The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Feb. 13-19, 2026.

Friday, Feb. 13

  • A semi-truck driven by Alice Quinteena Scalercio, 70, Bismarck, Ark., struck the stoplights at 2:18 a.m. at highways 10 and 29, shearing them off the post.
  • Michael John Youso, 70, Andover, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:44 a.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
  • Mark Allen Honey, 60, Minnetonka, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:59 a.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
  • Officers spoke to someone about a civil matter at 4:15 p.m. at 744 Hilton St.
  • Rachel A. Ruzevich, 59, Chicago, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:21 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.
  • Brayan Ernesto Montano Lopez, 28, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 11:02 p.m. at Campbell and Henry streets.

Saturday, Feb. 14

  • Vicki Piepenburg Fastner, 66, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:34 a.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
  • John Ryan Stephenson, 29, Waconia, Minn., was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 4:22 p.m. at 236 Broad St.
  • At 10:22 p.m., police saw a dog at large at Orrin Road and Pearl Street, plus two more dogs later that the owner picked up. Renee Marie Hendrickson, 51, Prescott, received three animal at large citations.
  • Daniel John Coleman, 63, St. Paul, was cited for parking in a fire lane at 11:51 p.m. at 720 Borner St.

Sunday, Feb. 15

  • Officers checked on an unoccupied vehicle parked after hours at 12:39 a.m. at First National Bank of River Falls (1151 Canton St.) No one was around and all doors were secure.
  • Police checked on an unoccupied vehicle parked after hours at 2:12 a.m. at New Adventures Learning Center (1051 Orrin Road). No one was around.
  • Officers responded to a disorderly male complaint at 1:23 p.m. at 334 Elm St. The officer was able to calm the situation.
  • Sami Naser Abed, 22, Lakeville, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:07 p.m. at 260 Broad St.
  • At 5:44 p.m., a vehicle was cited for parking in the fire lane at 720 Borner St.
  • Nancy Kendrick Bottorff, 69, Kealakekua, Hawaii, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:31 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Monday, Feb. 16

  • Vandalism/criminal property damage was reported at 10:08 a.m. at 761 Jefferson St.
  • Natasha Marie Ritter, 40, Prescott, was arrested for OWI-first and warned for operating left of center and an obstructed windshield after a traffic stop at 2:56 p.m. at St. Croix and Pearl streets.

Tuesday, Feb. 17

Anabella Marie Weinreich, 18, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding and operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 12:54 p.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

 

Wednesday, Feb. 18

  • Suspicious activity was reported at 6:51 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street. Nothing was located.
  • Jonathan Clark Balch, 72, Edina, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:46 a.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
  • Valarie Lynn Close, 53, Stockholm, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:24 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
  • Noah Thomas Feneis, 19, Princeton, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:02 p.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
  • Officers were asked to conducted a welfare check on someone at 3:23 p.m. at Freedom Park (200 Monroe St.) Nicholas Paul Boulware, 38, Broken Arrow, Okla., was arrested for OWI-first, operating with PAC and lewd and lascivious behavior in public. Zoe Elizabeth Ries, 22, Prescott, was cited for possession of THC, possess drug paraphernalia and lewd and lascivious behavior in public.
  • Police responded to a property damage crash at 6:27 p.m. at Linn and Pine streets.
  • Officers were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle complaint at 8:10 p.m. at Ptacek’s (1005 Eagle Ridge Drive.) Marshall Ellery James Dean Grotto, 34, Ellsworth, was arrested for OWI, a bail bond violation and possess open intoxicants in motor vehicle.

Thursday, Feb. 19

  • Ean Thomas Odell, 22, Prescott, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct at 7:26 p.m. at 469 Gibbs St.
  • At 8:08 p.m., a caller reported a known person had stolen from Kwik Trip (1200 Henry St.) A report was filed.
  • Police responded to a fight in progress at 8:55 p.m. at 138 N. Broad St.
