The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department March 29 through April 4.
Saturday, March 29
Police responded to Jeep vs. light pole crash at 7:52 p.m. at 1005 Eagle Ridge Drive involving James George Santoro, River Falls.
Devorise Lamonta Jackson, 28, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., was arrested for operate without valid license (third) after a traffic stop for a defective headlamp at 9:27 p.m. at Dexter and Jefferson streets. He was also cited for operate motor vehicle without insurance.
Sunday, March 30
At 2:20 a.m., an anonymous caller reported Kwik Trip (1200 Henry St.) would not sell them food because they were intoxicated. Officers advised employees of the complaint and affirmed they have the right to refuse service.
At 11:06 p.m., a semi from Sauk Rapids, Minn., was issued a written warning for parking against the flow of traffic and a weight limit violation at 734 Hilton St.
Monday, March 31
At 12:04 a.m., Kwik Trip (1200 Henry St.) employees advised police of a man covered in blood in the bathroom. He told officers he was fine and would leave.
A suspicious person was reported at 4:59 a.m. at 145 Broad St. The man was having vehicle issues.
Police were advised of a loose dog at 5:45 a.m. near Jefferson and Dexter streets. Jill Margarette Trevis, 41, Prescott, was cited for animal at large.
Jessica Ann Ingram, 41, Prescott, was issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 7:43 a.m. at Albert and Canton streets.
Adam Michael Grandquist, 36, Prescott, was cited for possess drug paraphernalia and possession of THC after a traffic stop for no visible front license plate at 10:09 a.m. at Canton Street and North Acres Road.
Officers were asked to perform a welfare check on a dog at 12:22 p.m. at 145 Broad St.
Kelsee Joy Blocker, 28, Hager City, was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 1:48 p.m. at 241 N. Broad St.
Jean Philippe Keith Boeglin, 22, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:59 p.m. at Campbell and Henry streets.
A suspicious person was reported at 7:25 p.m. at 141 Broad St. The person’s car broke down and they were waiting for a ride.
Kimberly Naomi Legler, 36, Chanhassen, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license, speeding and operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 8:54 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Police were asked to conduct a welfare check at 9:21 p.m. at 951 Monroe St. The person arrived before police were needed.
Tuesday, April 1
Luciano Rufino, 55, Miami, Fla., was cited for operate without valid license and issued a written warning for fail/properly maintain headlamps after a traffic stop at 6:13 a.m. at Lake and Oak streets.
Garrett William Greer, 28, Apple Valley, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:41 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
Tyler Phillip Schrenkler, 37, Woodbury, Minn., was issued a written warning for inattentive driving after a traffic stop at 7:36 a.m. at Cherry and Locust streets.
Kellie Elizabeth Schaefer, 31, Prescott, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 7:56 a.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 29.
Loriann Joyce Price, 62, Prescott, was issued a written warning for fail/display vehicle license plates after a traffic stop at 8:30 a.m. at 800 Pine St.
Eleazar Manuel Gomez Diaz, 32, Hudson, was cited for operate without valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance and issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 8:47 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
Richard Eino Heikkila, 81, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:21 a.m. at Lake Street and Highway 10.
Wilmer Jose Pereira Silva, 31, Eden Prairie, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:23 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
Jesse Lael Longley, 59, Bloomington, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 12:37 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
Brian David Stromberg, 42, Hastings, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:49 p.m. at Lake Street and Highway 10.
Austin Daniel Cieslak, 28, Ellsworth, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1 p.m. at Oak and Dakota streets.
Kelly Anne Theese, 53, Prescott, was cited for animal at large after an animal complaint at 6:05 p.m. at 1000 Canton St.
Police were informed of a suspicious vehicle at 8:21 p.m. at Malone Elementary School (505 Campbell St.) The person works there.
Wednesday, April 2
Officers were dispatched to a fire alarm and burning smell at 7:27 p.m. at 1531 James St. Someone had microwaved plastic and was waiting for the smoke to dissipate.
Thursday, April 3
Officers helped an individual move mattresses and box springs out of the alleyway at 1:27 a.m. at 114 Broad St.
Friday, April 4
Thomas Eric Sullivan, 62, Alexandria, Va., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:31 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
Isaac Allen Fair, 21, Prescott, was issued written warnings for vent/side window excessive tinting, rear side window excessive tinting, rear window excessive tinting and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 10:42 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Officers helped mediate an incident at 1:32 p.m. at 872 Washington St.
Michael John Weinhold, 42, Cannon Falls, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:08 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
