The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Sept. 12-18, 2025.
Friday, Sept. 12
Police located a loose dog at 12:07 a.m. at 1000 Eagle Ridge Drive. The owner was located and warned.
Haley Kathleen Schommer, 32, Arvada, Colo., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:47 a.m. at Dexter and Jefferson streets.
Lindsey Ann Dutchak, 39, Prescott, was cited for a compost site violation at 11:03 a.m. at W12000 620th
Fraud was reported at 3:34 p.m. at 1400 North Acres Road.
Saturday, Sept. 13
Bradley Thomas Horsch, 36, Prescott, was cited for non-registration of vehicle, operation without required lamps lighted and operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 6:09 a.m. at 241 Broad St. N.
Ruth Ann Hall, 58, Prescott, was issued a written warning for operation without required lamps lighted, failure to obey traffic officer/signal and deviation from designated lane after a traffic stop at 6:35 a.m. at 302 Lake St.
Thomas Bernard Horsch, 64, Prescott, was cited for non-registration of vehicle and speeding after a traffic stop at 8:38 a.m. at highways 10 and 29.
Robert Louis Meeker, 56, Buffalo, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:36 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.
Carl James Jovanovich, 61, Forest Lake, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:46 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
Tina Elizabeth Holum, 52, Prescott, was issued a written warning for speeding, operate without carrying license and operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 10:01 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
Mackenzie Christine Lynn Behrens, 29, Maple Grove, Minn., was issued a written warning for passing in a no-passing zone after a traffic stop at 11:23 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Steven James Clause, 24, River Falls, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and non-registration of vehicle after a traffic stop at 12:17 p.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
Tyler Jeffrey Fladebo, 25, Rogers, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:21 p.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
Neil Tyler Smith, 55, Lakeland, Minn., was cited for parking a motorcycle in a no-parking area at 2:33 p.m. at 137 Front St.
At 6:45 p.m., police took a property damage report at the Smoke Shop (408 Lake St.)
Sunday, Sept. 14
At 2:50 a.m., police responded to a physical altercation between a daughter and her parents at 253 S. Locust St. Melissa Ann Reinhardt, 40, Prescott, was arrested for domestic battery and felony bail jumping.
Police conducted a welfare check on two people walking at 6:20 a.m. near Jefferson and Dexter streets. They said they were fine and just walking home.
Roger Lawrence Schlachter Jr., 38, Fridley, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:43 a.m. at 180 Broad St.
Mounir Simon Najm, 36, Saint Anthony, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:27 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
Leandro Fernando Garcia Sanchez, 50, Maplewood, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license and fail/yield right/way from stop sign after a traffic stop at 9:56 a.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.
A bicycle was located at 10:29 a.m. near the boat launch at Ash and Front streets. It was taken to the police department for safekeeping.
Austin James Mudek, 28, Apple Valley, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:17 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Dakota streets.
Christopher James Olson, 31, Richfield, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:44 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
At 8:24 p.m., police were called to deal with an intoxicated man at 117 Broad St. They called a taxi to bring him home to Minnesota.
Monday, Sept. 15
Police were dispatched at 7:59 a.m. to 833 River Terrace St. for a child stuck in the bathroom. Officers were able to move a drawer out of the way of the door and free the child.
At 10:32 a.m., police received a report of suspicious activity that occurred earlier in the day at 909 River Terrace St.
Trey Thomas Myers, 17, Prescott, was arrested for a bail bond violation at 12:06 p.m. at 366 Elm St.
Police were dispatched at 5:54 p.m. to Circle K (236 Broad St.) for a disorderly subject. Melissa Ann Reinhardt, 40, Prescott, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Police responded at 7:24 p.m. to 1115 Hampshire St. for a disorderly person.
Tuesday, Sept. 16
At 8:28 a.m., the property owner at 360 Elm St. was cited for being a nuisance property due to many law enforcement contacts.
At 10:49 a.m., a woman reported that someone struck her vehicle between 5:50-10:49 a.m. at 1505 Orrin Road. No camera footage was available.
Police checked on a dog in a vehicle at 6:36 p.m. at 1005 Eagle Ridge Drive. The dog had vented air and water.
Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle at 7:14 p.m. at 1061 Orrin Road. It wasn’t stolen.
Wednesday, Sept. 17
Officers were advised of an unwanted subject at 5:11 a.m. at 253 Locust St. S.
Police took a report of a counterfeit $20 bill at 10:43 a.m. at 1049 Campbell St.
Melissa Ann Reinhardt, 40, Prescott, was arrested for misdemeanor bail jumping at 8:25 p.m. at 253 Locust St. S.
Officers helped search for a missing dog at 9:52 p.m. at 945 Washington St. The dog was found and returned home.
Thursday, Sept. 18
Jason Edward Saltz, 44, Apple Valley, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 1:14 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.
Mollie Jo Deverell-Hamilton, 36, Plover, was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:58 a.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.
James Richard Scherber, 56, Rogers, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:08 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
Andreas Joseph Fuchs, 37, Red Wing, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:30 a.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
Amber Dawn Nilsen, 43, Cottage Grove, Minn., was issued a written warning for fail/properly maintain stop lamps after a traffic stop at 1:33 p.m. at Broad and Orange streets.
Touseeq Rasool Reshi, 42, Woodbury, Minn., was issued a written warning for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:42 p.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
Officers responded to a three-vehicle crash at 3:41 p.m. at Lake Street and Highway 10. Isai Madrigal Lopez, 20, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for possession of THC, possess drug paraphernalia, passing in no-passing zone, operating left of center line and unsafe lane deviation. Noe Alexander Palma Calderon, 29, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license.
Eithan Pilamunga, 24, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license and warned for an out taillight after a traffic stop at 8:39 p.m. at 1115 Dexter St.
