The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department June 13-19, 2025.
Friday, June 13
Police spoke with students at a Justice Studies summer school class at 9:33 a.m. at Prescott High School (1010 Dexter St.)
Jared Patrick Graham, 28, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 2:19 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
Mattison James Glaser, 24, New Brighton, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:08 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Timothy Allan Dorsky, 51, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:02 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Saturday, June 14
At 7:56 a.m., police spoke to a man parked at Prescott Middle School (1220 St. Croix St.) He was waiting for his job to start.
At 8:01 a.m., police spoke to someone parked on the grass at Freedom Park (200 Monroe St.) They advised they had a graduation party there; they were asked to move their vehicle to the road.
Police received a fire complaint at 11:10 a.m. at Walnut Street and Linden Road. The subjects agreed to put the fire out.
A loose dog was reported at 3:21 p.m. at 1121 Pearl St. The owner picked it up before police arrived.
Cole Joshua Marek, 28, Ellsworth, was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 3:27 p.m. at highways 10 and 29.
Joshua James Hanson , 40, Ellsworth, was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 7:41 p.m. at 667 Dexter St. S.
Steven James Crawford, 50, Blaine, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:03 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
At 9:22 p.m., police responded to 710 Lake St. where dogs had reportedly been barking for more than 30 minutes. The owner agreed to return and calm the dogs down.
Officers warned people for being in Freedom Park (200 Monroe St.) after hours at 11:03 p.m. and again at 1:10 a.m.
Sunday, June 15
Officers were flagged down at 1:51 a.m. at Two Rivers (117 Broad St.) by someone wanting to report a fight. The parties involved were not located. The intoxicated complainant was given a courtesy ride home.
At 7:08 a.m., police caught a suspect taking dirt at 1107 Jefferson St. The man claimed he had permission from public works, but couldn’t provide proof. He was told to put the dirt back.
Delmonte Daquan Rudolph, 27, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 8:45 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Anthony August Egger, 30, Stockholm, was issued a written warning for fail/display vehicle license plates and operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 1:05 p.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
A power line fell in the backyard at 1:12 p.m. at 278 Tower Heights Court. It was sparking as it fell.
Monday, June 16
Carlos Yair Perez Ruiz, 28, River Falls, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:39 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
Derek W. Lewis, 53, Hudson, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:14 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
Officers helped teach a summer school course about officer agility and physical requirements for law enforcement at 9:22 a.m. at the school.
Matthew Lee Blanch, 43, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:43 a.m. at Canton Street and North Acres Road.
Brock Gerald Keaton Jr., 35, Burnsville, Minn., was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 12:05 p.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
At 1:41 p.m., police were notified of a “street privilege permit” violation at 370 Flora St. Photos were provided and uploaded to the case.
At 2:05 p.m., people were warned for having a dog off-leash at the beach (715 Lake St.)
Tuesday, June 17
Michael David Eggenberger, 32, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:03 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
Michael James Schiltz, 36, Maple Grove, Minn., was arrested at the scene of a domestic at 1:40 p.m. at 334 Locust St.
Polie received a suspicious people complaint at 11:02 p.m. at 1110 Lake St. They were not located.
Wednesday, June 18
Police were advised about syringe found at 8:23 a.m. near Magee Park. It was picked up.
Officers assisted with a standby and keep the peace at 5:16 p.m. at 334 Locust St.
Police received a suspicious activity complaint at 10:28 p.m. at Kwik Trip (1200 Henry St.)
Lane Curtis Kneen, 20, Grand Rapids, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:08 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Thursday, June 19
Samantha Jayne Martinez, 32, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:01 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
Police arrested Richard Scott O’Brien, 39, Prescott, for a warrant at 8:52 p.m. at 1000 Canton St.
