The Joint Extraterritorial Zoning Committee of the Village of Ellsworth and Town of Ellsworth will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 17, 2020, 5:00 p.m. at the Village Hall lower level meeting room,

Chestnut St. The purpose of this hearing is to act on an application from Paul and Michelle Bauer, N5185 610th St. Ellsworth, WI 54011, for a request to rezone the property from Light Industrial to General Rural Flexible and a Conditional Use Permit, property lies within the Village of Ellsworth ETZ area, to remodel an existing detached garage into a home oce: Section 21, TOWN 26N, Range 17W,QTR 40 SE, QTR 160 NE, Lot 1, CSM 5-58 Town of Ellsworth, Pierce County, Wisconsin Parcel ID#006010670710 The above request is pursuant to Section 46.16 of the "Extraterritorial Zoning Ordinance" and Section 46.16 (9) "Con- ditional Use Permits” of
