The following incidents were reported to Pierce County Sheriff’s Office March 21-28.

Monday, March 21

A complainant reported a threat at 9:20 a.m. at W6556 Maple St., Bay City.

A caller reported at 9:41 a.m. that her property at N6526 1323rd St., Prescott, had been toilet papered overnight. She was also missing a windsock that had been taken from her mailbox. She plans to put up surveillance cameras because this is the second time she’s been targeted.

A complainant reported heaving blacktop at 3:44 p.m. on 720th Street in Beldenville. She was told to contact the town chair.

At 4:30 p.m., a man called to report a gun that had possibly been stolen from his camper at W5813 130th Ave., Bay City. He had no documentation for the gun.

A K-9 officer was requested by Pierce County Drug Court to do a drug sweep at 5:13 p.m. at 585 S. Wasson Lane, River Falls.

At 7:38 p.m., a caller reported trespassers seen on camera at W3856 Highway 10, Ellsworth. Two men were at the property who were not supposed to be there. They agreed to leave for the night.

Deputies assisted EMS at a medical call at 10:23 p.m. at N7317 820th St., River Falls.

Police investigated a suspicious vehicle parked with its lights on at 11:03 p.m. at W9342 830th Ave., River Falls. A man said he wanted to get out of the house to make a phone call in private.

Officers responded at 11:14 p.m. to N5001 1208th St., Prescott to assist EMS with a medical call.

Tuesday, March 22

At 12:34 a.m., police located a truck with its lights on and the ignition key left in the on position at W9724 Highway 35, Hager City. The officer turned the vehicle off and checked around the yard. Nothing unusual was noted.

Officers located a vehicle at a closed business at 12:50 p.m. at N1620 County Road VV, Hager City. All doors and windows were secure.

Deputies responded at 4 p.m. to N3569 840th St., Hager City, for a suspicious vehicle report. No one was located.

A caller reported a large rock in the road at 4:05 p.m. near County Road O and 430th Avenue, Hager City. A highway plow truck responded.

Deputies took a report at 5:39 p.m. at 310 W. Main St. (probation office), Ellsworth, of a debit card that had been taken and unauthorized transactions made. Police responded to a crash at 11:22 p.m. near N673 825th St., Hager City. The driver had fled the scene prior to police arriving.

Wednesday, March 23

At 12:15 a.m., a passerby reported yelling and screaming at the Woodshed (N1090 825th St., Hager City. All parties were separated and everyone said it had been a verbal argument. No one would provide more information.

At 12:36 a.m., police responded again to N1090 925th St., Hager City for a disorderly woman. The owner requested she be escorted out of the bar. Another patron gave her a ride.

Officers responded at 7:20 a.m. to a vehicle in the ditch near County Road FF and 1090th Street, River Falls. The registered owner was on scene. The vehicle didn’t appear to have any damage, but was towed to the owner’s residence.

Police responded to assist with lights while a vehicle was pulled from the ditch at 7:29 a.m. at N7048 County Road O, River Falls.

Officers responded at 8:25 a.m. to a threat complaint at W3993 Highway 29, Spring Valley. Police gathered information from several people.

Deputies responded at 12:05 p.m. to N7317 820th St., River Falls, for a medical alert button alarm. They found a woman lying on the stairs. EMS transported her to the hospital.

At 1:07 p.m., a caller reported a he lost his front license plate near the High Bridge and asked police to look for it. They found it and the plastic plate mount and placed both in the caller’s mailbox at his request.

A caller reported a sign theft at 3:09 p.m. at W7037 135th Ave., Bay City.

Deputies assisted Ellsworth police with a domestic incident at 11:37 p.m. at 191 Evergreen Estates.

An anonymous caller reported a bail bond violation at 11:54 p.m. at 316 S. Scott St., Elmwood. Police made contact with three residents there, who said the person in question wasn’t there.

Thursday, March 24

Officers were asked to respond to a one-vehicle crash at 5:49 a.m. near Highway 29 and 805th Avenue, River Falls. The driver left before police arrived.

Officers responded at 8:09 a.m. to W3571 Highway 35, Maiden Rock, for an eviction. Both parties agreed one of them would have all of his belongings removed by the end of the day.

During a paper service call at 11:06 a.m. at N6547 720th St., Beldenville, a woman was arrested for a warrant and transported to Pierce County Jail.

Officers spoke to a person at 2:06 p.m. regarding a trailer that had been broken into at N1311 831st St., Hager City. Some items had been stolen.

