Friday, Nov. 14
- Kevin Jesus Guerrero, 22, St. Paul, was cited for possess drug paraphernalia and possession of THC after a traffic stop at 6:52 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
- Officers were advised of suspicious activity at 7:53 p.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets. The parties were gone when police arrived.
Saturday, Nov. 15
Kacy David Graham, 33, Lake City, Minn., was cited for speeding, operate without valid license and operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 9:39 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Sunday, Nov. 16
- Police were notified of a suspicious vehicle at 7:07 a.m. at 145 Broad St.
- Officers were dispatched to a domestic at 7:08 p.m. at 334 Elm St. Police separated the parties for the night.
- Police responded to a domestic at 9:21 p.m. at 469 Gibbs St. S. The subjects calmed down and talked it out.
Monday, Nov. 17
- A suspicious person was reported at 7:56 p.m. at 1010 Dexter St.
- Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint at 9:14 p.m. at 1445 N. Acres Road.
Tuesday, Nov. 18
- Renee Marie Hendrickson, 50, Prescott, was cited for two dogs at large at 10:25 a.m. at 1120 Highway 10.
- Don J. Scribner, 75, Prescott, was cited for failure of operator to notify police of accident after causing property damage with a vehicle at 12:25 p.m. at 302 Lake St.
- Mona Lee Schomas, 54, Afton, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:38 p.m. at Dexter and Jefferson streets.
- Stacy Fae Larson, 51, Cottage Grove, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:02 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
- Spence Ahrens Coorough, 45, White Bear Lake, Minn., was cited for speeding and warned for no proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 6:31 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
- Thomas Herman Ptacek, 46, Prescott, was cited for animal at large at 7:07 p.m. at 600 Hope St.
- Jaden Antonio Mendias, 18, Grimes, Iowa, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:42 p.m. at Hilton Street and Highway 10.
- Charles Terrance Bohmer, 37, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for speeding and warned for no proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 8:26 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Wednesday, Nov. 19
- At 8:12 a.m., police warned a resident at 760 Walnut St. for a camper parked in the yard.
- Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at 11:32 a.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.
- James Daniel Bangs, 33, Winona, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:42 p.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.
- Jesse Alan Koosmann, 34, Prescott, was cited for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 7:43 p.m. at River Terrace and Canton streets.
Thursday, Nov. 20
- Kandis Marie Weiand, 39, Prescott, was cited for passing in a no-passing zone after a traffic stop at 7:52 a.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
- Donald Jay Frazier, 58, Hastings, Minn., was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 12:40 p.m. at 1005 Eagle Ridge Drive.
- At 4:51 p.m., a man called to document an incident that happened to his wife at work at 1380 N. Acres Road.
Friday, Nov. 21
- Michael Kevin Weir, 73, Prescott, was cited for making an illegal turn at 3:29 p.m. at Orrin Road and Dexter Street.
- At 3:43 p.m., police took a complaint of a dog defecating in a yard at 955 Cedar Lane.
- Shayne Kenneth Pahnke, 25, Scottsdale, Ariz., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:39 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
- A suspicious person was reported at 11:40 p.m. at Kwik Trip (1255 Ash St.) They were given a courtesy ride to Kwik Trip and picked up by a relative.
Saturday, Nov. 22
- Officers responded to a disorderly person complaint at 9:40 a.m. at 331 N. Court St. The person agreed to leave and return at a later time when they were welcome.
- Stalin Joel Pila Viracocha, 21, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 8:27 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Sunday, Nov. 23
Demario Dwayne Robinson, 42, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for after a traffic stop at 6:02 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
Monday, Nov. 24
- Theft of a welder and copper wire was reported at 11:39 p.m. at 154 Wacota St.
- Officers responded to a possible burglary at 9:06 p.m. at 753 Helen St. Officers found nothing out of place.
Tuesday, Nov. 25
- Officers checked on a person who appeared to be very underdressed for the weather at 10:40 a.m. at 1120 Highway 10. She was carrying an open container and refused to provide her ID. Angela Jane Zwack, 40, was arrested for disorderly conduct, extradition, obstructing justice and possess drug paraphernalia.
- A hit and run was reported at 6:11 p.m. at 219 Broad St.
- An unwanted subject was reported at 6:49 p.m. at 334 Elm St. The parties were separated and one person was trespassed.
