The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Dec. 13-18, 2025.

Saturday, Dec. 13

  • Ashly Marie Bonin, 42, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 9:59 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
  • At 5:47 p.m., police were advised of a plumbing issue at 272 Linden Road. Law enforcement was not needed.
  • Officers were dispatched to a suspicious person complaint at 9:01 p.m. at 722 Pearl St. The person left before police arrived.
  • Jack Robert Nelson, 20, Harris, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:35 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Sunday, Dec. 14

Xochilt Daniela Zuniga, 26, Bloomington, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:56 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Monday, Dec. 15

  • Police responded to a burglary alarm at 8:17 a.m. at 983 Flora Square. It was a false alarm.
  • Noah Deshawn Saba, 28, Brooklyn Park, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:35 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.
  • Gandi Sahr Kelly, 27, Hastings, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:04 p.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
  • Celia Marie Peterson, 37, Prescott, was issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle and operate without carrying license after a traffic stop at 5:31 p.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
  • Alexis Anne Magnino, 42, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for fail/maintain headlamps, fail/display vehicle license plates and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 10:09 p.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
  • Jomeynni M. Hernandez, 25, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license and operating motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop for failing to obey a stop sign and defective license plate lamps at 11:40 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.

Tuesday, Dec. 16

  • Jeffrey Gene Kirchoff, 72, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at midnight at Broad and Orange streets.
  • Diego Castillo Velasco, 30, St. Paul, was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 11:46 p.m. at Dexter Street and Ryden Road.
  • Mitchell Patrick Paulson, 29, Wheeler, was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 12:23 p.m. at Dexter Street and Ryden Road.
  • Arturo Cruz Agustin, 34, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop for expired registration at 10:46 p.m. at Dexter Street and Ryden Road.
  • Wendy Veronica Hernan Sales, 24, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop for a defective headlight at 11:48 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.

 

Wednesday, Dec. 17

  • Marsey Vazquez Ruiz, 31, Hudson, was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal, meeting of vehicle – wrong side, operate without valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 6:31 a.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
  • Officers responded to an open door at 8:16 a.m. at 554 Pine Ridge. The dogs opened the door while the owner was sleeping.
  • Police assisted with a special inspection warrant at 9:31 a.m. at 915 Canton St. A stop work order was left on the property.
  • Amanda Marie McCutchin, 42, Beldenville, was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 2:11 p.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
  • Reed Montgomery Cody, 34, Excelsior, Minn., was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 7:11 p.m. in the 100 block of Broad Street.

Thursday, Dec. 18

The student resource officer helped with a pancake breakfast at 8:24 a.m. at 1010 Dexter St.
