffic stop at 11:54 p.m. at 800 Canton St.

Saturday, Aug. 30

• A subject was warned for fishing from the city courtesy dock at 5:45 a.m. at Orange and Front streets.
• Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle parked at 6:48 a.m. at the baseball fields at Dexter Street and Hill Ridge Court.
• Isabel Renee Mendez, 26, South St. Paul, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding, fail/properly maintain stop lamps and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 7:12 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Andrew Jacob Schneider, 47, Brooklyn Park, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:14 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
• Isaac Allen Fair, 22, Prescott, was cited for fail/display vehicle license plates and improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 11:27 a.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.
• Derek Alan Stalcar, 29, Minneapolis, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:14 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Takia Rashay Clark, 34, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:32 p.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
• Kelly Corrine Dale, 59, Woodbury, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:50 p.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
• Nicole Marie Franck, 38, La Crosse, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 4 p.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.

Sunday, Aug. 31

• David Martin Moos, 62, New Hope, Minn., was issued a written warning for violation of length/weight restriction ordinance at 1:38 a.m. at 157 Locust St. S. A vehicle with a boat/trailer attached was parked in front of the residence.
• Mark Andrew Wiosky, 39, Wyoming, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:19 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.
• Aimee Lynn Strauss, 47, Hager City, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:52 a.m. at Pearl Street and Highway 10.
• Taymarion Jqwell Johnson, 20, Minneapolis, was cited for vent/side window excessive tinting, rear side window excessive tinting, rear window excessive tinting and windshields – tinting/critical area after a traffic stop at 10:04 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
• Dillon Jay Owen, 20, Prescott, was cited for vent/side window excessive tinting and windshields – tinting/critical area after a traffic stop at 11:58 a.m. at Monroe and Jefferson streets.
• Elizabeth Joan Joosten, 59, Chippewa Falls, was cited for violating a closed park ordinance at 1:52 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Daniel Dean Gunderson, 64, Rochester, Minn., was cited for launching a boat when the boat launch is closed at 2:05 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Lance Thomas King, 62, Mounds View, Minn. was cited for violating a closed park ordinance at 2:21 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Albert Leon Viall, 61, Rosemount, Minn., was cited for parking at the closed boat launch at 2:27 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Brent Aaron Durgin, 44, Welch, Minn., was cited for violating a closed park ordinance at 2:42 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Jon Alan Pechacek, 52, Prescott, was cited for violating a closed park ordinance at 2:56 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• At 4:36 p.m., a complainant reported his phone had been stolen from Two Rivers (117 Broad St.) The case is under investigation.

Monday, Sept. 1

• Christie Lynn Tutor, 47, Prescott, was arrested for OWI-first, operating while revoked and operating left of center line after a traffic stop at 2:10 a.m. at Campbell and St. Croix streets.
• Jessica Lucil Mentzer Gutknecht, 47, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:48 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Police checked on someone sleeping in a vehicle at 8:01 a.m. at 200 Monroe St. The subject said he left his house after a verbal disagreement and was fine.
• Jared Steven Burt, 36, Somerset, was cited for operating while suspended and warned for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:53 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Officers were dispatched to a weapons complaint at 7:05 p.m. at Circle K (236 Broad St.) Someone had left a knife in the bathroom.

Tuesday, Sept. 2

• Officers found vandalism at 3:03 a.m. at Firehall Field (265 S. Flora St.) Fecal matter was covering the inside of the Porta Potti’s. They taped the area off for safety.
• Nurudeen Ishola Kareem, 45, Columbus, Ohio, was cited for operator make illegal right turn on red after a traffic stop at 7:34 a.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
• Police responded to a trespassing complaint at 12:08 p.m. at 983 Flora Square. Randall Adolph Hansen, 69, Prescott, and Mary Rose Hansen, 59, Prescott, were each cited for trespass to land.

Wednesday, Sept. 3

• Julie Ann Stone, 55, Ellsworth, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:56 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Nicholas Joseph Henry Depuglio, 31, Apple Valley, Minn. was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:07 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Jodie Ann Robey, 60, Ellsworth, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 7:19 a.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
• Austin Emmanuel Lardani, 29, Prescott, was arrested for operating while revoked, non-registration of vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install after a traffic stop at 7:44 a.m. at Canton and St. Croix streets.
• A theft was reported at 12:45 p.m. at 1531 James St.

Thursday, Sept. 4

• David Antony De Sota, 50, Turtle Lake, was cited for fail/stop at stop sign and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 8:32 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Young streets.
• Chad Steven Rak, 46, Andover, Minn., was issued a written warning for vent/side window excessive tinting and rear window excessive tinting after a traffic stop at 10:03 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
• Robert Douglas Ackley, 71, West St. Paul, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:50 p.m. at 180 Broad St.
• Issachar Alvarez Teodosio, 24, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:58 p.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.
