RIVER FALLS – Brian Laule, a partner at the person- al injury law firm, Bye, Gou and Rohde Ltd., has won the Best Lawyers 2023 Personal Injury “Lawyer of the Year” for Eau Claire, Wis.
Laule’s practice is exclusively devoted to handling cases on behalf of injured people. He and his team pride themselves on working with their clients on a personal level and crafting the strategy that is right for their specific situation. "Our firm handles nothing but plaintiu's personal injury cases, and Brian is a zealous advocate for his clients. If the insurance company is not compensating our client fairly, he will take the insurance company to task in the courtroom. Laule was named the 2017 “Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer of the Year” by the Wisconsin Association for Justice. He has tried more than 75 cases to verdict since 2010, and has been named a Rising Star from the years 2014-2019 and Super Lawyer every year since 2020 by Wisconsin Super Lawyers.
Laule earned his law degree cum laude from the Uni- versity of Minnesota, where he was an editor of the Min nesota Law Review and a recipient of the Public Service Award for legal work in the community. He lives in River Falls with his wife Sarah and three children.
This prestigious award is designated annually to only one lawyer per practice area in each region based on extremely high overall feedback from their peers.
