Friday, Dec. 5

• Yaneliy Perez Pineda, 38, Oakdale, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 12:35 a.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.
• Officers responded to a vehicle slide-in at 7:49 a.m. at highways 10 and 29. The vehicle was pushed out.
• At 12:54 p.m., a caller at 1464 Robert St. reported a stolen vehicle. It had been repossessed.
• Scott Richard Knight, 50, Ellsworth, was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after making an illegal turn at 2:29 p.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
• Samuel Peter Howe Wirth, 33, Maplewood, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:02 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Officers spoke to a subject about harassment at 5:56 p.m. at 636 Hilton St.
• Rebecca Kay Day, 61, Young America, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:48 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Denilson Alexander Chiri Alomoto, 23, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license and speeding after a traffic stop at 10:48 p.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 10.

Saturday, Dec. 6

• Retail theft was reported at 9:17 a.m. at 236 Broad St.
• Michelle Rose Haselman, 65, Ellsworth, was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop for an illegal turn at 1:21 p.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
• Kara Ann Roth, 50, Mounds View, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:35 p.m. at 180 Broad St.
• Michael Harrison Clutter, 53, Linn Grove, Iowa, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:42 p.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
• Debra Thelma Chapman, 68, Hastings, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:03 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• A hit and run was reported at 7:48 p.m. at 710 Pearl St.
• Suspicious vehicles were reported at 10:39 p.m. at Dexter Street and Hill Ridge Court. Police spoke to the occupants and issued warnings.
• Elliot Adje Adjetey-Adjevi, 19, Farmington, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:16 p.m. at 236 Broad St.

Sunday, Dec. 7

• Pierre Carrier, 58, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:14 p.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Richard Joseph Jacobson, 55, Prescott, was issued a parking warning at 1:31 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Flora streets.
• Tim Joseph Yohnk, 58, Coon Rapids, Minn. was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:14 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
• Irini Viktorovna Odushkin, 51, Stillwater, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:01 p.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.
• Judd Arlan Selland, 61, Duluth, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:33 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Chelsie Marie Moore, 38, Onalaska, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:43 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Jose Luis Corbacho Alcocer, 48, Carteret, NJ, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:53 p.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.
• Kathryn Ann Bird, 33, Onalaska, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:26 p.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Brooklyn Renee Macheska, 17, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:45 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.

Monday, Dec. 8

• Travis Frank Freismuth, 54, Sparta, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:34 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
• Mariah Margarete Krech, 28, Burnsville, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:16 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Officers responded to a verbal argument at 4:14 p.m. at 635 Pine St. No charges were filed.

Tuesday, Dec. 9

• Officers located a man walking at 6:06 a.m. at Canton Street and Highway 10.
• A theft was reported at 9:35 a.m. at 1531 James St.
• Officers found a man walking in the snowstorm at 4:18 p.m. at Lake Street and Highway 10. They gave him a ride to a hotel.
• A lost or stolen cell phone was reported at 4:36 p.m. at 1005 Eagle Ridge Drive.
• Officers were dispatched to a disabled semi at 6 p.m. at St. Croix and Pearl streets. A tow was called.
• Officers responded to a disabled semi at 7:21 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Gibbs streets. The semi was able to become unstuck and find a parking spot.
• Police helped a motorist push a vehicle out of a snowbank at 9:54 p.m. at Sea Wing Boulevard and 570^th

Wednesday, Dec. 10

• A vehicle stuck in a snowbank was able to be pushed free at 8:09 a.m. at 516 Pearl St.
• Police responded to a verbal domestic at 10:06 a.m. at 502 Lake St. The subjects were separated.
• Leonard Lvovich Yanchuk, 51, Miami Beach, Fla., was issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 4:09 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Stephen David Zapata, 25, Hugo, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:20 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Darren Jerome Boyle, 18, Foley, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:19 p.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
• Wilson Patricio Abrigo Seraquive, 35, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license and operating motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop for defective rear license plate lamps at 10:59 p.m. at Dexter Street and Ryden Road.

• Christion Vaca, 38, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license and operating motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop for defective rear license plate lamps at 10:32 p.m. at Dexter Street and Ryden Road.
