Friday, June 6

• Officers were advised of a possible crash at 10:39 a.m. at 660 Dexter St. They found a phone in the roadway and returned it to its owner.
• Chidiebere Emmanuel Nwokolo, 29, Shoreview, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:09 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• At 10:49 p.m., a caller reported baby raccoons on the roadway at 241 N. Broad St. They were gone when officers arrived.

Saturday, June 7

• Jasmine Rose Marie Bryant, 25, Baldwin, was cited for fail/display vehicle license plates, fail/notify DMV of address/name change and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 6:27 a.m. at highways 10 and 29.
• Officers found a loose dog at 8:54 a.m. at Cherry Stret and Highway 10. The owner was able to get the dog and bring it home. They were warned.
• James Michael Franklin, 42, Hastings, Minn., was issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 10:37 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Second streets.
• Terry Wade Hansen, 50, Prescott, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 4:08 p.m. at 635 Canton St.
• At 11:07 p.m., police checked on a man sitting in a backseat of a vehicle at Locust and Oak streets. He was eating his supper.

Sunday, June 8

• Diane Mae Jerome Harry, 55, Hugo, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:41 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
• Alyssa Brooklyn Joy Kent, 19, Annandale, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:53 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Ian Charles Kopp, 56, Lake Elmo, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:03 a.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
• Taylor Katherine Hurm, 33, Minneapolis, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:08 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
• Mthunzi Dalubuhle Dewa, 52, Cottage Grove, Minn., was fined for failure to display launch permit/fee after a traffic stop at 11:52 a.m. at Ash and Front streets.
• Grace Noel Stuhl, 21, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:16 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Locust streets.
• Christopher Michael Klenc, 39, Sparta, was issued a written warning for illegible license plates after a traffic stop at 3:42 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.

Tuesday, June 10

• Officers responded to a motorcycle crash at 10:32 p.m. at 145 Broad St. Devin Bryce Martin, 32, Bellechester, Minn., was cited for unreasonable and imprudent speed and operate motorcycle without valid license.
• Police assisted River Falls police with an unwanted subject at 10:38 p.m. at 2469 Dawes Place.

Wednesday, June 11

• Angela Kay Haynes, 69, Prescott, was cited for parking in a fire lane at 6:28 a.m. at 730 Borner St.
• Jo Anne Darnell Brock, 46, River Falls, was cited for parking in a fire lane at 6:39 a.m. at 730 Borner St.
• Carl James Thomas, 42, St. Paul, was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 7:27 a.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
• Philomena Mary Hautau, 69, Stillwater, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:30 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Officers were advised of an unwanted subject at 12:34 p.m. at 1401 Glenridge Drive.

Thursday, June 12

Brandon James Bleyle, 31, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 1:16 a.m. at Cherry and Young streets.
