The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Feb. 15-21.

Saturday, Feb. 15

• April Ann Schmitz, 41, Prescott, was cited for animal at large when her two dogs showed up at 429 Delta Queen Ave. An officer brought the dogs to the kennel until Schmitz was located.
• Heidi Marie Kamrath-Johnson, 54, Prescott, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct after officers responded at 8 p.m. to 753 Helen St. for a domestic.
• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 9:47 p.m. near 265 S. Flora St. The occupant said he’d just gotten off work and was waiting to go to a friend’s house.
• Police were asked to conduct a welfare check at 11:59 p.m. at 735 Shane Park Circle. They couldn’t reach the person in question.

Sunday, Feb. 16

Amy Lauren Figueroa, Hastings, Minn., reported a minor crash at 9 p.m. in the Kwik Trip (1200 Henry St.) parking lot.

Monday, Feb. 17

• Kayla Marie Dohrer, 31, Hager City, was issued a written warning for operation without required lamps lighted and operate without carrying license after a traffic stop at 6:52 a.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
• Adam Jon Schmidt, 42, Moose Lake, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:08 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• John Patrick Remington, 41, St. Paul Park, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:04 a.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
• Bruce Alin Hanson, 69, Prescott, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 9:15 a.m. at 180 Broad St.
• Garrett Roger Loman, 39, Hudson, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 10 a.m. at 302 Lake St.
• Jolene Dawn Brewton, 67, New Richmond, was cited for non-registration of vehicle and issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 11:11 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Andrew John William Serres, 20, Hastings, Minn., was cited for an ATV violation after a traffic stop at 12:12 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Suspicious activity was reported at 2:08 p.m. at 1001 Campbell St.
• Gavin Christopher Wempner, 18, Durand, was cited for possession of THC, possess drug paraphernalia and speeding after a traffic stop at 6:27 p.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

Tuesday, Feb. 18

• Vincent Mariano Stella, 22, Minneapolis, was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 7:46 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Lisa Marie Sherry, 61, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:48 a.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
• Sara Ann Cromey, 52, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:34 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.
• Lorianna Young, 62, Lake City, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:02 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Nathan Mark Lester, 43, Hager City, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 3:10 p.m. at 1049 Campbell St.
• Officers were asked to conduct a welfare check at 11:41 p.m. at 1200 Henry St. They were not located.

Wednesday, Feb. 19

• Hannah Jo Weierke, 33, Prescott, was cited for possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia after officers performed a welfare check at 1:08 a.m. at 114 Broad St. She was given a courtesy ride.
• Officers conducted a welfare check on two residents at 7:44 a.m. at 178 S. Campbell St.
• A person was found trespassing at 5:19 p.m. from 915 Canton St. The keyholder arrived and didn’t find anything missing.
• Lindsay Marie Engberg, 42, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:40 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Byron Emilio Rosales, 19, Shakopee, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:53 p.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle parked at 10:42 p.m. at 1455 N. Acres Road. There were no occupants around.

Thursday, Feb. 20

MaKenna Shellby Williamson, 18, Prescott, was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 11:22 a.m. at Pine Ridge and Dexter Street.

Friday, Feb. 21

• Mercedes Castillo, 40, Ellsworth, was cited for operating vehicle without insurance and issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 5:49 a.m. at 1000 Eagle Ridge Drive.
• Elizabeth S. McNiff, 71, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:46 a.m. at Albert and Canton streets.
• Lonnie John Kopp, 51, Maiden Rock, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:04 a.m. at Highway 10 and Cherry Street.
• Seth Daniel Oberer, 23, Rosemount, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding and cracked/damaged vehicle windshield after a traffic stop at 8:33 a.m. at highways 10 and 29.
• Jason Allen Hauser, 51, Walker, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:01 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Prayinglee Phuku, 39, North St. Paul, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:21 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
• Police investigated a bail bond violation at 4:17 p.m. at 907 Pearl St. The parties said they didn’t have contact with each other. One agreed to leave.
