The following incidents were reported to the Pierce County Sheriu’s Ovce April 23-27 Saturday, April 23

The following incidents were reported to Pierce County Sheriu’s Ovce April Deputies responded at 11:13 p.m. to the area of N4714 430th St., Ellsworth, for a possible underage party that was very loud. Police located the party and contacted the homeowner, who was out of town. The homeowner’s child had thrown a large party. Parents were contacted to come pick up juveniles.

Sunday, April 24

Deputies assisted Prescott police at 12:47 a.m. at 170 Broad St and at 1:31 a.m. near Jeuerson and Monroe streets.

An assault was reported at 3:47 a.m. at W3515 Highway 35, Maiden Rock.

Deputies responded at 4:24 a.m. to 511 Sunset Court, Prescott, to assist Prescott police with a disorderly man.

Ovcers checked on a man in a running vehicle parked in the driveway at 4:30 a.m. at N6541 720th St., Beldenville. The driver was okay and had stopped to take a nap.

Police performed a welfare check on a woman sitting on the side of Highway 10 at 7:37 a.m. near 1090th Street outside of Prescott. The woman had an outstanding Burnett County warrant and was arrested without incident.

Monday, April 25

At 10:44 a.m., a caller on 610th Street, Ellsworth, reported receiving odd and threatening text messages from his brother-in-law. Patrol deputies were provided with information.

At 11:28 a.m., police investigated a 911 hang-up call coming from a Crosstown Road address in Ellsworth. A man said he had called police to report that a spell had been put on him.

At 12:21 p.m., police responded to N3198 875th St., Hager City, for an unwanted person complaint. A woman was arrested for violation of a harassment injunction order and a Pierce County warrant.

Ovcers responded at 2:19 p.m. N5964 670th St., Ellsworth, for a neighbor dispute about dogs defecating in a yard. The dog’s owner said he is working on the issue.

Police were called at 3:01 p.m. to N8605 County Road Y, River Falls, for a hit-andrun. A vehicle struck a power line, causing it to break ou. An electrical meter was also ripped ou of a house.

Deputies responded at 3:06 p.m. to a suspicious person complaint at N1488 810th St., Hager City. No one matching the description was found.

Tuesday, April 26

Deputies assisted Prescott police at 12:48 a.m. at 1041 Orrin Road for a business alarm.

At 2:43 a.m., an ovcer observed a suspicious vehicle parked at E345 Highway 29, Spring Valley. The occupant said they were homeless and needed a place to sleep for the night. He was allowed to stay for the night and requested to leave when practical.

Ovcers responded at 11:30 a.m. to N4910 County Road S, Elmwood, where family members had found a deceased man.

At 12:31 p.m., police arrested a man at W3581 160th Ave., Maiden Rock, for possession of methamphetamine, possess drug paraphernalia and a warrant. At 1:12 p.m., a deputy stood by while Pierce Pepin performed a service disconnection at N943 County Road U, Plum City.

The warden attempted to find an injured eagle after a caller reported one at 5:59 p.m. near W8568 Highway 10, Ellsworth.

At 6:42 p.m., a caller at N4584 County Road E, Prescott, found an injured owl. The DNR took it into custody.

At 10:49 p.m., police attempted to pull over a vehicle for expired registration near County Road K and 285th Street, Hager City. The vehicle fled and police pursued it, resulting in deputies using spike strips to apprehend the driver.

Wednesday, April 27

Suspicious activity was reported at 11:07 a.m. at N1415 830th St., Hager City.

Deputies performed a welfare check on someone living in a house after a house fire at 11:10 a.m. at N1787 150th St., Plum City. The person denied needing help, but the officer bought them food, water and medical supplies.

At 12:33 p.m., a caller reported seeing a suspicious man with a backpack near County Road BB and Highway 29, Spring Valley, earlier in the day. No one was located.

Ovcers responded at 3:20 p.m. to a disabled tractor in the road near N1725 805th St., Hager City. A mechanic was able to fix the issue and the tractor was removed from the roadway.

At 9:17 p.m., a Plum City caller reported suspicions that his neighbor has been siphoning gas from his vehicles. The suspect denied it, but police warned him to stay away from his neighbor’s vehicles.

Police checked on a suspicious individual at a storage unit at 11:21 p.m. at W7858 170th Ave., Hager City. The man was gathering belongings from his storage unit, but had driven there without a driver’s license. He was advised to get a ride home.
