Prescott Police Department reports Jan. 11-17, 2025

The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Jan. 11-17.
Saturday, Jan. 11
Zachary Alijah Josiah Ellis, 33, Minnetonka, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:01 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Officers responded to a verbal altercation at 6:54 a.m. at 1020 Highway 10. The parties were able to calm down.
At 4:14 p.m., police answered questions about property lines at 475 Young St. S.
Sunday, Jan. 12
At 2:39 p.m., a caller at 945 Canton St. reported his ex-boss for possibly committing crimes Minnesota and northern Wisconsin. He was advised to contact local law enforcement there.
Monday, Jan. 13
At 9:18 a.m., police were notified of a theft/fraud incident at 170 Tower Heights Road.
Wednesday, Jan. 15
At 7:10 p.m., police received a noise complaint of barking dogs at 821 Kinnickinnic St. Police contacted the homeowner, who was not home at the time, to get someone who was at the residence to take care of the issue.
At 8:10 p.m., a caller at 1000 Canton St. reported she thought her phone had been hacked. Her family was advised of the situation.
Sara Elisa Milhaupt, 44, Hastings, Minn., was arrested for disorderly conduct after police were called at 8:43 p.m. to 138 Broad St., where she had thrown a glass in the bar. Police found her at Scab’s and arrested her.
Thursday, Jan. 16
Officers responded to a domestic at 1:51 a.m. at 1020 Highway 10 and arrested Lawrence Charles Hanna, 40, Prescott, for domestic disorderly conduct. They found him hiding under a bus after he fled the scene.
Friday, Jan. 17
Officers saw a suspicious vehicle parked in the BMO Harris (1049 Orrin Road) lot at 1:24 a.m. They also found an unlocked door at the old Churchill Liquors. They cleared the building and found no one inside.
Police were dispatched to a business alarm at 1:43 a.m. at 1015 Orrin Road. It was an accidental alarm.
At 8:03 a.m., police responded to 1221 Filkins St., where water was leaking from the side of the house. The home’s manager was contacted.
Kenzie Michelle Quinn, 27, Hastings, Minn., was cited for speeding and warned for expired registration after a traffic stop at 9:07 a.m. at Pearl Street and Highway 10.
Milton Guapisaca, 48, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 3:11 p.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 10.
