Friday, Oct. 24

• Jose Alfredo Garcia Perea, 21, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 7:52 a.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.
• Andrew Bradley Madden Christensen, 43, Lake City, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:48 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Diane Mae Miller, 80, Hager City, was cited for operator make illegal right turn on red after a traffic stop at 1:01 p.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
• At 2:41 p.m., a caller reported a resident for burning leaves at 1484 Walnut St. The officer saw only wood burning.
• Thomas Robert Cody O’Shea, 37, Prescott, was cited for non-registration of vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 2:51 p.m. at Hope and Hilton streets.
• Criminal damage to property was reported at 3:46 p.m. at 961 Jefferson St.
• Logan James Kilness, 24, Ellsworth, was cited for vent/side window excessive tinting, rear side window excessive tinting, rear window excessive tinting and windshield tinting – critical area after a traffic stop at 4:53 p.m. at Canton Street and Highway 10.
• Officers were asked to perform a welfare check at 5:44 p.m. at 328 Lake St. The person was not located.
• A missing person report was filed at 5:34 p.m. at Albert and Gibbs streets.
• Deanna Flaada Harrington, 26, Rochester, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 8:28 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
• Officers were called to a harassment complaint at 9:23 p.m. at 114 Broad St. The parties were separated.
• Police spoke to people wanting to report harassment at 10:33 p.m. at 180 Broad St.

Saturday, Oct. 25

• Karla Lynn Edwards, 44, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:58 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Reed Michael Grimm, 40, Hager City, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:49 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Nolan Edward Anderson, 17, Savage, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:04 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Elm streets.
• Xiaosheng Wu, 61, Rochester, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:51 p.m. at Dexter and Jefferson streets.
• Wendy Leigh Muench, 45, Minneapolis, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:10 p.m. at Orange and Broad streets.
• Ivan Lopez Camacho, 56, Chaska, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding at 9:11 p.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.
• Kennedi Layne Berg, 17, Prescott, was issued a written warning for non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 10:27 p.m. at highways 10 and 29.
• Officers responded to a juvenile complaint at 10:56 p.m. at Two Rivers (117 Broad St.)

Sunday, Oct. 26

• Jodi Lynn Klemm, 51, Kenosha, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:14 a.m. at 570^th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
• Bryan Oliver Neidermyer, 51, Woodville, was cited for operator make illegal right turn on red after a traffic stop at 8:56 a.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
• A 16-year-old Prescott juvenile was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:25 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Court streets.
• A 16-year-old Prescott juvenile was cited for operator make illegal right turn on red after a traffic stop at 12:18 p.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
• Ashley Paige Severson, 40, Hudson, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:54 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Maximilian Christopher Glancy, 26, Edina, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:12 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Amanda Morgan Hovland, 20, Woodbury, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:41 p.m. at 260 Broad St.
• Shawn Nathaniel Larson, 45, Brooklyn Park, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:31 p.m. at 260 Broad St.
• Calen James Martin, 17, Winona, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:40 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
• Police were dispatched at 7:26 p.m. to Kinnickinnic and Flora streets for a suspicious person on a bike. They were not found.

Monday, Oct. 27

• Lori Jean Field, 58, Rosemount, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:12 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.
• Lindsey Harriet Fewer, 38, Prescott, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:33 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Campbell streets.
• At 5:52 p.m., police responded to a complaint of animals locked in a vehicle at 635 Pine St. They spoke to the owner.
• At 7:03 p.m., a resident at 900 Canton St. reported getting harassed and blackmailed online.
• Officers responded to a barking dog complaint at 8:28 p.m. at 870 Magee Way. The owner was warned.

Tuesday, Oct. 28

Three lost dogs were found at 10:25 a.m. at 1120 Highway 10. The owner, Renee Marie Hendrickson, 50, Prescott, was cited for animal at large.

Wednesday, Oct. 29

• Eloy Olalde Saavedra, 51, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 6:34 a.m. at Dexter Street and Ryden Road.
• Renee Lauren Karlson, 37, Prescott, was cited for operator fail/have passenger seat-belted after a traffic stop at 2:59 p.m. at Orange and Elm streets.
• Mya Alicia Jensen, 24, Prescott, was issued a written warning for improperly attached license plates after a traffic stop at 5:01 p.m. at Orrin Road and Canton Street.
• Will Brian Lobbestael, 20, Duluth, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:10 p.m. at 1107 Jefferson St.

Thursday, Oct. 30

• Janet Nelson Charbonneau, 64, Lakeville, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:59 p.m. at 241 Broad St. N.
• Jacob Adam Kislenger, 43, Hudson, was cited for speeding and expired registration after a traffic stop at 7:39 p.m. at Canton Street and Highway 10.
• Brian Solorzano Chepetla, 21, Richfield, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:50 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
