Friday, June 20

• Jeffrey Arthur Zimmer, 62, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:29 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• John Walter Niederer, 60, Minnetrista, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:14 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Tamir Saleh Khalil, 40, San Diego, Calif., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:33 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Lonnie Joe Loper, 50, Prescott, was issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 9:51 a.m. at Orrin Road and Canton Street.
• Bronson Robert Stachowiak, 20, Cottage Grove, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:38 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Thao Yang, 32, St. Paul, was cited for non-registration of vehicle, operate without valid license and operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 11:52 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
• Timoth Edward Finch, 43, Maiden Rock, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 2:46 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
• John Gary Oehlenschlager, 55, Farmington, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:10 p.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
• Officers investigated a harassment complaint at 6:21 p.m. at 486 Sea Wing Blvd.

Saturday, June 21

• Officers warned people for being in a park after hours at 2:02 a.m. at Freedom Park (200 Monroe St.)
• Police responded to a verbal altercation between two men at 3:42 a.m. at 135 Orange St.
• Grace Elizabeth Ryan, 18, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:41 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
• Megan Cathleen Felling, 48, River Falls, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop 6:27 a.m. at Canton Street and Highway 10.
• Jacob Scott Anderson, 31, Hastings, Minn., was issued a written warning for fail/display vehicle license plates and vent/side window excessive tinting after a traffic stop at 6:36 a.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 29.
• Cesar David Lopez Delgado, 37, Columbia Heights, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:04 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.
• Constance Lake Vonch, 27, Red Wing, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding and operate without carrying license after a traffic stop at 8:29 a.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.
• Ava Marie Stella, 19, Prescott, was issued a written warning for fail/display vehicle license plates after a traffic stop at 8:59 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Nathan Nicholas Kaczynski, 45, Lakeville, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:21 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
• At 10:46 a.m., police attempted to locate a person with a warrant at 807 St. Croix St. Alice Mae Averbeck, 58, Prescott, was arrested for the warrant.
• Jacqueline L. Hoover, 78, Afton, Minn., was cited for parking in a fire lane at 1:23 p.m. at Orange and Front streets.
• Christopher John Moenck, 27, St. Paul, was cited for failure to display boat launch/fee at 1:48 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Chase Riley Jasperson, 26, Silver Bay, Minn., was cited for failure to display boat launch/fee at 1:57 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Alex Wayne Trinko, 23, Baldwin, was cited for failure to display boat launch/fee at 2:07 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Ronald Franklin Orres, 62, Hastings, Minn., was cited for failure to display boat launch/fee at 2:33 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Jason Alexander Lucas Conrad, 31, New Richmond, was cited for failure to display boat launch/fee at 2:41 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• German Alberto Cardenas Castro, 34, St. Paul, was cited for deviation from designated lane and arrested for OWI-first after a traffic stop at 9:22 p.m. at 620^th Avenue and Highway 10.

Sunday, June 22

• Two people were warned for being at the beach after hours at 12:33 a.m. at 715 Lake St.
• Kathryn Jo Mault, 41, Topeka, Ind., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:49 a.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 29.
• Police conducted a welfare check at 9:18 a.m. at 231 Broad St. He was fine.
• Cheng Thao, 46, Anoka, Minn., was cited for failure to display boat launch/permit fee at 11:34 a.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Pasconnil Blakey, 43, St. Paul, was cited for failure to display boat launch/permit fee at 11:43 a.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Dale Owen Wellbrock, 57, South St. Paul, Minn., was cited for failure to display boat launch/permit fee at 11:52 a.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Cole Philip Bremer, 26, Watertown, Minn., was cited for operate without carrying license, fail/notify DMV of address name/change, speeding and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 1:56 p.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
• Chandra Joleen Huffman, 42, Richfield, Minn., was cited for failure to display boat launch permit/fee at 3:01 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Matthew Jason Sund, 53, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for failure to display boat launch permit/fee at 3:23 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Officers were informed of a bear in a backyard at 5:31 p.m. at 977 Washington St.

Monday, June 23

• Erin Elizabeth Boatman Smaida, 21, Prescott, was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 7:06 a.m. at Court and Cherry streets.
• A caller reported seeing a bear at 10:11 a.m. at 655 Dexter St. S.
• At 12:30 p.m., a complainant reported people running the stop sign at Flora and Orange streets. No violations were observed while police were there.
• Samantha Lee Bergeson, 37, Red Wing, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:16 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Kristi Jane Kooiker, 25, Ellsworth, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:48 p.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.
• James Alan Huron, 49, Hager City, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 5:33 p.m. at 236 Broad St.
• A caller reported an animal at large at 7:11 p.m. at 470 Gibbs St. The owner was warned.

Tuesday, June 24

• Officers responded to a home alarm at 12:04 a.m. at 360 Flora St. It was a false alarm.
• At 12:24 a.m., police were informed of a drunk person passed out in a yard at 115 Orange St. Police found them and gave them a courtesy ride home.
• Mauro Alan Hernandez, 33, Burnsville, Minn., was cited for possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 1:17 a.m. at 1200 Henry St.
• At 7:33 a.m., police saw a woman yelling while walking at Pearl and Pine streets. She said she was fine.
• Alex Craig Kittleson, 40, Prescott, was cited for a boat launch fee violation at 8:39 a.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Jason Micah Satre, 44, St. Francis, Minn., was issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 2:33 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Dakota streets.
• Brett Jon Bundich, 60, Prescott, was arrested for a warrant at 2:46 p.m. at 161 Tower Road.

Wednesday, June 25

• Jordyn Kathleen Granger, 25, Hampton, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:17 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• A suspicious person was reported at 12:45 a.m. at 555 Pine Ridge. The vehicle was gone when police arrived.
• Christopher Andrew Swanson, 54, Baldwin, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
• Graham Lee Deming, 33, Minneapolis, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:13 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
• Shayla Jean Berkner, 28, Red Wing, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:26 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• At 1:21 p.m., police contacted an RV owner about moving their RV from the public parking lot at 135 Orange St.
• Jason Anthony Klabis, 43, Prescott, was cited for disorderly conduct after police responded to an unwanted person call at 2:14 p.m. at 328 Lake St.
• Daniel Maze, 59, St. Paul, was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 3:06 p.m. at 236 Broad St.
• Public Works removed a tree from the roadway at 3:55 p.m. at 630 Albert St.
• Officers were advised of a noise complaint at 10:23 p.m. at 334 Elm St. Nothing was heard.
