The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department March 8-14.
Saturday, March 8
Mason John Lewis, 20, Prescott, was cited for underage alcohol consumption after a traffic stop for driving the wrong way on Locust Street at 2:18 a.m.
Isaac Hernandez Gomez, 37, Hudson, was issued a written warning for unlawful U/Y turn midblock after a traffic stop at 5:42 a.m. at 408 Lake St.
Mohamed Abdulkadir Habib, 25, Minneapolis, was cited for excessive windshield tinting – critical area and issued a written warning for vent/side window excessive tinting after a traffic stop at 10:17 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
Sue Ann Aubin Shirley, 62, Hudson, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop for an illegible license plate at 12:50 p.m. at highways 10 and 29.
Jason Andrew Sturm, 54, Hastings, Minn., was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 2:24 p.m. at 328 Lake St.
Brandon Ray Pederson, 22, Ellsworth, was issued a written warning for fail/display vehicle license plates and vent/side window excessive tinting after a traffic stop at 3:09 p.m. at Locust Street and Highway 10.
Francis Charles Bunk, 72, Stockholm, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:40 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
Danielle Lynn Warren, 34, Maplewood, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:51 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Officers responded to a noise complaint at 11:03 p.m. at 1531 James St. Police didn’t hear anything when they arrived.
Sunday, March 9
Jacob Ryan Zieman, 30, Darwin, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:18 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
Amanda Rose Hildebrandt, 41, River Falls, was arrested for operating while suspended and cited for speeding and inattentive driving after a traffic stop at 2:42 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
An unwanted subject was reported at 5:13 p.m. at 394 S. Gibbs St.
Officers responded to a dog at large complaint at 6:48 p.m. at 512 Hilton St. A 17-year-old juvenile was cited for animal at large when they retrieved the dog.
A water leak was reported at 7:28 p.m. at 945 Canton St. The water was turned off.
Monday, March 10
Richard Alan Fox, 68, Afton, Minn., was cited for an automobile/appliance storage restriction ordinance violation at 8:29 a.m. at 1354 Ash St.
At 11:08 a.m., police spoke with parents near Hope and Albert streets regarding child safety and children being outside alone.
At 11:16 a.m., an officer spoke with a complainant at 141 Broad St. about workplace issues.
Genesis Alvarado Flores, 23, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license and verbally warned for defective license plate lamps after a traffic stop at 10:48 p.m. at Canton Street and Highway 10.
Tuesday, March 11
Fraud was reported at 1:02 p.m. at 811 Riverwood St.
Police responded to a fraud complaint at 1:39 p.m. at First National Bank (1151 Canton St.) Another agency will handle it.
John Wayne Theodore James, 22, Prescott, was issued a written warning for parking on left side of highway after a traffic stop at 9:29 p.m. at 876 Helen St.
Wednesday, March 12
A semi from Junction City was issued a written warning for violating city parking ordinances for length/weight restrictions at 4:14 a.m. at Gibbs and Cherry streets.
Camille Stephanie Marsten, 29, River Falls, was issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 7:37 a.m. at Campbell and St. Croix streets.
Thomas Martin Kaeder, 18, Prescott, was issued a written warning for vent/side window excessive tinting, rear side window excessive tinting and rear window excessive tinting after a traffic stop at 9:31 a.m. at Orrin Road and Campbell Street.
Officers responded to a suspicious activity complaint at 9:49 a.m. at the railroad bridge (248 Front St.)
Lori Mae Vogler, 41, River Falls, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:35 a.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
Troy Allen Denning, 66, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:52 a.m. at 252 Broad St.
Tyler Patrick Stache, 27, White Bear Lake, Minn., was issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 11:22 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
Desiree Kay Price, 46, Hastings, Minn., was issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 12:16 p.m. at 800 Borner St.
Mark Hogeboom, 70, River Falls, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:48 p.m. at Orrin Road and Campbell Street.
At 12:55 p.m., a subject was warned for playing music too loudly in a vehicle parked at Prescott High School (1010 Dexter St.)
Grace Kathleen Ann Gale, 21, River Falls, was issued a written warning for fail/stop at stop sign after a traffic stop at 2:48 p.m. at Walnut and Elm streets.
Amy Marie Linder, 43, Prescott, was issued a written warning for cracked/damaged vehicle windshield after a traffic stop at 3 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Court streets.
Andrew John William Serres, 20, Hastings, Minn., was cited for windshield tinting – critical area and issued a written warning for vent/side window excessive tinting after a traffic stop at 3:22 p.m. at Willow Lane and Campbell Street.
Logan Robert Baron, 19, Baldwin, was cited for underage alcohol consumption and possess open intoxicants in motor vehicle – driver after a traffic stop at 4:46 p.m. at Campbell and Henry streets.
Anthony Todd Gellerman, 17, Champlin, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:20 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Joseph Robert Armstrong, 36, Roseville, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:27 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Thursday, March 13
Jeffrey Thomas Arntson, 43, Maple Grove, Minn., was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 12:14 p.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 10.
Tyler Jeffrey Weinberger, 20, Farmington, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:35 p.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.
Akbal Abdi Ahmed, 18, St. Paul, was cited for vent/side window excessive tinting, rear side window excessive tinting, rear window excessive tinting, non-registration of vehicle and windshield tinting – critical area after a traffic stop at 1:47 p.m. at highways 10 and 29.
Branden Richard Kuebelbeck, 32, St. Paul, was cited for non-registration of vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 5:51 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Friday, March 14
Fraud was reported at 2:40 p.m. at 1400 N. Acres Road.
At 4:21 p.m., a caller reported her dog had jumped out of a car at 180 Broad St. She was able to recover the dog before police arrived.
Jacob Michael McNulty, 32, Zimmerman, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:33 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
