The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department May 16-22.

Friday, May 16

  • Suzanne Elizabeth Meredith, 58, St. Paul, was issued a warning for non-registration of vehicle and fail/display vehicle license plates after a traffic stop at 6:05 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
  • Franklin Mauricio Guerra Guerra, 27, Minneapolis, was cited for possession of THC, possess drug paraphernalia, operate without valid license and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 6:28 a.m. at Washington and Walter streets.

 

Saturday, May 17

  • Marissa Anne Sternke, 43, Minneapolis was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:44 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
  • Joshua Allen Hart, 35, Prescott, was issued a warning for a parking violation at 11:57 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.
  • Officers responded to a call about an intoxicated person at 11:17 p.m. at 231 Broad St. He was warned not to drive.

 

Sunday, May 18

  • Anthony Carter Christofferson, 25, Hastings, Minn., was arrested for violate absolute sobriety at 1:36 a.m. at 114 Broad St. He has an open court case prohibiting alcohol consumption.
  • Anthony Louis Weinreich, 19, Prescott, was issued a warning for fail/stop at stop sign after a traffic stop at 7:50 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
  • Officers were asked to conduct a welfare check at 9:14 a.m. at 236 Broad St. They were unable to make contact.
  • Officers responded to an animal complaint at 9:33 a.m. at 959 Flora Square. The dog belonged to a neighbor, who received a warning.
  • Chelsey Lynnae Skogen, 26, Prescott, was issued a warning for fail/ stop at stop sign after a traffic stop at 12:46 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
  • Officers were dispatched to a property damage complaint at 6:48 p.m. at 438 Cherry St. They were unsure if they hit a pipe while landscaping. Officers saw no damage to the pipe, but advised the people to call Digger’s Hotline before landscaping.

 

Monday, May 19

  • Samantha Jo Mancheski, 34, St. Paul, was cited for parking in a fire lane at 8:50 a.m. at 720 Borner St.
  • Andrew Jed Kees, 45, Stillwater, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:45 a.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.
  • Officers were advised of a verbal domestic at 10:01 a.m. at 1120 Highway 10.
  • Officers and deputies responded to a domestic at 12:53 p.m. at 907 Pearl St. A report was taken for a verbal domestic.
  • Police checked on a suspicious truck and trailer parked at 9:50 p.m. at Johnson Construction (1175 Jefferson St.) The driver said he pulled over because he couldn’t see in the rain.

 

Tuesday, May 20

  • Lucy Maria Suek, 23, Minneapolis, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:58 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
  • Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle at 11:27 p.m. at 667 Dexter St. S. They noticed nothing unusual.

 

Wednesday, May 21

  • Leah Lynn Martin, 42, Prescott, was cited for meeting of vehicle – wrong side after a traffic stop at 7:50 a.m. at 241 N. Broad St.
  • Officers responded to a crash involving Drew Lemoine Peterson, 31, River Falls, at 10:48 a.m. at 328 Lake St. He was cited for operating left of center line and inattentive driving.
  • Police were dispatched to a noise complaint at 7:13 p.m. at 458 Walnut St. People were having car issues and the horn wouldn’t turn off.

 

Thursday, May 22

  • Jeannine Lucretia Wagner, 82, Hastings, Minn., was issued a warning for meeting of vehicle – wrong side after a traffic stop at 2:30 p.m. at Orrin Road and Campbell Street.
  • Dianna Marie Carrion-Dupey, 39, Prescott, and Charles Olin Kester, 56, Prescott, were arrested for violating bond conditions at 7:47 p.m. at 803 Kinnickinnic St.
