• A theft was reported at 12:12 p.m. at 900 Kasson Drive.
• Peter Michael Lepage, Woodbury, Minn., reported being sideswiped by another vehicle at 5:51 p.m. at Hilton Street and Highway 10.
• Adam Theodore Krohn, 34, Maiden Rock, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 9:10 p.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Officers were dispatched to a domestic at 11:11 p.m. at 907 Pearl St. The subject denied needing help or being in distress.
• At 11:17 p.m., a resident at 753 Helen St. reported finding her door open when she got home. Nothing appeared to be stolen or out of place.

Sunday, Feb. 2

• At 2:25 p.m., police stood by while someone collected their belongings at 803 Kinnickinnic St.
• Felipe Lagunas de la Cruz, 29, Buffalo, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop for speeding at 9:03 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• At 9:54 p.m., police were notified of a missing dog at Shane Park Circle and Glenridge Drive.

Monday, Feb. 3

• Gregory Benjamin John, 64, Hastings, Minn., was given a 10-day written warning for vent/side window excessive tinting after a traffic stop at 10:44 a.m. at Orrin Road and Filkins Street.
• Hannah Jo Weierke, 33, Rosemount, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding and operate without carrying a license after a traffic stop at 11:52 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Avery John Anderson, 20, Hudson, was issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 12:58 p.m. at 1455 N. Acres Road.
• Officers were dispatched to a civil matter at 6:58 p.m. at 397 S. Gibbs St. The complainant thought a locksmith scammed her, making her overpay for a service. She was advised it was a civil matter.
• Hunter Ryan McMahon, 23, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 7:33 p.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

• Police were called at 10:57 p.m. to 207 N. Locust St. for suspicious activity. Jeffrey William Gassen, 37, Bloomer, was arrested for resisting or obstructing an officer. Daniel Arthur Abbott, 59, Chippewa Falls, was arrested for a probation violation.

• Paula Anne Korbel, 68, Hastings, Minn., was cited for excessive windshield tinting after a traffic stop at 12:41 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Cameron Steltzner Cruz, 31, Prescott, was cited for excessive windshield tinting after a traffic stop at 1:58 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Jason Fredrick Nelson, 51, Prescott, was cited for excessive windshield tinting after a traffic stop at 2:26 p.m. at Campbell and St. Croix streets.
• Felicia Deryl Nelson, 30, New Richmond, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:06 p.m. at Orange and Court streets.
• At 4:14 p.m., a caller reported suspicious activity at 1105 Cedar Lane. They requested extra patrol.
• At 4:32 p.m. police disputed a neighbor dispute at Pine Ridge and Dexter Street.
• An unwanted subject suspected of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct was reported at 7:16 p.m. at 1325 Henry St.
• Officers were dispatched to a suspicious activity complaint at 9:11 p.m. at 839 Riverwood St. The person, suspected of previous incidents in the area, was identified.
