The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department May 9-15.

Friday, May 9

  • Officers received a 911 hang up call at 2:44 a.m. at 165 Monroe St. They located two intoxicated brothers who went inside for the night.
  • Brandon Jeffrey Urhammer, 34, Ellsworth, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 7:03 a.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 10.
  • At 8:54 a.m., a Prescott Fire member reported a one-vehicle crash at County Road F and Highway 29. One of the victims was outside the vehicle walking around. Police didn’t locate a crash but passed the information on to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office.
  • Roneida Norma Henderson, 78, Cannon Falls, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:19 a.m. at highways 10 and 29.
  • Officers were asked to perform a welfare check at 11:55 p.m. at Freedom Park (200 Monroe St.) A subject was taking a nap with no distress noted.
  • At 4:29 p.m., police received a 911 call from 615 Orrin Road referencing stolen goods. They were unable to reach anyone.
  • Lonnie Joe Loper, 50, River Falls, was cited for possession of THC and warned for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 9:49 p.m. at Chestnut and Ash streets.
  • Police conducted a welfare check at 10:34 p.m. at 537 Oak St.

 

Saturday, May 10

  • Lacinea Tyler McBride, 28, Minneapolis, was issued a written warning for speeding and operate without carrying license after a traffic stop at 7:22 a.m. at 236 Broad St.
  • Pedro Adalberto Hernandez Giron, 56, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 7:34 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
  • Tarriel Monee McCambry, 31, St. Paul, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:19 a.m. at Lake Street and Highway 10.
  • Luke James Johnson, 36, Prescott, was cited for failure to display launch permit/fee at 1:54 p.m. at Ash and Front streets.
  • Marino Aroldo Ramirez Perez, 47, Lake City, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license and warned for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:06 p.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

Sunday, May 11

  • Officers were advised of an unwanted subject at 6:34 a.m. at 816 St. Croix St. The person was given a courtesy ride.
  • Police responded to a suspicious person complaint at 11:15 a.m. at 1120 Highway 10. They were not located.
  • Frederick Henry Kreutzfeldt, 50, Woodbury, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:31 p.m. at Lake and Ellen streets.
  • Officers were advised of an iPhone theft at 9:04 p.m. at 117 Broad St. They were able to retrieve it and return it to the owner, who declined to press charges.

 

Monday, May 12

  • Police checked on a person walking southbound on Highway 10 at Lake Street at 6:58 a.m. in the traffic lane. They were told to stay on the shoulder.
  • At 11:03 a.m., police responded to Croix Insurance (1051 N. Campbell St.) for a fraud complaint, which remains under investigation.
  • Riley Mark Schubert, 33, Howe, Ind., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:44 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
  • Officers performed a welfare check at 2:50 p.m. at 705 Campbell St. Everything appeared to be fine.
  • Four panic alarms sounded at 5:43 p.m. at City Hall (800 Borner St.) Police contacted the keyholder.
  • At 11:57 p.m., a caller reported an intoxicated person outside of 114 Broad St. He was given permission to stay in the municipal lot for the night.

 

Tuesday, May 13

  • Joshua James Hanson, 40, Prescott, was arrested at 6:27 a.m. at 653 S. Dexter St.
  • Police checked on a person sleeping in their vehicle at 11:36 a.m. outside of Prescott Tap (138 Broad St.) He said he was trying to find his cat.
  • Benjamin Bruce Manthey, 54, St. Paul, was issued a warning for speeding and fail/display vehicle license plates after a traffic stop at 1:45 p.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
  • At 2:12 p.m., a caller reported a deer running into a fence at 463 Monroe St. The deer was dead when officers arrived; public works personnel picked it up.
  • Officers were dispatched to a 911 call at 6:17 p.m. at 1115 Hampshire St. The subject, who was intoxicated and causing a disturbance, refused to talk to officers.

 

Wednesday, May 14

  • Sandra Marie Erickson, 59, Minnetonka, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:47 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
  • Kevin Barrett Burns, 62, Excelsior, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:19 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
  • Officers responded to a fraud complaint at 9:09 a.m. at WESTconsin Credit Union (1400 N. Acres Road). It remains under investigation.
  • Ryan Matthew Pfeifer, 29, Spring Valley, was cited for operate without valid license and issued a written warning for fail/display vehicle license plates after a traffic stop at 11:56 a.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 10.
  • Alyssa Ann Severson, 24, Watertown, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license and warned for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:19 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Thursday, May 15

  • Officers received a noise complaint at 2:21 a.m. at 101 Front St. The boaters in question were told to keep the music down.
  • David Silvestre Pastorini, 39, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:09 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
  • Officers were advised of a restraining order violation at 3:23 p.m. at 495 Flora St.
  • Police responded to a loud music complaint at 10:24 p.m. at 907 Pearl St. Bryan Keith Snyder, 54, Prescott, was cited for loud and unnecessary noise.
