The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Jan. 25-31.
Saturday, Jan. 25
David Lynn Fries, 56, River Falls, was issued a written warning for an improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 1:35 p.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 29.
Kate Arlene Nissen, 23, Hopkins, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:30 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.
Joaquin Bonilla Barojas, 21, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 10:35 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
Debra Ann Brun, 35, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop for an equipment violation at 11:19 p.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.
Sunday, Jan. 26
Jasline Arie Lachelle Holman, 20, Killen, Alabama, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:03 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
Officers were dispatched to a civil matter at 3:13 a.m. at 636 Hilton St. The complainant had questions about a roommate trying to evict him.
Noel Green Motzing, 36, Mound, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:10 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
Ryan David Sundell, 45, Cottage Grove, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:15 p.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
Isaac Allen Fair, 21, Prescott, was issued a written warning for vent/side window excessive tinting and rear side window excessive tinting after a traffic stop at 12:31 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.
Germaine Ellen Englerth-Naal, 82, Cochrane, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:53 p.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
Stephen Richard Caldwell, 63, Cottage Grove, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:05 p.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
Christopher Michael Berry, 46, Maplewood, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:15 p.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
Marshall Curtis Wuensch, 45, West Salem, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:24 p.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
Hunter James Lubich, 19, Prescott, was cited for windshield tint – critical area and issued a written warning for vent/side window excessive tinting after a traffic stop at 2:39 p.m. in the 300 block of Lake Street.
Tracy Anne Murphy, 39, Prescott, was cited for animal at large at 5:26 p.m. at 900 Canton St.
Monday, Jan. 27
Officers were dispatched to an assault at 12:37 a.m. at 138 N. Broad St.
At 8:20 a.m., police spoke with an unsheltered person about resources available at 1445 N. Acres Road.
At 4:02 p.m., police assisted with a standby and keep the peace at 636 Hilton St.
Officers were advised of a suspicious truck parked at 8:32 a.m. at 1238 Kasson Drive. The driver wanted to make a delivery and advised he could wait until they were open.
Tuesday, Jan. 28
Christopher Neil Schilling, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for hit and run and speeding after leaving the scene of a crash at 6:23 a.m. at 241 Flora St.
At 11:04 a.m., police took a report of missing keys at 1001 Campbell St.
Officers took a theft report at 1:14 p.m. at 1005 Eagle Ridge Drive. Kimberly Marie Haldane, 63, Prescott, was cited for OWI and theft at 2:30 p.m. at the same location.
Police responded to a property dispute at 2:38 p.m. at 2050 Jefferson St.
Wednesday, Jan. 29
Officers were advised of a suspicious person at 1:42 p.m. at 810 Riverwood St. Officers checked the area and didn’t locate them.
Ronald Erwin Zaudke, 78, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:40 p.m. at Broad and Orange streets.
Police received a noise complaint at 7:07 p.m. at Monroe and Helen streets. The suspect agreed to shut their truck off.
Thursday, Jan. 30
Michael John Dralle, 36, Rosemount, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:10 a.m. at highways 10 and 29.
At 10:02 a.m., officers took a theft report at 1531 James St.
Jason John Fleming, 42, New Albin, Iowa, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:07 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Madison Leigh Kozitza, 22, Hastings, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 9:11 p.m. at highways 10 and 29.
Pranay Badade, 28, Eden Prairie, Minn., was cited for passing in a no-passing zone and operate motor vehicle without two headlights after a traffic stop at 9:34 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
Friday, Jan. 31
Police located a suspicious vehicle at 9:21 p.m. at Malone Elementary School (505 N. Campbell St.) Officers told them to move along.
Officers assisted Prescott Fire at a house fire at 9:24 a.m. at 264 Locust St. S.