Wednesday, Nov. 26
- Emmanuel Scott Bougie, 21, Lauderdale, Minn., was cited after a traffic stop at 6:47 a.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.
- A downed power line was reported at 10:32 a.m. at 445 Court St.
- Adelina Lucy Brant, 27, Prescott, was cited for a dog at large at 2:49 p.m. at 355 Lawrence St.
- Police were notified of a possible domestic at 3:09 p.m. at Chestnut and Ash streets. Nothing was located.
- Matthew Raymond Nelson, 27, Prescott, was cited for operating motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 5:53 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
- Arturo Cruz Agostin, 34, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license and operating motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 10:25 p.m. at Canton Street and Highway 10.
Thursday, Nov. 27
Officers responded to a noise complaint at 11:38 p.m. at Walnut Street and Tower Heights Court. Nothing was located.
Friday, Nov. 28
- At 2:12 p.m., police assisted a hotel owner in returning belongings to a previous guest at 201 Broad St.
- Officers responded to a possible domestic at 2:50 p.m. at 469 Gibbs St. S. and heard loud yelling coming from an apartment when they arrived. Both parties denied any altercation had taken place.
Saturday, Nov. 29
Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at 8:21 a.m. at Broad and Cherry streets between Cesar Enrique Sarango Medina, 24, St. Paul, and Kurt James Haines, 56, Gig Harbor, Wash. Medina was cited for operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance; Haines was cited for fail/yield while making left turn.
Sunday, Nov. 30
- Gregory Lee Walker, 65, Hastings, Minn., was cited for a parking (snow removal) violation at 11:39 a.m. at 810 Pine St.
- At 1:54 p.m., police took a complaint from a resident at 370 Locust St. S. who was worried about items left in her yard that possibly made her dog sick.
Monday, Dec. 1
- Patricia Ann Jamison, 50, Ellsworth, was cited for operating motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop for speeding at 11:49 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
- Andrii Fedirko, 44, Edina, Minn., was cited for a parking (snow removal) violation at 12:39 p.m. at Pine Ridge and Dexter streets.
- Ryan Michael Menne, 44, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license and speeding after a traffic stop at 12:55 p.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
- Daniel Charles Johnson, 35, River Falls, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:59 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
- Bridget Murphy Voelker, 38, Afton, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:57 p.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
- Morgan Elizabeth Higgins, 39, River Falls, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:56 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
- Patricia Hanton Bourdon, 48, Hastings, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:10 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
- Maria Guadalupe Herna Garcia, 44, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop for defective license plate lamps at 9:39 p.m. at 1049 Campbell St.
- Leroy Sam Rustand, 45, Hager City, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:21 p.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.

- Alexander Dominick Smith-Pete, 17, Prescott, was cited for fail/stop for unloading school bus after failing to stop for a bus’s flashing lights/extended stop arm at 7:35 a.m. at Borner and St. Croix streets.
- Kenneth David Janz, 57, Winona, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:10 p.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
- At 5:23 p.m., police took a fraud complaint at 272 Locust St. S.
- Juan Lucas Alonzo, 19, St. Paul, was cited for speeding and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 8:45 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
- Christian Mateo Caisa, 25, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license and operating motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop for failing to obey a stop sign and defective rear license plate lamps at 11:41 p.m. at 1049 Campbell St.
Wednesday, Dec. 3
- Officers assisted a motorist who was stuck at 2:09 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
- Croix Valley Drug Task Force put on “Hidden in Plain Sight” at 12:03 p.m. at Prescott High School (1010 Dexter St.)
- Officers stood by for a civil dispute at 1:03 p.m. at Scab’s Place (145 Broad St.)
- Connor Thomas Mulcahy, 32, Clear Lake, was cited for operating motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop for a defective headlamp at 9:12 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
Thursday, Dec. 4
- Isidro Hernandez, 46, Sioux City, Iowa, was issued a written warning for parking a vehicle with ATV and trailer attached at 12:39 a.m. at 375 Dakota St.
- Officers responded to a possible squatting incident at 8:19 a.m. at 735 Shane Park Circle. The party denied the allegation and left the property.
- Kyle Patrick Fautt, 48, Ellsworth, was arrested for operating while revoked and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install after a traffic stop at 11:34 a.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
- At 4:57 p.m., a father reported tracking his daughter’s lost Apple watch to 672 Washington St. The resident there had the watch and returned it to the owner.
