PRESCOTT KIWANIS CLUB
The Prescott Kiwanis Student of the Week is junior Tyler Loucks, nominated by Prescott High School physical education teacher Jordan Hansen. "I have had the privilege to have Tyler in my fifth hour beginner weight training class," Hansen said. "Tyler has been an out – standing student to work with throughout this trimester. Tyler is a servant leader that helps others in class when needed. He isn't afraid to correct someone’s form and acts as another set of helping eyes in the weight room. I was gone a couple days last week and the sub and other students said that Tyler played a big help in getting everything set up and making sure the class ran smoothly. It is in great pleasure to honor Tyler as Kiwanis Students of the Week." Tyler is the son of Ted and Melissa Loucks. The honor roll student works as a service technician apprentice at Midwest Machinery's Hastings location (John Deere). He also works at IDA Manufacturing. His hobbies include fishing, auto racing, simu – lator racing, running, lifting and working on tractors. Loucks is also a member of the track and field team and the Fishing Club. In the fu –
ture, he plans to become a John Deere ser –
vice technician.
