The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department March 15-21.
Saturday, March 15
At 3:30 a.m., police received a complaint about a siren sounding at Canton and Pearl streets. When police arrived, the siren stopped. They couldn’t determine where it had come from.
Damaged property was reported at 11:29 p.m. at 138 Broad St.
A caller reported being assaulted at 11:30 p.m. at 1000 Highway 10. Emily Kathleen Olson, 27, Prescott, was arrested for resisting or obstructing an officer, battery, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping.
Sunday, March 16
Suspicious activity was reported at 12:52 p.m. at 498 Flora St.
Greta Marion Kirsch, 19, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 2:37 p.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
At 7:25 p.m., a caller reported a barking dog and other concerns at 675 Laura St. Police couldn’t reach the resident.
Monday, March 17
Anthony W. Holmes, 88, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:44 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
Trevor Lee Schams, 48, Ellsworth, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:34 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
Bartt Allen Albarado, 63, Red Wing, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:54 a.m. at 252 Broad St.
Carol Bernice Mercord, 80, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:04 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Court streets.
Mikayla Rai Finseth, 21, Prescott, was issued a written warning for vent/side window excessive tinting and windshields tinting – critical area after a traffic stop at 2:05 p.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 10.
Linda Mae McGrath-Carlson, 69, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:30 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
James Andrew Lee, 56, Prescott, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:04 p.m. at 1200 Henry St.
Mercedes May Nelson, 20, Bay City, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:56 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Officers responded to a domestic at 11:16 p.m. at 1373 Ash St. Kaleb Joshua Sneen, 26, Prescott, was arrested for domestic battery and domestic disorderly conduct.
Tuesday, March 18
Eduardo Dia Gomez, 19, Hudson, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop for a defective headlight at 6:52 a.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 10.
Kenneth Leslie Wilson, 49, Woodbury, Minn., was issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 7:51 a.m. at Orrin Road and Dexter Street.
Joseph Allen Nance, 50, River Falls, was issued a written warning for fail/properly maintain headlamps and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 7:59 a.m. at Dexter and Pine streets.
Katie Jo Johnson, 41, Hudson, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:31 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.
Sarah Kashae Piggee, 26, St. Paul, was cited for speeding, fail/maintain vehicle speedometer and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 9:43 a.m. at 252 Broad St.
Gary James Bayer, 73, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:36 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
Brandon Charles Wurzinger, 38, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:53 p.m. at 302 Lake St.
Jeffrey Thomas Williams, 58, River Falls, was issued a written warning for speeding and improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 2:40 p.m. at 1120 Highway 10.
Terry Joseph Rosa, 56, Plymouth, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:58 p.m. at 252 Broad St.
Wednesday, March 19
At 12:17 p.m., police were advised of a man knocking on doors at 1369 Walnut St. He was handing out political flyers.
Thursday, March 20
At 7:22 a.m., officers were made aware of a suspicious vehicle at 241 N. Broad St.
Alexis Lynn Schugel, 22, River Falls, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:56 a.m. at Cherry and Elm streets.
Police received an animal complaint at 5:03 p.m. at 672 Washington St.
A caller reported dogs running loose at 5:31 p.m. at 306 Lake St. Their owner, Renee Marie Hendrickson, 50, Prescott, was cited for animal at large.
At 10:17 p.m., a woman reported a suspicious vehicle following her home from work to 1065 Cedar Lane. The driver thought he was following his friends.
Friday, March 21
Damon Bryce Green, 18, Apple Valley, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:28 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
Kyle Cooper Vance, 26, Platteville, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:51 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
