The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Oct. 10-23, 2025.

Friday, Oct. 10

  • Maria Fernanda Maldon Hernandez, 26, Burnsville, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 6:39 a.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
  • A repossession notification was called in at 10”58 a.m. at 1750 Ryden Road.
  • Fraud was reported at 12:14 p.m. at 1005 Eagle Ridge Drive.
  • Police stood by and kept the peace at 12:26 p.m. at 961 Jefferson St.
  • Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash at 2:20 p.m. at Canton Street and Highway 10. Dana Selvin Mourning, 64, Eagan, Minn., was cited for operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance, operate without valid license and meeting of vehicle – wrong side.
  • Lee Russell Waldron, 52, Chanhassen, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:19 p.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
  • Karla Waldina Montes Salgado, 29, Maplewood, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:02 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
  • Matthew Adam Wolf, 46, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:23 p.m. at Orrin Road and Campbell Street.
  • Ilana Joy Draveling, 18, Burnsville, Minn., was issued a warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:54 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Saturday, Oct. 11

  • A missing dog was reported at 8:40 a.m. at 368 Young St. S.
  • Power went out after a transformer blew at 10:19 a.m. at 1285 Ash St.
  • Police responded to a property damage accident at 2:22 p.m. at Kwik Trip (1200 Henry St.) involving Michael Davaun Stutman, 33, Pepin, and Timothy John Brookshaw, 61, Prescott.
  • A loose dog was reported at 4:23 p.m. at 904 Pearl St. The owner retrieved it before police arrived.
  • Officers were dispatched to a property damage accident at 4:37 p.m. at Kwik Trip between Sarah Anne Fritz-Schweitzer, 46, Prescott, and Chester Hall, 53, North St. Paul., Minn.
  • Lailah Yasmine-Patrie Reynolds, 28, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:01 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Sunday, Oct. 12

  • Anne Louise Kollmeyer, 70, Eden Prairie, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:55 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
  • Jennifer Lee Romero, 46, Kasson, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6 p.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
  • Officers responded to a minor crash at 7:28 p.m. at Broad Street and Highway 10 between Rae Lynn Johnson, 55, Prescott, and Austin Leroy Johnson, 17, Prescott.
  • Police were advised of a suspicious person at 9:28 p.m. at 236 Broad St.

 

Monday, Oct. 13

  • Officers responded to retail theft and shoplifting call at 9:42 a.m. at Ptacek’s (1005 Eagle Ridge Drive). The suspect left before police arrived, but Kimberly Marie Haldane, 64, Prescott, was cited for retail theft and trespass to land.
  • At 1:55 p.m., police assisted a man at 475 Walter St. in finding a place to stay.
  • At 6:14 p.m., police attempted to find an elderly person pushing a stroller near traffic at highways 10 and 29. No one was located.
  • Anatolii Broshchan, 25, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and meeting of vehicle – wrong side after a traffic stop at 9:06 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
  • Edgar Alonso de Leon Borrego, 36, Hastings, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 11:15 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.

 

Tuesday, Oct. 14

Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at 10:08 a.m. at highways 10 and 29 between Terri Jane Anderson, 49, Hastings, Minn., and Lorraine Kaye Reichert, 83, Hastings, Minn.

 

Wednesday, Oct. 15

  • Andrew Carsten Olson, 29, Apple Valley, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:55 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
  • Jessica Lynn London, 51, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:11 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
  • Casey Marie Webber, 28, Hastings, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:32 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
  • Michelle Lee Gallo, 50, Hastings, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding and operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 7:39 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
  • Makayla Joy Leraas, 28, Winona, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:50 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
  • Police were advised of a one-vehicle crash at 9:50 p.m. at 302 Lake St. involving Rachel Leanne Knipfer, 40, River Falls.

 

Thursday, Oct. 16

  • Helten Enoc Joyas Sevilla, 28, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 6:45 a.m. at Dexter Street and Ryden Road.
  • Kyle James McCarthy, 30, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 7:22 a.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.
  • Abdulkadir Ahmed Mohamed, 44, Columbia Heights, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:46 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Friday, Oct. 17

  • Police responded to a suspicious person complaint at 5:58 a.m. at 654 Washington St. Nothing was located.
  • Officers were dispatched to a one-vehicle crash at 12:25 p.m. at Albert and Gibbs streets involving Holly Beth Branville, 39, Somerset.
  • Police received a civil complaint at 2:16 p.m. at 554 Pine Ridge.
  • Officers responded to an animal complaint at 3:11 p.m. at 120 Borner St. Police spoke to kids about letting their dogs out.
  • Police checked on an unoccupied vehicle at 10:17 p.m. at the beach (715 Lake St.) No one was located.

Saturday, Oct. 18

  • Abdi Mose Mohamed, 28, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:32 a.m. at 236 Broad St.
  • A gas drive-off was reported at 2:16 p.m. at 1005 Eagle Ridge Drive.

 

Sunday, Oct. 19

  • Officers were dispatched to a large group of people yelling outside a bar at 2:35 a.m. at 145 Broad St. The parties were separated and everyone got rides home.
  • Police observed and removed a golf bag cart from atop a street sign at 6:59 p.m. at Monroe and Washington streets.
  • Police investigated an animal complaint at 8:06 p.m. at 1000 Canton St.
  • Officers retrieved a lost dog at 8:14 p.m. at Magee Way and Flora Street. The owner picked it up.
  • Police checked on an RV parked after hours at 10:47 p.m. at Freedom Park (200 Monroe St.) The occupants were on a road trip and had stopped for a nap.

 

Monday, Oct. 20

  • Officers conducted a welfare check at 6:29 a.m. at 365 Flora St. Everything seemed to be fine.
  • James Robert Arthur, 57, Vancouver, Wash., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:20 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
  • Lawrence Alan Randall, 62, Brooklyn Park, Minn., was cited for possess drug paraphernalia, operating motor vehicle without insurance and passing in a no-passing zone after a traffic stop at 2:07 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
  • Officers were dispatched to a home alarm at 7:54 p.m. at 178 Tower Heights Road. There were no signs of forced entry.

Tuesday, Oct. 21

  • At 8:40 a.m., police collected a counterfeit $50 bill from 1151 Canton St.
  • Naparia Nicole Starks, 20, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:32 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

 

Wednesday, Oct. 22

  • A suspicious vehicle was reported at 12:53 p.m. at 1010 Dexter St.
  • Amber Lee Mourning, 45, Prescott, was cited for operating motor vehicle without insurance and warned for operating without brake lights, non-registration of vehicle/auto and improper color rear lights after a traffic stop at 1:50 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
  • Police responded to a theft at 2:12 p.m. at 1531 James St.
  • Officers were advised of a lost dog at 7:30 p.m. at 945 Washington St.

 

Thursday, Oct. 23

Police checked on a suspicious vehicle at 9:09 p.m. at 800 Deere Road. A mother had brought her son to take photos of the Kasco Marine water features for a class.