Police checked on a vehicle that had driven through the “Park Closed” barrier at 2:34 p.m. at the wayside rest (W4857 Highway 35, Bay City). The driver said he’d had a restroom emergency. He was warned.

At 3:45 p.m., a deputy helped a woman retrieve a cell phone from her uncle at W7635 165th Ave., Hager City. She is feuding with him and waited down the road while the deputy retrieved the phone.

After responding at 5:57 p.m. to N1681 830th St., Hager City for a welfare check, police arrested a woman for misdemeanor bail jumping.

Deputies assisted River Falls police at 8:14 p.m. at 2860 Williams Ave.

Police assisted Spring Valley Fire at 8:37 p.m. at S412 McKay Ave.

Friday, March 25

Officers stopped to check on vehicles parked along the road at 1:11 a.m. near Highway 63 and 290th Avenue, Hager City. They conducted an interview about a theft case.

Police spoke to a caller at 9:50 a.m. about damage to the ditch caused by a semi turning around in the road at W12626 Highway 10, Prescott.

A caller reported fraud on a credit card at 11:25 a.m. at 108 Blue Goose Hill Road, Plum City. Multiple purchases had been made over the span of two days after she gave her card number to someone over the phone.

At 3:04 p.m., a caller reported finding an ambulance’s hubcap near W12039 508th Ave., Prescott.

A caller reported fraud at 6:41 p.m. at N564 County Road S, Maiden Rock. The complainant’s wife had fraudulent charges on her card. She had made contact with someone she thought was from Amazon and gave them her personal information. They were not from Amazon; they contacted their bank to report the fraud as well.

Saturday, March 26

Officers responded at 2:56 a.m. to W10299 Highway 10, Prescott, for a business alarm. They found an unsecured door. Nothing unusual was located.

At 8:46 a.m., a caller at N4381 Highway 63, Ellsworth, reported a vehicle abandoned at the end of his driveway. A note was on the car, but he couldn’t get through to anyone on the listed phone number. Police tried texting the vehicle’s registered owner. At 9:03 a.m., a caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked on the road near N6131 650th St., Beldenville. It was a Pierce Pepin vehicle.

At 4:37 p.m., a caller at W5374 799th Ave., Spring Valley reported being scammed out of money when she attempted to buy a washer and dryer on Facebook.

At 7:24 p.m., police located and arrested a woman for a warrant at 626 Pine St., Prescott.

Sunday, March 27

At 1:34 a.m., deputies checked the area around 106 N. Main St., River Falls, for an assault suspect. They assisted RF police with a possible medical/assault at that location at 1:58 a.m.

Deputies assisted RF police at 2:16 a.m. at 127 S. Main St.

Officers responded at 2:24 a.m. to 109 N. Main St., Elmwood for a business alarm. All appeared to be secure.

A caller reported possible vandalism at 6:16 p.m. at 317 E. Race Ave., Elmwood.

Police responded to a onevehicle rollover with injuries at 7:23 p.m. near W7801 County Road K, Ellsworth. An ambulance transported two people to Mayo Hospital in Red Wing, Minn. The driver was cited for operating after revocation (alcohol related).

Monday, March 28

An officer performed a routine license plate check on a vehicle near Highway 63 and 825th Street, Hager City at 1:14 a.m. The vehicle’s registered owner had a suspended driving status and an active Pierce County warrant. After pulling the vehicle over, it was searched due to a marijuana smell. Drugs were located and seized. The driver was arrested for the warrant, possession of THC with intent, possession of methamphetamine with intent and possession of cocaine with intent. Police transported him to Pierce County Jail.

Officers were asked to respond at 4:53 a.m. at N8553 County Road Y, River Falls for a welfare check. They located a deceased person.

A caller reported a stolen trailer at 7:22 a.m. at W7439 Highway 65, Beldenville.

A complainant reported an ex-employee driving fast around the property at 1:24 p.m. at W9341 830th Ave., River Falls. The caller wanted the ex-employee trespassed from the property. Phone contact was attempted.

A caller at W6538 Market St., Bay City, reported at 3:06 p.m. being harassed by a landowner who thinks the caller is on his land. He wanted the incident documented. Police were called back to the property at 6:38 p.m. to mediate a conversation between both parties, who appeared to reach a resolution.

An officer driving by W5005 370th Ave., Ellsworth saw a package hanging out of the mailbox. For safekeeping, the officer took two packages and the mail to the home and left the owner a voicemail explaining the situation.

Police responded to a domestic call at 8:05 p.m. at 114 N. Main St., Elmwood. A person was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct and a probation hold.
