• At 7:15 p.m., police were informed of a vehicle that backed into an air conditioning unit at 925 Dexter St.
• At 8:30 p.m., officers were asked to check on an individual not dressed for the weather near 1215 Canton St. They were not located.
• Jose Silberio Rivera, 56, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license and issued a written warning for fail/properly maintain tail lamps after a traffic stop at 8:43 p.m. at Kasson Drive and North Acres Road.
• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 9:52 p.m. at 667 Dexter St. S. Someone had parked in the wrong parking spot and agreed to move the vehicle.
• Wilson Patricio Abrigo Seraquive, 35, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 11:06 p.m. at 1200 Henry St.
• Deborah Ann McKee, 42, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:14 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

• Officers were called to a possible hit and run at 4:51 p.m. at 907 Pearl St. Police found the suspect who left the scene. James Darwin Weatherford, 32, Prescott, was cited for failure to notify police of accident, automobile following too closely and operate motor vehicle by permittee without instructor.
• Gary Edward Loven, 74, Plymouth, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:13 p.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
• At 7:24 p.m., officers spoke to a manager at 1505 Orrin Road about an assault.
• Police were dispatched to a verbal domestic at 10:49 p.m. at 334 N. Locust St. The parties agreed to separate for the night.

Sunday, Dec. 21

• Karissa Karen Garrison, 32, Prescott, was cited for parking opposite the flow of traffic at 5:08 p.m. at Court and Cherry streets.

• Police responded to a civil matter at 3:47 p.m. at 775 Canton St. The property owner was informed she could have a trailer towed that had been left behind, at the owner’s expense.
