The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department July 4-10, 2025.

Friday, July 4

• June Marie Mann, 64, Ellsworth, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine after a traffic stop at 1:09 a.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
• Peter Michael Lee Jones, 59, Prescott, was cited for parking opposite the flow of traffic at 7:20 a.m. at 1816 Canton Road.
• Meng Thao, 41, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:26 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
• Officers located a damaged cable box at 10:33 a.m. at Dexter and Pine streets.
• William Robert Thompson, 26, St. Louis Park, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:48 p.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Jesus Ulises Rodriguez, 59, St. Paul, was cited for failure to display boat launch permit/fee at 4:04 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Jason Alexander Lucas Conrad, 31, New Richmond, was cited for failure to display boat launch permit/fee at 4:12 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• At 8:56 p.m., police helped locate a drunk man who ran away from his sober ride at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• At 9:58 p.m., residents complained of fireworks going off in the 900 block of Canton Street. Police remained in the area for awhile but didn’t locate any.
• At 10:57 p.m., police received a complaint of a flaming object that had to be put out with water at Kinnickinnic and Court streets. Officers located an object that appeared to be sparklers taped together and threw it away.
• At 11:52 p.m., police cited a mobile home/RV parked in front of 920 River Terrace St. for an ordinance violation (parking vehicle over 22 feet on city streets). The owner was from Oronoco, Minn.

Saturday, July 5

• At 1:06 a.m., officers took a report of domestic disorderly conduct at 237 Young St. N.
• Deborah Jean Schurmann, 64, Crystal, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10 a.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
• Samuel Michael Cina, 21, River Falls, was arrested for OWI and cited for operating left of center and operating without a rear license plate after a traffic stop at 11:50 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Court streets.

Sunday, July 6

• Jacob Riley Cohoon Peine, 20, Cannon Falls, Minn., was cited for failure to display boat launch permit/fee at 1:05 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Jason Louis Vincent, 38, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., was cited for failure to display boat launch permit/fee at 1:15 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Brian Jams Anderson, 51, Rosemount, Minn., was cited for failure to display boat launch permit/fee at 1:22 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Alex Samson, 46, Rosemount, Minn., was cited for failure to display boat launch permit/fee at 1:29 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Bryce Joseph Kothbauer, 41, Shoreview, Minn., was cited for failure to display boat launch permit/fee at 1:37 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Police responded at 5:05 p.m. to 1028 Borner St. for marijuana smell in an apartment building. They couldn’t locate the source.
• Nazar Vladimirovich Radysyuk, 22, St. Francis, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:13 p.m. at 180 Broad St.
• Lucas Gary Larson, 43, Prescott, was arrested for OWI and a probation violation after a traffic stop for no tag lights at 11:23 p.m. at 1200 Henry St.

Monday, July 7

• Police responded to a semi crash at 5:56 a.m. at 1000 Eagle Ridge Drive. Pedro Mauel Sanchez Heredia, Houston, Texas, struck a fence at UNFI.
• Troy Alan Stumpf, 49, Hager City, was cited for operating while suspended and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install after a traffic stop at 7:59 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
• Police responded to a dog bite at 10:14 a.m. at 558 Gibbs St. Daniel Herman Maier, 43, Prescott, was cited for rabies vaccination required and animal at large.
• Officers were dispatched to a burglary call at 11:17 a.m. at 117 Broad St. The case is still under investigation.
• Saul Galindo Lopez, 40, St. Paul, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 7:02 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• A suspicious person was reported at 8:36 p.m. at 876 Helen St. They were not located.

Tuesday, July 8

• Anthony Michael Austin, 18, Brainerd, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:12 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• The lift bridge lights were left off due to mayflies at 8:30 a.m. at 241 Broad St. N.
• Christian Tajeep Lor, 25, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:20 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Aristides Baldera de Jesus, 57, Brooklyn Park, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 11:43 p.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 10.

Wednesday, July 9

• Logan Joseph Vezina, 19, River Falls, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:28 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Kylie Rhiannon Hughes, 22, Hudson, was issued a written warning for fail/display vehicle license plates, cracked/damaged vehicle windshield and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 8:55 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Stephen Albert Snyder, 83, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:55 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Marie Ann Switala, 36, Cushing, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:10 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Thursday, July 10

• Anthony James Bucini, 39, Coon Rapids, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:24 a.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
• Kyle Kenneth Rew, 49, River Falls, was cited for improperly attached license plates and issued a written warning for cracked/damaged vehicle windshield after a traffic stop at 6:48 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Christopher Lane Ripley, 48, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for parking opposite the flow of traffic at 9:06 a.m. at 363 Warren St.
• McCoulter Forryst Eaton, 38, Prescott, was issued a written warning for improper parking/standing of vehicle at 9:29 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Jennifer Jean Moen, 50, Welch, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:17 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Pamela Beth Valkos, 62, Allentown, Penn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:27 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• David Christopher Pittman, 65, Faribault, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:39 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Jake Everett Kryzer, 39, Grand Meadow, Minn., was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 3:17 p.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
• Jay Mitchell Griffiths, 62, Prescott, was arrested for OWI-fourth and cited for deviating from designated lane after a traffic stop at 11:08 p.m. at 236 Broad St.
