The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department March 1-7.

Saturday, March 1

  • John W. Moeller, 33, Lakeland, Minn., was cited for operating while revoked after a traffic stop at 12:11 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Flora streets.
  • At 6:11 p.m., a caller reported information about an employee at CBD Prescott (141 Broad St.

Sunday, March 2

  • At 11:40 a.m., officers helped push a stalled vehicle out of the roadway at Canton Street and North Acres Road.
  • At 3:17 p.m., police checked on a heavily smoking vehicle near St. Croix and Monroe streets. The owner said it was overheating and they were trying to get it home.
  • Cheyenne Lee Yellowbank, 30, River Falls, was cited for operating motor vehicle without insurance and warned for expired registration after a traffic stop at 8:23 p.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 29.

Monday, March 3

  • Craig Adams, 44, Winona, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:55 a.m. at 180 Broad St.
  • Alexis Anne Magnino, 41, Durand, was issued a written warning for fail/display vehicle license plates and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 10:12 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Court streets.
  • David Daniel Collova, 65, Prescott, was issued a written warning for improper/attach rear registration decal/tag after a traffic stop at 10:22 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.
  • Emily Ann Enevold, 32, Lake City, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:52 a.m. at 180 Broad St.
  • Megan Alyce Mikhelson, 34, Crystal, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:03 p.m. at 252 Broad St.
  • Michael Robert Olson Jr., 19, Prescott, was cited for windshield tinting – critical area, vent/side window excessive tinting, rear side window excessive tinting, rear window excessive tinting, non-registration of vehicle and possession of THC after a traffic stop at 3:52 p.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 29.
  • Police received a noise complaint at 4:36 p.m. at 935 Pearl St. They agreed to keep the noise down and to slow down when driving in the back parking lot.
  • Deshawn Renee Fonza, 30, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:19 p.m. at 236 Broad St.
  • Raydale Dominick Crowmartie, 19, Hampton, Minn., was cited for possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 9:44 p.m. at highways 10 and 29. Keegan Christopher Allen, 20, Hastings, Minn., was cited for possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia as well.

Tuesday, March 4

  • Vandalism/criminal damage to property was reported at 8:50 a.m. at 145 Broad St.
  • Mark Daniel Dewitz, 42, Prescott, was cited for non-registration of vehicle and improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 11:56 a.m. at Highway 10 and Eagle Ridge Drive.
  • At 10:10 p.m., officers assisted in pushing a stalled vehicle out of the roadway at Hilton Street and Highway 10.
  • At 10:40 p.m., officers checked on someone walking at Cedar Lane and Monroe Street. They didn’t need any assistance.
  • At 11:25 p.m., officers observed an open vehicle door at Walnut and Gibbs streets. They left a voicemail for the owner and secured the door.

 

Wednesday, March 5

  • Shane Taylor Brown, 40, Chippewa Falls, was cited for a snow removal parking violation at 12:37 a.m. at 804 St. Croix St.
  • At 3:37 a.m., police helped push a vehicle out of the snow at Orrin Road and Campbell Street.
  • Officers were dispatched to help an intoxicated subject at 4:06 a.m. at 201 Broad St. He was having trouble getting into his hotel room.
  • Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident at 4:47 a.m. at 1120 Highway 10 between Remigio Robles Corchado, 56, Prescott and Christopher Lee Schlenz, 37, Hastings, Minn.
  • Police were advised of a hit and run crash at 6:12 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10, reported by the victim, Shelby Renae Bunton, 28, Ellsworth.
  • At 6:26 a.m., a police vehicle and ambulance were stuck in the snow at 1603 Pine St. Public Works was notified.
  • A driver became stuck in the snow at 7:30 a.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets. They didn’t want any help.
  • Officers and citizens helped a vehicle stuck in the snow at 8:46 a.m. at Walnut Street and Tower Road.
  • Lucas Clarence Swanson, 40, Glidden, was cited for a snow removal parking violation at 9:56 a.m. at Monroe and Helen streets.
  • Jacole Joy Einfeldt, 21, Hastings, Minn., was cited for a snow removal parking violation at 10:07 a.m. at Gibbs and Helen streets.
  • Brady Charles Randolph, 47, Prescott, was cited for a snow removal parking violation at 10:29 a.m. at Northern Lights and Pleasant drives.
  • Travis John Sell, 24, Chisholm, Minn., was cited for a snow removal parking violation at 10:56 a.m. at Hampshire and Henry streets.
  • Gregory John Tressler, 53, Prescott, was cited for a snow removal parking violation at 11:01 a.m. at Hampshire and Henry streets.
  • Awel Yong Awel, 42, Prescott, was cited for a snow removal parking violation at 11:05 a.m. at Hampshire and Henry streets.
  • At 5:24 p.m., police responded to a verbal disagreement between a mother and her adult son at 615 Orrin Road.
  • At 7:31 p.m., a caller requested a welfare check on their possibly intoxicated family member staying at 201 Broad St. His vehicle was parked outside, but police couldn’t make contact with him.

 

Thursday, March 6

At 12:07 a.m., a caller at 1000 Highway 10 reported a woman walking down the middle of the road with a vehicle following. They weren’t located.

 

Friday, March 7

  • At 7:36 a.m., police were advised of someone on or near the train tracks at Kinnickinnic and Second streets. They weren’t located.
  • Robert McKie Jeffrey, 83, River Falls, was issued a written warning for speeding and improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 9:32 a.m. at Highway 10 and Cherry Street.
  • Miroslav Vasilyevich Skorykh, 29, Ramsey, Minn., was issued written warnings for fail/display vehicle license plates, vent/side window excessive tinting, rear side window excessive tinting and rear window excessive tinting after a traffic stop at 9:43 a.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 10.
